Don't deal with this company. The Salesman spent two hours convincing me to buy the system. When I said yes, the technician came in ten minutes and instead it. After they left I cancelled but I can't get a technician to come and uninstall it. Their phone system is in India. Twice I scheduled it to be removed and the tech never showed or called. Then I found out they do not have any techs in Bend. Their service is terrible and I am not sure when I can get rid of this equipmen. read more

WORST COMPANY EVER! Spent $3300 on a system. Nothing has worked right since installed in mid May. Techs out every week to fix. Still not fixed. Fighting to get them removed and money back. They are responsive when you are buying and having installed, then the ghost you. We have received nothing but lie after lie from the salesman Keith. Now we are in the process of getting it removed, leaving our door unsecured all together and them saying, we will see what money will be returned to us. As if we aren't getting it all back f9r something we have t been able to use since installed. Including the 60-70 dollars a month in monitoring a system not working. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. BIGGEST SCAM COMPANY EVER!!
