I've used many different carpet cleaning services over the years. Padre Carpet Care is by far the best service!!

We usually have used the more common cleaners with their "special" prices. They are here for about an hour and done. This time decided to bite the bullet and use a "non-francized" company. Sean was here for about 4 1/2 hrs. Results were OUTSTANDING. For first time, looked like a new carpet. While his price was higher overall, but broken down into hourly, it turned out to be a bargain. Very highly recommend it you want the best results and are ready to "pay for what you get". read more

Asked for quote and was called back by owner, who took the time to walk me through his process for cleaning upholstery. He also suggested how I might clean my upholstery cushions myself. I realize appreciate the owner's knowledge and attitude. I will use his company in the future when a professional is needed. read more

Fourth verse same as the first and that is excellent work! Sean Radcliffe and his dad who make up the team at Padre Carpet Care (Sean no longer does Tile Care so the Yelp header is wrong) cleaned our carpets once when we were Bend residents and then the carpets in my mom and dad's house in Bend two other times. When my dad died this year after being at home with 24/7 home care for a couple of years with Alzheimer's and that a couple of years after my mom's death from debilitating illness that had care professionals coming and going, the carpet was badly in need of cleaning throughout. I called Sean to see if he could do the work and it amazed me that he remembered not only me but my parents house well enough that he could describe it to me, in exactly right detail, over the phone so I didn't even need to make the 6 hour drive to let him in to do a walkthrough estimate. I was able to make an appointment for a couple of weeks later when my husband and I were in town to let him in. As is our past experience with Sean, he and his dad showed up on time and did an absolutely perfect job. And here there deserves to be said a word about Sean's dad who is a delightful gentleman with a charming British accent who is probably about my age these days and works with the stamina of a man half that many years old! If you know how to look behind the Yelp filter you'll find another sixteen customers who had five star ratings for and great things to say about Padre Carpet Care. Top notch for the quality of work done and for the integrity with which Sean operates the business. And it was a heart tugging moment when my brother was looking in my mom's address book he saw a yellow sticky note under C (I imagine she intended it for Carpet) and in big letters she had printed "USE SEAN FOR CARPETS " with the business phone number. I had already called him before my brother saw the note but I told him she wanted to be sure that even if she wasn't there her home would be well cared for. PS - the URL to Padre Carpet Care wepage appears to be not working and when I tried it when posting this review I found it ended up at a bogus phishing site. Don't use it. Padre Carpet Care - Owner Sean Radcliffe and his charming dad, Peter, do top notch work! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Bend, Oregon

Padre Carpet Care did a great job on my carpets and rugs; and my couches look amazing, all despite my 100 lb lab who roams the house and loves to sit on the couch with me! Their price was reasonable and workers pleasant to have around. read more

Padre Carpet Care did a great job cleaning my carpet. He arrived when scheduled and did a great job at a reasonable price. Did not realize the carpet was so dirty until he cleaned it . Looks new. I certainly recommend this business. read more

What an amazing company. They're so kind, professional and reliable. I make sure that I see them every year. Prices are very reasonable as well! Great experience read more

Padre Carpet Care did such an amazing job on my upholstered bar stools, sofa and wall-to-wall carpet I feel compelled to give them a review! It's always a risk to try someone new, but Sean did an excellent job at a reasonable price. My off-white bedroom carpet was looking dingy (even after another service cleaned it) and after he was finished, it looked as good as new. Same with my old, fully upholstered barstools and sofa. I was about ready to replace them, but Sean & Lily worked their magic. I highly recommend this service. read more

Sean cleaned a used chair for me and he did an excellent job. He was thorough and efficient and I thought his price was reasonable. He's also pleasant and friendly. I would definitely hire him again. read more

Padre Carpet came out and cleaned my carpets. Sean was knowledgeable and thorough. My home was built in 2003 and I don't think the carpets were ever cleaned. They are now beautiful. I will use them again, I can't imagine using anyone else. read more

10 stars for Sean and his dad! They cleaned our living room carpet as well as a hard-to-clean sectional couch and did a terrific job. Both look brand new! Plus, Sean is really nice, responded very quickly via text and followed up with a call. Very clear communication. Would definitely recommend working with them! read more

Hired because of great reviews on yelp. Happy to report I am completely pleased with the service. Prompt communication, and arrived on time. Highly recommend. read more

