Unethical and bad business demeanor. Never delivered product and refused to refund money. I had to…read morefile dispute with credit card company to stop payment. Go to battery plus instead! #1. I was lied to and told that I could return the solar panel for a refund. However when i went to return it the following week to that same employee I was told that he didn't remember telling me that I could return it and then we were refused a refund and were verbally accosted by the owner/manager/boss for wanting to return the product. #2. We returned the item with the promise of in store credit and delivery of the product we wanted. Which was never delivered. #3. The owner/manager then attempted to sell me a product that he knew very little about and became verbally aggressive toward me until I informed him how incorrect and under informed he was on the product. At which time he withdrew himself from the conversation and left the room. unethical business practices exhibited. I will never do business here again.

I went over to the deli and ask people over there if there's anybody that can help me and they shake their heads no. I walked out and there is a young man sitting in his truck and I walked up to him. He had his window cracked and I said excuse me, sir do you know anything about 1990 Toyota pick ups and he smiled and he looked at me. And said, what choo got going on?" And I knew then he was going to be a help even in my devastation gloom and doom I thought the world was coming to an end overdramatizing so we spent an hour and he change the battery cable which I knew was bad because it was broke it needed to be changed. It still wouldn't start at that point. I called the tow truck. They were there in 45 minutes. I was back home by 2 o'clock feeling safe at my house I thank God for tender hearted, people who help one another. His name was Jeremy. After towing the truck back to Crooked river Ranch, my mechanic said the battery was dead; it was a new battery purchased month ago from O'Reilly's. I called O'Reillys. David said bring it in and he swiftly took care of my need by exchanging the battery and allowing my travels to be in good standing! Thank you David!! Keep up the great work! .

I recently visited the Cascade Villages store. A young man helped my find 3 sets of wipers for 3 cars. When I got home, I started installation. 4 our of 6 wipers were incorrect. So I returned the next day. I asked for a manager to assist me. She identified the problem and found the correct items this time. I went home and started installation. Working on the last car, the wiper box did not have the 'adapters' package included within it so I was unable to complete the swap out. For the third time, I returned to O'Reilly's. The gentleman behind the counter was surprised the parts were missing but immediately replaced it with a proper package of wipers and parts. While I understand that sometimes mistakes are made, I feel that 3 visits to the store for windshield wipers is a bit too much. Sadly, I won't go back to this store.
