An actual friendly human being answered the phone, not a robot switchboard operator. They got my windshield in-stock by Monday scheduled me for an appt. on Tuesday. That's basically TWO business days, they got it done. Installed while I waited. 35-40 minutes maybe. Easy. I actually made an appointment with another auto glass shop first (rhymes with Kaskade Otto Glass) because my buddy recommended them. Once I foughty my way through their robot switchboard hell, they told me they couldn't get to me for another SEVEN business days, and they weren't shy about being annoyed when I asked for an appointment in the afternoon. (I work for a living, I guess that inconveniences THEM). Once I confirmed Break Away could do it sooner. I cancelled this original appointment (they didn't even ask why, and didn't seem to care). I have had this done many times and usually had to be shown where the repair was made because it usually just about disappears. The employee said it was guaranteed not to crack or your money back. It cracked above and below the repair so I called them up for reimbursement and they said, "no problem, as long as you get a new windshield from us"...they left that part out when discussing it with me in person.
