"I contacted Glass Accents for a bid to replace an existing shower door in my master bathroom for…read moremy Sunriver home. The original shower door was approximately 20 years old and definitely showing wear. Additionally, it was one of the old framed metal doors that also had 2 panels connected, one of which was at an acute 45 degree angle, making it more difficult to replace. I spoke on the phone with Julia and also Elizabeth who were very helpful and suggested that a full replacement was easy to accomplish. Glass Accents quickly gave me an preliminary estimate, sent Ben out to measure, and provided several options for the hardware. Ben brought out several finishes to show me to try and match other finishes in my bathroom. When none of these finishes satisfied my preferences, Ben quickly suggested that they could obtain additional finishes with some detective work. A few days later, Ben dropped by and showed me the two additional finishes, of which one was really close to my existing fixtures. Therefore, the order was placed. In a period of less than 2 weeks, I received a call from Elizabeth telling me that they had received the glass and had a cancellation in their schedule, offering to come out to begin the installation that afternoon. Within a few hours, Sean and Ben arrived and began the removal and installation of my new shower door. This spilled over into the next day, but that was not an issue since I have a shower in a second bathroom. The following day, the tag team of Sean and Ben completed the installation. I was astonished at how well the new shower door and panel looked compared to the existing one. It was literally night and day! Ben had to make one additional trip out for a minor adjustment to the door to have it close completely without the narrow gap that was present. This did the trick! Overall, I am rating Glass Accents a "10" for customer service, professionalism, advice and flexibility during the selection process, and attentiveness to satisfy my desire for a new shower door. I can't comment on the competitive bid, as I was so impressed with their initial response, that I didn't even bother to obtain a second bid. All of this was during the COVID-19 pandemic which certainly made the measurements and installation that much more complicated. My expectations have been exceed with Glass Accents!"

The owners of this shop are also genuinely nice and friendly people who put lots of care into heir business. These guys painted our custom built home and paid no attention to detail when prepping their work…read more All finish nails showed through the painted trim. When we pointed this out, they agreed to fix it. However that was not the case and still are showing. I have built 3 homes and never had a worse interior trim paint job. They agreed to do additional work for our builder and they were in dispute over the amount they were paid because of extras that were not done with written change orders. We offered to pay a bonus at the end of the job if they fixed the issues we saw and when they didn't fix the trim we told them we were done with them and, of course, weren't paying them any more money than they were already paid by our builder. Not even six months later, we had tons of cracking and caulking failing at the joining edges of the trim. They agreed to come out to look at it and also had their paint rep from Miller paints come look at what was happening. The rep agreed the caulking was failing or they didn't apply it thick enough to have elasticity. Dylan, the owner, initially said he would come back and warranty the work but they were busy. We waited patiently for months, asking intermittently, but they delayed us. Finally, Dylan got Back to me and said they weren't going to warranty the work they completed prior because we essentially didn't pay the bonus. The contract clearly stated all changes to work that impacted the cost would be done in writing and that they warrantied there work for a year(the standard). However , Dylan's word means nothing and half his crew were baked stoners who could barely talk when they got dropped off from lunch because they were so high. Since this, I have research their license which has been suspended. We are filing a contractors board complaint and he was dodgy to not accept the certified mail notice of filing. Do yourself a favor, don't use these guys. They have no pride in their own work and don't care about their rep. These guys contacted me and said my photos weren't taken from normal viewing angles so it was being too picky. I've added some more, you be the judge.
