I bought a car from the owner of Superior sheild, I do not know anything about cars, my wife needed one cause hers just went out. I asked him if anything was wrong with the car he stated the battery and its been sitting for 8 months so gas might be bad. I told him thank you for being honest, those things I could fix. The car ran a bit rough but i figured it was because of the bad gas. Long story short theres a major oil leak in the engine and needs a new engine that I cannot fix. So this business owner just lied to me knowing I could not fix the car to make a fast buck he took advantage of my situation. Now if he will be underhanded in his personal dealings how will this business owner act in his professional dealings. People, I would not do business with a dishonest person like this. I live in Hood River, so it would make sense that I'd travel to Portland to get film applied to plastic panels on my KTM 690. But after repeated calls that either rejected my small job or gave me disinterested attitude, I decided to drive the 6 hrs round trip to Superior Shield. TWICE!! So glad that I did! The first trip I brought just the plastic body parts. He was honest in saying that he didn't think he'd get a quality job done without them on the bike. I rescheduled and came back a month later with the whole bike to get the job done. Again, so happy I did. Great value, good work, and a positive attitude makes me a repeat customer. The PPF wrapped i got on my motorcycle was stellar. I dinged up the tank a bit during installation but that PPF took the brunt of the damage. The next day, the PPF had repaired itself. Super cool. read more

Researched many shops (and films) before selecting Superior/Premium Shield. After much research, I definitely feel the Premium Shield Elite film is the best looking (bright clear, with no orange peel) and the best performing film choice. The lifetime film warranty speaks for itself, as was Dave's assurance that if it isn't perfect and stay perfect, he will make it right. Dave was there early in the morning waiting for me, just as he promised. He had my VW Touareg completed before the time he promised it would be done. The quality and the care applying the protective film was excellent. This is my 6th high end vehicle to have protective film applied and this was the best overall experience yet. The agency I work with has been using Onsite for years for our winter tires! Always great service, the guys are always nice! The owners are also great!! They always figure out how to schedule me in to get our bus and van serviced. I also wait there and they are quick with getting me in and out! Plus they're local so gotta support that! read more

Horrendous level of craftsmanship and quality. This shop was subcontracted out to do a paint protection film on my car from a local body shop. Even after 3 attempts the work was sub-par. I went from a beautiful thick clear bra from the dealership to an ultra-thin option that has burned edges, poor lines and air bubbles. At one point their attempt to cut the vinyl was so poorly done, that it left deep cuts in the brand new paint and the whole front end had to be re-painted. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. read more

Dave & Brad did an excellent job installing the clear protectve film on my wife's brand new car. I am a repeat customer as the did my new Duramax a year ago. The film on the Duramax looks excellent today. These guys are expert installers and can even do the whole car if you wanted. I have previous experience with other places that install the clear film on 2 of my Vettes and the job done by Dave & Brad Cheney is superior to others. This is cheap compared to painting so don't wait until you get chips and scratches to do this. Every new car I get with have this! read more
