My wife wanted a interior detailing for her Escape as a birthday present. Having a toddler, the car was a disaster...to say the least. Matt and his team a remarkable job on her car and when I brought it home, she was in shock it was the same car! The old food stains that I thought were deep into the fabric are now completely gone. 2/4/19 - Will be taking Matt @ Tint Works to Small Claims Court. He quit responding after promising verbally and via text to cover cost to replace the poorly installed window tint (see pictures). I hired Matt to install their top level carbon film on my 1998 Toyota Rav4 and 2010 Sprinter RV. Matt was friendly and very helpful even offered to drop me off. I dropped the car at the scheduled appointment time but it wasn't until the following day it was done. The window film was poorly installed. There were excessive contaminants and scratches in the film. Matt was nice and redid the driver window before I took the car. The next day the other flaws were overly obvious. I dropped the car off again. Matt redid the film multiple times and explained he was having issue with contamination. I'm thinking... why give back a customer car with sub-par work?? He never delivered on schedule. The second time he had the car for 3 days and it wasn't until I arrived that he was actually working on it. The film still looks bad. Contamination under the film. I uploaded a picture of the driver window (see the bottom - jagged film cut). Spent $650 to have both vehicles done. And both look bad. I was in process relocating out of state and had to leave. Matt agreed to cover the cost to have the work redone by another shop. However, he won't return calls. I've been trying to contact him via phone and text for 3 weeks. *** BUYER BE WARE - Matt is a nice dude. Just poor quality and doesn't follow through. And now stuck with paying again to have the job done right. read more

If I could leave less than one star, I would. This company is a joke and should never be allowed to touch your vehicle. Got my car tinted and the back window desperately needed to be redone after he was done. After 3 weeks of no replies, I told him I would be forced to leave a negative review for his business and he finally responded and told me that he would be traveling and back November 1, 2019... I have yet to hear back even after leaving several voicemails and text messages with him. Absolute joke of a "business" I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else but here. First things first - repairing the damage he did to the car has cost me an additional $700 because the rear window needed to be replaced since he scraped off the defroster lines and possibly cut the SiriusXM wire. This amount does not include the cuts he put in the leather seat under the window or in the console between the two front seats. I am guestimating that will be another $300. Decided I wanted to get a tint strip across the windshield of my 2004 Infiniti g35. I have taken excellent care of this vehicle from day one of owning it. I realized the tint that has been on the car windows was faded, as any car would be after this many years. After doing a decent job on the two front windows of my Ford Escape and the strip across the windshield, I pre-paid them to remove the old tint and redo to entire car. BIG MISTAKE. First one being that I pre-paid, but that was because they had a deal going. Second being that I didn't see it as a red flag when they kept telling me it would take a little longer, just another day - then just another day. Third mistake being that I let him try a third time since the time of disputing the charge with my credit card company had passed. Fourth was that I didn't realize how odd it was that he moved locations THREE times in that six months. The owner (only one left with this company, I assume as the other man I had worked with and originally made the deal with told me he was no longer there) told me he had finally done the work, but wasn't happy with the results. Could I leave it another few days? This was after the car had been there for four days... I walked to his location to pick up my car, regardless of the turn out because I wanted my vehicle back. He was still scraping the old tint off the rear window of the vehicle. I was extremely concerned and did not believe he did ANY work - the front windshield did not have the strip across. At this point, he worked hard to vacuum the pieces of old tint (the original stuff) out of the car and I would later find out, he had also scraped off the defroster lines with a razor blade. This is not the proper technique to remove old tint. It took long enough to get the vehicle from him that I considered calling the police. In fear for my safety, I sent my daughter my physical location. For this reason, I will not pursue this in small claims court. Wish I had known what this man is capable of doing to vehicles. Wasted an entire day dropping a car off for tint and it was never touched. Got excuses all day how it was going to get done. It sat in the lot from 8:30AM to 3:00PM. The office never opened and he never showed. Will never recommend anyone to use his services. I've heard the same story from friends who have tried out Tint Works. read more

Do not use this company!! Dishonest! They told me if I had a problem with my tint they would fix it. Now they won't even give me the courtesy of returning my phone calls. The tint still has bubbles in it after almost 3 months. Don't waste your money using Tint Works like I did! read more

Worst buying experience I've ever had. Messed up my tint the first time, was peeling off and bubbles everywhere. Scheduled to have it redone. My car sits there for a week, finally picked it up because I got tired of waiting after getting excuse after excuse. Finally get it in again and he convinces me he can do a better job this time. NOPE looked worse than the first time. Got it removed and he throws my keys in the car and leaves it outside his shop because "he has to head out soon". Wtf idiot. This was all to avoid refunding me because now after a week I'm still getting excuses because he cant come up with 400$ what a joke of a business owner read more

I went here for a headlight restoration and it was an amazing experience. My headlight covers were so bad and they made them look like they are brand new again! On top of that, I was worried about being able to leave my car there because of work and Matt had me drop my car off and gave me a ride to work in the morning. Worst experience with any work on my car ever. This dude is bad news. Started off getting a tint and taillight smoke and then ceramic coat on entire car. The work was subpar- bubbles in tint, taillight film was wrinkled on edges and looked terrible, and the ceramic coat seemed almost none existent (no hydrophobic/protective qualities). Not to mention this took about 3-4 days longer than it was supposed to, not to worry Matt had a bs excuse every time I asked him what was happening and even would leave me unanswered with my car in his possession for over 24 hrs. I gave Matt a second chance despite bad experiences the first time (bad choice). I was supposed to have my trim and roof veins painted and it also took a day or 2 longer than supposed to, and it was obvious only have the job was done, while my paint was obviously scratched when removing trim pieces for paint. When I told Matt I wanted the work redone, he agreed it was all bad and that he would redo it. We set a date to have it redone and when I brought my car to his new shop to have it redone, there was a notice for his eviction, I saw the landlord who informed me Matt had dodged payments since he moved in and that he had found a pile of needles in the bathroom of the shop. Terrible business practice. I was told that my tinting could be done at a certain time. I show up to the appointment 5 minutes early and after 20 minutes of waiting for staff, I left. If this is how they run their business, they should be absolutely ashamed. read more

What a nightmare it was to work with these guys. I asked for 5% tint and I got 25%. Both when I dropped the car off, and when I picked it up, they couldn't find the work order on it..when it was wrong when I picked it up they told me not to pay for it and to come back and they would fix it. I thought that was not fair to them so I paid and planned to come back. BIG MISTAKE. when I got the car home there were scratches and dents all over the car. The car went to NW Wheel Repair next door immediately after I picked it up. Tint Works blamed it on them....even though the dents were around the metal adjacent to interior panels. And a big dent in the door. Needless to say I was not willing to take this car to them again to the the tint redone. I asked for a refund. They ignored me.... I filed a credit card dispute and am still trying to resolve it two months later. Take your car elsewhere. There are several better more professional shops in town. I'll never go back. Oh, and the tint job had bubbles in all the windows. read more
