Made an appointment while traveling through the state to fix a rock chip. The techs were prompt and courteous. Repair started immediately on my arrival and was beautifully done in 15 minutes and price was super fair. Compared to the big chain auto glass place I called first, Act Fast was superior in ease of scheduling and far superior in price. Very highly recommend, Bend is lucky to have them. read more

Five stars! Old guy needs a replacement for his van's badly cracked windshield, grumble grumble. Made an appointment. When I showed up they were waiting for me (in a good way ). They were very polite and friendly. Took about 30 minutes, start to finish. Sat in their comfortable lobby surfing on my phone, watching them work, drinking Keurig French roast umm hmm good. Installation was very professional. Cost was exactly what they told me over the phone. Would use Act Fast again in a heartbeat. Completely happy and satisfied! read more

I called Act Fast to replace the windshield on my Prius. Called on Monday and windshield was replaced on Wednesday. They came to my home and the job took about an hour and a half. At $300, I just bypassed insurance, and am a happy customer. read more

I recently had my windshield replaced with Jonathan from Act Fast auto glass and he did an amazing job. Replaced my windshield while it was at the mechanic shop and got it done on time and dealt with my insurance. On top of that I thought the windshield was leaking a week or so after the repair and he immediately offered to fix the problem. After he removed the windshield, he discovered it was not the windshield but something else causing the leak. The windshield was reinstalled and did it for no cost which I thought was extremely good customer service. Thank you, Jonathan. I will highly recommend you and your shop. read more

Act Fast Glass has helped me with multiple vans over the years both rear windows and front windshields. Always a pleasure to work with them.

The windshield molding on my '99 Ford was beginning to wear. Jonathan at Act Fast was extremely professional with his iinformation and opinion on the matter. We decided to do the replacement now, rather than under emergency conditions. Chad came out within a few days and did an awesome job. He is a delightful young man, and worked with great care and concern for doing it right. He represents the company values very well. We are beyond pleased with Act Fast, and will highly recommend them whenever the opportunity presents itself. read more

I've had nothing but good experiences using Act Fast Auto Glass. In fact I've had to use these guys more than a handful of times for everything from an RV to my skid steer and the results were always above expectation. Jonathan and his crew have always been there for me and my family, on time, and on budget, which makes the whole experience of dealing with the never ending glass repairs caused by central Oregon roads a bit less painful. I recommend using Act Fast if good customer service and dependability are important to you. Aloha! JJ read more

Act Fast Auto Glass - You would never know I had a chip - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me - Bend, Oregon

First let me say, I didn't receive any hard service from this company. What I am reviewing for is their honesty. I am passing through Oregon and my passenger power window decides it doesn't want to work. The weather is already changing to fall and soon winter. So for me, This window needs work ASAP as it's letting out the heating from the truck. When I called he admitted honestly that he won't be able to work on it until next week sometime. So he recommended another company with a name and they will maybe service me sooner. So I did and it worked they were able to assist me. So to have him be honest and let me know that he couldn't work on it asap & to recommend another company that maybe could help me out sooner... They have an A+ in my book!!! read more

Did an awesome job, and we've used them twice!

What a scam! I called this company because they have paid ads on Google so they showed up first. It was a simple stone chip. They showed up on time, filled the chip but some of it was still visible. I have had this done many times and usually had to be shown where the repair was made because it usually just about disappears. The employee said it was guaranteed not to crack or your money back. It cracked above and below the repair so I called them up for reimbursement and they said, "no problem, as long as you get a new windshield from us"...they left that part out when discussing it with me in person. I should have read the fine print. NEVER AGAIN! Update; The owner of the company called and apologized for the misunderstanding and refunded my money. It's refreshing that this company actually cared enough to call me back and make things right. Thank you!! read more

Their price was better than everywhere else I called by quite a bit. They were nice on the phone and even came all the way out to my house in Sisters. They arrived on time and were super friendly and considerate. Got the job done more quickly than I'd thought. I'd been putting off getting my windshield replaced for months but they made it totally painless. Highly recommend. read more

Got the job done. Repair was cloudy but there may be no avoiding that, it's a bummer though. This is the most noticeable repair of the 5 I've had done. Having said that, very professional, reachable by phone and price was lower than the big chain that did my previous repairs. read more

In a world filled with fly-by-night companies that are only concerned with how much of your hard-earned money they can steal from you, Act Fast is a rare gem! Not only did I get original Ford glass, but they charged me $130 LESS than Safelite and Cascade Auto Glass were trying to charge me for non-Ford glass. In addition, they fit me into their schedule the very next day and changed my glass out at my home. Can't thank you enough Jonathan and Chris! Keep up the good work! read more

I had a poor experience with an auto glass Installer who refused to correct gasket installation problems. My mechanic Redmond automotive services recommended ACT FAST to fix the problems. They did a beautiful job. I expected to be charged between $50 and $100. Because they were able to fix the problem in a short period time they decided not to charge me anything as a customer of RAS. I'm impressed with ACT FAST and RAS and will certainly use them both in the future. read more

In my travels from California and throughout the NW I had the misfortune of getting a rather large chip in my Honda Fit's front windshield from a flying rock on I-5. After doing a little searching while in Central Oregon, I came across this company using Yelp. I called them yesterday and arranged for a 0900 meeting in a parking lot of my choosing.Within 15 minutes the crack was repaired as well as it could be without changing the whole windshield and the paper work was complete. The repair exceeded my expectations. This was all done with professional and courteous service. read more

Great service, great install as do exactly as they state! I will be back as windshields are a common thing. Thanks

I have used Act Fast twice and both times Jonathan was great. He came to my office to fix my windshield and was very fast. I've not had any problems with the windshields since he replaced them.
