I dropped off my truck on 3/2/2026 for a new stereo installation after explaining the week prior that my old stereo was cutting out and draining the battery. I was told to just drop it off on 3/2--no specific time was given. When I arrived at 9:30 AM, George didn't know who I was and said he had marked me as a no-show. That should have been my first red flag. I left my truck anyway and was told I'd get a text when it was ready. By 3 PM, I hadn't heard anything, so I called--only to find out it had already been done and no one bothered to notify me. When I picked it up, I was told the dashboard piece we had discussed the week before wasn't ordered and would take about a week. Two weeks later, I had to call again, and once again George had no idea what I was talking about--though somehow the part was there. I scheduled another appointment, and the same thing happened: no call or text when it was ready. We had to stop by, and my truck was just sitting in the lot. To make things worse, the stereo is still having the same issue--music cuts out randomly. I stopped in again on 4/3 and scheduled a follow-up for 4/9, but needed to reschedule. When I called, George again didn't know why I was coming in, put me on hold saying he was "under a car," and never returned to the phone call. I waited nearly 10 minutes before having to hang up and go back to work. I followed up with a text and never got a response. At this point, I'm done. The communication is terrible, the issue was never fixed, and I've had to make multiple trips for something that should have been handled correctly the first time. WARNING!!!!! AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!! Incredibly rude staff! Did not acknowledge the presence of myself and another customer who pulled up the same time I arrived. When I finally got tired of standing around I went to look for a person to help both of us.. I took one step in the back and peeked in and was accosted by what I assume was the owner for simply stepping in the back area to find someone to help the customers. I explained to him we both had been waiting for considerable time and he replied " I saw you with my camera in the back... you just came in!" That was an outright lie as I had been in the building already for some time! I then asked about the other customer that was waiting as well and he flat out lied again telling me he was already in process of helping the other gentlemen. Really?? I had just driven up behind that other customer and he had simply entered the building just moments before me. I bought a nextbase front dash and rear camera from nextbase and brought it here for installation. The rear camera didn't work. In Tune removed it for free, and I exchanged it with nextbase for a new camera. In Tune also installed the new camera for free! They are very nice dudes too! read more

I hate doing this review specially since Jason has always been good to me and has provided excellent customer service. But ever since he left others in charge of the office everything has gone down. I went in last week on 5/3/22 looking for a stereo and installation services. I spoke with Dylan and he was very nice and knowledgeable he offered a Jensen stereo that he had in stock. I told him that I had been calling them for a few weeks now asking when they were getting more of the pioneer wireless Android car play. He said he didn't have any and didn't know when he was getting more. I told him I was set on the pioneer brand and not the Jensen brand, then I asked him if I bought the stereo somewhere else could they still install it. He said, yes! I called Drive unlimited in Redmond and they had one left of the pioneer stereo I was looking for. So I told Dylan I was go buy it and come back so they can install it. After I got back Dylan was not there and I spoke with George and he was very upset that I bout the stereo at a different location. He gave me some nasty attitude and said yea whatever we'll install it. He scheduled me for the following day which was 5/4/22. I had to get my daughter out of school early to make it to the appointment, when I arrived George said Where's the stereo and keys?!.. Very rudely, I told him I had to get my daughter's crutches from the truck because she has a broken foot and our water bottles because we had to walk now that they had our truck. After I grabbed the crutches and our water bottles I came back and he took my stereo and my keys and just went to the back without saying anything. I waited there until another associate came out and he said they will call me when its done. I left and walked to fred Meyer's while they did the install and about 45mins lates George called me and said that they didn't have all the parts to install my stereo and that I needed to come back and pick up my truck. I was very disappointed I had to walk all the way back with my daughter in crutches! When I arrived there George said he had placed an order for the parts and that he will call me when they arrive. I called today and spoke with Dylan in regards to my install and he said the parts were never ordered! Horrible customer service! I explained to him how bad this looked and how badly I was treated and lied to. He just said ok. So here I am now a week later and still no call and no install done. Unfortunately until recently I would have given these guys a 5 star review. We trusted them with multiple home stereo installs and we're very happy with their work. But when we recently went back for a car stereo install, I've been forced to change my mind. First, they accidentally sold the stereo that they initially sold us, leaving behind the only option that the manager told me, "I wouldn't install in my car," but only AFTER it had been installed. OR they could install a significantly more expensive stereo that didn't have the things that we needed. And then the first time we used it, it broke and wouldn't navigate without a hard restart of the whole system. The backup camera that was installed also failed the first time it was used. They installed 2 different systems, each time promising that the system would check off all the things that we told them that we needed, and none actually came close to what we needed at all, despite their guarantees. They told us that they replaced all the speakers, only to find that 2 hadn't even been touched. And then when they called to say that the vehicle was ready, I arrived with the door panel and uninstalled and the window detached, with a significant amount work that still needed to be done. The speaker still doesn't work, the stereo is brand new but unreliable, and when probed about their confidence in the system they cussed at me and treated me like a child. They don't seem to be familiar with their products, they aren't able to follow through with standard customer requests, and we have no confidence that the work done is reliable, quality, or functional. read more

I have a 20 year old Landcrusier that is still a great car, but no GPS, hands free phone, and/or music capabilities. I spoke with the Asst. Manager Kameron, who asked questions, showed different solutions and recommended an Alpine unit. Though it is a retrofit, it looks like it came with the car. They had it installed in two hours, set up my phone and satellite music, and gave me a personal tutorial. Fantastic local service and a great value. These guys are awesome! I have gone to them for new stereos in two cars over the years and have always felt so well taken care of. They scheduled me easily, helped me pick a new stereo deck and speakers, and finished the job on time. I recently blew a speaker and it was driving me nuts (who me? Listen to loud music?). so after contacting The owner about the situation about my subwoofer blowing up half an hour after I played it he blamed it on me saying that I played it too loud and that it was my fault that their professional install department was not able to get it right so for the record anyone that has anything to do with In Tune should have their stuff in writing because every time I got my vehicle back it was always a different price so I would be beware of going there and getting professional service read more
