The price was good so I made an appointment a month out to have them install it. They said they would need to order parts and would need my truck for a full day so I made the appointment for about a month out. I called the day before I was scheduled to bring my truck in to confirm and they said no problem. When I got there, they hadn't ordered the parts so it took two days instead of one. When the truck was finally done. I went to pick it up and they gave me a price of $2900 instead of the $1600. They originally quoted me when I questioned the price, the crusty old man behind the counter, said never quoted me that price. after a lot of back-and-forth, they finally came down to $2200. I was tired of arguing with them so I agreed to pay it. They asked me how I was gonna pay and I told credit card at that point they informed me there was a 3% charge for using a credit card

I had them install a rack which went flawlessly and I love it. I also ended up buying the mounts from them which I didn't even know I needed until they explained it to me. Very informative at the main store. I went over to the other store to pick up the mounts and when I tried installing them, it didn't fit on my tent. Very close just a bit to snug. I went back to the store and asked them if there was anything they could do. Turns out, it wasn't the mount that didn't fit, just the rails on the tent were a little warped. In the same visit, they belt sanded my 8 pieces of the mount which after trying to mount the tent again, went perfectly. Very appreciative of their willingness to help me out especially because I didn't know much. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else to do stuff for your car and truck racks.
