This was unequivocally the most amazing customer service I've ever experienced at an auto parts store. When I walked in, a young man greeted me and asked if he could help me find what I came for. I said, "yes." He helped me select the washer fluid and tar remover I came for. After I paid for it, he offered to carry it to my car. Normally I would have said "no," but he seemed so happy to do it, I agreed. Then the shocker. When at my car, he asked if I would like him to fill my washer tank with the new fluid. I said "Sure!" He proceeded to do it taking care to be respectful of my new Audi Q7. I will definitely be back. read more

He was doing the same thing with another vehicle but while he was waiting for some information for them he went and got another machine to start helping me. We had an ignition coil fail late on Thursday, so we had our car towed to the nearby Toyota dealership. They wouldn't be able to get the necessary part until the following Tuesday, so I started calling around to see if there were any elsewhere. Mark at AutoZone said they didn't have one in stock, but that he could get one transferred from Eugene, and it would be there by the early afternoon the next day. True to his word, it showed up at 1:30 on Saturday, I picked it up and delivered it over to Kendall Toyota. I was on the road by 3!! Thanks Mark, you saved the trip! read more

I took my car into Autozone this morning to have my battery checked and see if I needed a new one. I have bought batteries from Autozone in the past and have been really pleased. I had charged the battery the prior night but only got to 25% charged after 12 hours. Luckily, it started and decided to have it checked. Obviously, the battery check showed I needed a new one. David, the customer rep, was more than happy to install the new one. The old one wasn't that easy to remove but he persisted and got it installed. The service was excellent and I will continue to purchase batteries and other accessories in the future. read more

I needed to replace a bulb on my 2019 Escape. It looked so easy on the Youtube videos I watched. I could not get it done so Burt from Auto Zone on SE 3rd helped me out. The bulb/wiring was shoved forward into the housing, at the factory I think since I have not replaced any bulbs prior. Long story short, my man Burt (Store Manager) got it done and after it reset the low beams are fully operational again. Burt then went to help another customer. He is a good man for sure and I am now going to buy all my parts and consumables at that store. read more

I wish I could do 10 stars. I was having car troubles in white out conditions and barely made it to the store. By the time I got there I was having a panic attack which triggered the start of a seizure. I really didn't want to have a full blown seizure in public, especially around people I didn't know. I was asked by April if I needed help and I confided my situation to him. He immediately was so helpful, supportive and understanding. He number one helped me find everything I needed, directed me to finding water and a bathroom, and took the time to distract me from the panic attack. The other employees who didn't know what was going on went out of their way to answer questions and assist me as well even though they were busy restocking and helping other customers. April went above and beyond to make sure I was able to go on my way safely and definitely deserves a raise. This is easily my favorite place to go for auto care and I am treated just the same as any other person. My car was experiencing trouble so I stopped by to see what the problem was. After a quick battery and alternator test Marco and Nicholas helped me figure out that my battery was bad. I was surprised at how affordable getting a new battery was through the store. After I bought the battery the staff was kind enough to help me out with the installation process. I was impressed with the exemplary customer service I received. They got my car running again no problems and made sure the battery had been alright. Hats off to both the employees for all the work they put in to help me out, and the professionalism they displayed.
