What a scam! I called this company because they have paid ads on Google so they showed up first. It was a simple stone chip. They showed up on time, filled the chip but some of it was still visible. I have had this done many times and usually had to be shown where the repair was made because it usually just about disappears. The employee said it was guaranteed not to crack or your money back. It cracked above and below the repair so I called them up for reimbursement and they said, "no problem, as long as you get a new windshield from us"...they left that part out when discussing it with me in person. I should have read the fine print. NEVER AGAIN! Update; The owner of the company called and apologized for the misunderstanding and refunded my money. It's refreshing that this company actually cared enough to call me back and make things right. Thank you!! read more

Five stars! Old guy needs a replacement for his van's badly cracked windshield, grumble grumble. Made an appointment. When I showed up they were waiting for me (in a good way ). They were very polite and friendly. Took about 30 minutes, start to finish. Sat in their comfortable lobby surfing on my phone, watching them work, drinking Keurig French roast umm hmm good. Replaced my windshield while it was at the mechanic shop and got it done on time and dealt with my insurance. After he removed the windshield, he discovered it was not the windshield but something else causing the leak. First let me say, I didn't receive any hard service from this company. What I am reviewing for is their honesty. I am passing through Oregon and my passenger power window decides it doesn't want to work. The weather is already changing to fall and soon winter. So for me, This window needs work ASAP as it's letting out the heating from the truck. When I called he admitted honestly that he won't be able to work on it until next week sometime. So he recommended another company with a name and they will maybe service me sooner. So I did and it worked they were able to assist me. I had a poor experience with an auto glass Installer who refused to correct gasket installation problems. My mechanic Redmond automotive services recommended ACT FAST to fix the problems. They did a beautiful job. I expected to be charged between $50 and $100. Because they were able to fix the problem in a short period time they decided not to charge me anything as a customer of RAS.
