Great Service and excellent work. Picked up an annoying chip in my windshield last Tuesday, and today, Friday, I have the chip repaired and am good to go. Kudos to Cascade Auto Glass and Ryan Walker Insurance for their caring and professional attention. read more

I had a scheduled appt for truck back glass replacement. Waited 2 weeks for appt. Showed up as per the appt and folks there had no idea. When they looked it up, had been scheduled for Eugene, despite my appt details that showed Bend Location. They got me on schedule for next day but contacted me via phone later that day and then decided to tell me they don't do those repairs any more. Unbelievable. Stay away from this place until they get their act together. read more

Value $70 for a small chip fill done at the store location. Seems high for a job that took less than 10 minutes.

They give you the option to mobile install, or bring it to their shop. To avoid any weather cancellation, I took it to the shop. Was done in amazingly quick time. couldn't be happier! read more

I got a big crack in my windshield and was heading back to Washington the next day, they were able to fit me in and accommodate my schedule. While getting my windshield replaced the shock on my hood went out and they replaced it hassle free. I appreciate the great customer service. Thank you. read more

I had a rock chip that turned into a crack in my windshield with the recent higher temps. I had a shop closer to work I had in mind on the north side of town. But a buddy of mine just said he had great service from Cascade Auto Glass just recently. And my first choice didn't appear automatically through the online claims process with my auto insurer. So, okay. I'll try these guys. Even though their shop is at the other end of town. (I didn't want to do the mobile service thing because parking is competive at work and lots of truck traffic in the industrial park where I'm at during the day) I figured I could run some errands or maybe have an excuse to go to a restaurant on the south end of town if make an appt. toward the end of the day. seemed like a good plan. I after I went through the claims process online with my insurere and selected Cascade as my repair shop. I got a voicemail msg from a friendly sounding guy from Cascade the next day. I called back on my break and was immediately stuck in robo switchboard hell for the entire length on my break. Even though it said I was number 1 in the queue, a real person never came on, and then it didn't even give me the option of staying on hold and told me leave a voicemail msg or press 1 for a callback. I just used up my whole break, just to play more phone tag? I hung up and just redialed and a human picked up right away. okay. that's weird. anyway I said I was returning a call to set up an appt and we went through verfiying my car make and model. Next appointment wasn't for a week and a half....first thing the a.m.. I asked if there was anything late afternoon. the person let out the deepest annoyed sigh I ever heard in my life and asked to put me on hold. what was it Steve Martin used to say on SNL? "Well, excuuuuuuuuse me". the person came back and said latest time they could give me was 2pm. that's the latest they take appointments. I was a little confused because their website says open until 630pm and google says open until 5pm. not sure what's real since they have differently locations.... okay..I guess 2pm I agreed reluctantly. but I really didn't like the take-it-or-leave it attitude I was getting. and even though I didn't think the mobile service would work out that well where I"m at, they didn't even suggest it as an alternative. so, once I got home after work. I called the first shop I had originally considered. I got a real human being on the first try, after one ring. They verified my car make and model. and said they could get me in an ENTIRE WEEK SOONER than Cascade, and they could take me right when I got off work a 330pm and would accommodate me and my schedule (not the other way around). Done deal. I called Cascade back and said I needed to cancel. okay they said. didn't even ask why or if I wanted to reschedule. I'm sure my buddy had great service. But all I got was a hassle just trying to schedule service. And in the end it didn't seem like they really got my business or not. As the saying goes, you only have one chance to make a first impression. read more

A rare find these days - excellent customer service and engagement! Went above and beyond to assist me. Highly recommend!

Hate to leave a bad review but this could have been avoided with better communication and customer service. I made an appt to have the glass on our Promaster Van replaced and twice I called the day before to confirm, and twice they "realized" they did not have the glass available. After rescheduling me once and me calling to confirm a second time I was told they didn't have the glass and had no eta on when they'd have it due to a worldwide glass shortage. We were finally able to get the windshield replaced out of town through Safelite. They confirmed my appt and when asked, said they had 187 of those windshields in stock. read more

I just had their service technician out to my home to replace the front windshield on my car. I can only say I am very very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. He even fixed a small problem with my windshield washer fluid line at no expense. Work was clean and neat as well. I will only be recommending Cascade Auto Glass from here on out.. read more

Very friendly and helpful people got my window done and were as competitive a safe lite. It's always nice to work with a local company.

I took my car in to another auto glass shop and they said that they weren't able to fix a few small cracks and then I would have to get a new windshield. I decided to get a second opinion at cascade auto glass and they filled the two small cracks in my windshield for free to keep them from getting bigger. Lionel was very nice and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back for all of my windshield repairs or replacements in the future. I can't recommend this business enough. read more

Great experience. Quick, professional, and on time appointment. The tech called to let us know he was on his way and was there when he said he would be. Sigh. How nice to deal with this level of customer service and professionalism. The phone call to set up the appointment was short, concise, polite and professional as well. And now I have a beautiful new windshield. Thank you. read more

I am so pleased with the service I received from Cascade Auto Glass. I had two small chips in my windshield left over from the rough winter. One of them looked like it was just starting to spread. I am so glad I ran into Shari from their Sales team, who told me about the local Bend shop. I had been familiar with their company from when I lived in the Portland/Vancouver area, but wasn't aware of the local shop here in Bend. Gabe repaired both chips in no time and did a great job. He was friendly, professional and fast! I highly recommend you take your vehicles to Cascade Auto Glass if you need any work done on your windows or windshield. I certainly will. read more
