Four days later he tells me he can't do it because it wasn't a running vehicle. Funny enough I was driving the vehicle back from the store when I got the text. It has been 5 days of run around and poor communication and now I am back to square one to find someone to replace my cracked window. Chips mobile Glass Repair was a giant waste of my time. REPLY to his response: I contacted you about a 2001 Lexus. I gave you my phone number! My most charitable guess is that you came to my house when I wasn't home, without contacting me first, and saw a 1982 Toyota Land Cruiser project sitting by my shop and somehow could not tell the difference between the two cars and still wouldn't call or ask any questions. If you answered your phone or called anyone back this could have been sorted out in 2 minutes! This has been a ridiculously frustrating experience and very unprofessional behavior. I called him to sort it out and he cussed and yelled at me and wouldn't listen to a thing I said. This was shockingly horrible behavior.
