Replaced my windshield while it was at the mechanic shop and got it done on time and dealt with my insurance. After he removed the windshield, he discovered it was not the windshield but something else causing the leak. First let me say, I didn't receive any hard service from this company. What I am reviewing for is their honesty. I am passing through Oregon and my passenger power window decides it doesn't want to work. The weather is already changing to fall and soon winter. So for me, This window needs work ASAP as it's letting out the heating from the truck. When I called he admitted honestly that he won't be able to work on it until next week sometime. So he recommended another company with a name and they will maybe service me sooner. So I did and it worked they were able to assist me. So to have him be honest and let me know that he couldn't work on it asap & to recommend another company that maybe could help me out sooner... They have an A+ in my book!!! read more

What a scam! I called this company because they have paid ads on Google so they showed up first. It was a simple stone chip. They showed up on time, filled the chip but some of it was still visible. I have had this done many times and usually had to be shown where the repair was made because it usually just about disappears. The employee said it was guaranteed not to crack or your money back. It cracked above and below the repair so I called them up for reimbursement and they said, "no problem, as long as you get a new windshield from us"...they left that part out when discussing it with me in person. I should have read the fine print. NEVER AGAIN! Update; The owner of the company called and apologized for the misunderstanding and refunded my money. It's refreshing that this company actually cared enough to call me back and make things right. Thank you!! read more

Got the job done. Repair was cloudy but there may be no avoiding that, it's a bummer though. This is the most noticeable repair of the 5 I've had done. Having said that, very professional, reachable by phone and price was lower than the big chain that did my previous repairs. read more

I had a poor experience with an auto glass Installer who refused to correct gasket installation problems. My mechanic Redmond automotive services recommended ACT FAST to fix the problems. They did a beautiful job. I expected to be charged between $50 and $100. Because they were able to fix the problem in a short period time they decided not to charge me anything as a customer of RAS.