I used to think that as long as it was a truck/van mounted carpet cleaner, they were all created equal. I was very wrong. I had previously just chosen the cheapest price I could find and that was sufficient when I didn't have pets or light carpet. Now my new place has light beige carpet, a very picky landlord, and an 80 lb. black lab and geriatric cat. I saw Michele's review on here and then the filtered reviews and decided to try someone new. First of all: Sean is extremely thorough and I know more about carpets, cleaning process, odor elimination, etc. then ever before. He explained how his process differs from some other cleaners and I might butcher this explanation but I'll give it a try: instead of just dumping soap everywhere, pushing it around on the surface and sucking it up, he actually cleans the carpet through agitation which deep cleans it. He is also extremely thorough and detail oriented, and I didn't find a trace of hair around the baseboards when he was finished (and I know there was probably tons of it). I couldn't believe how much time he spent on my 400 sq ft. of carpeted area and this equals less pay per hour for him, but a very good deal for his customers. Best of all, my carpets look better than when I moved in. They had been cleaned prior to my arrival, and cleaned about six months a go. I cannot find a single stain now and there used to be a vast difference between the areas I had put rugs down and those without, but it's all the same light color just like the areas that have never seen a muddy paw print. They look brand new. You can't tell from the carpets that I have pets, and best of all you can't smell that I have pets. As far as the rest of the house goes, I have some work to do to bring it up to par with the now flawless carpet. read more

Due to the very high reviews on here, we contacted Padre to see if they serviced the Prineville area since that is where we will be moving. Sean returned my call very quickly and his response is why I am writing this review. Although they do not service the Prineville area, he very thoroughly went over what to look for when interviewing or hiring someone to clean our new home carpets. He shared specific things to ask for and to make sure we were getting the job done right. He explained in detail the process and this made the process much easier since it was our first time hiring professional carpet cleaners. Even though we weren't able to work directly with Sean, based on the reviews here and my experience with him, I would highly recommend anyone in their service area check Padre Carpet out. read more

Booked my appointment but had to back out at the last minute. I felt terrible but was treated kindly. I will use Padre when I do need services again! read more

PADRE CARPET CLEANING IS THE BEST!!! Sean is extremely knowledgeable, he knows carpet inside and out. He was so helpful and informative. We had him clean the carpets as we thought they were probably on their way out (dirty, original carpet in our 2005 house) only to be assured by Sean that these carpets will last a very LONG time yet! He and his assistant spent 4 hours cleaning our carpets. Way beyond expectations, worth the wait! You're doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere else! Also, he mentioned he isn't on Yelp so he doesn't respond to messages on here, call him he's the best! read more

We used Sean to clean a home rental we just moved into that hadn't been cleaned properly prior to move in. Not only did Sean do a fantastic job on the carpet, he also gave us several tips on how we should get prepared for Winter as we are new to Bend. We will absolutely use Sean again for all of our carpet care needs. Best tip I can share is book early as he is very busy and can get booked out weeks at a time. Thank you Sean for being professional, on time and a wonderful person with a kind heart! read more

Sean did such an amazing job on my carpets! 18 years and 7 dogs ago it was nice... until today it is so nice again. Very honest and affordable- I was shocked at how good my carpets looked after Sean was done. read more

Had a need to use a carpet cleaner for a small job so I called Padre carpet for the job. Sean the owner called me back and setup a time to do the job. Sean and his helper were friendly and very competent at their job. I know, I use to clean carpets utilizing the same Steam cleaning process. They did everything correctly, even placing mat's under the pressure hose that went over our front lawn. If that's not done, the heat from the hose will burn a nice little path across your lawn. He cleaned two bedrooms and a hall. I'm very satisfied with his work, and will keep his phone number from future use and reference. Thanks Sean for making our carpets look like new again. read more

Sean rocks. I've got 2 dogs who tracked muddy paws around my 4th floor apartment and the hall outside our door (embarrassing). I called him to clean one room of wall-to-wall carpet, a wool area rug, part of a hall common area, and the upholstery on a sofa. Sean was prompt, efficient and did a bang-up job cleaning both the carpet and wool rug. He gave me great advice about taking care of the rugs, informed me that I could clean the upholstery by unzipping the cover (he could have done it and charged me, but he was honest and pointed out it was easy and cheap for me to do myself). I though Sean's price was extremely reasonable, especially considering he had to haul equipment and hoses up the stairwell to the 4th floor. Also considering the attention to detail he took to the cleaning! The carpets and rugs look great! Finally, Sean is a kind and enthusiastic person. You can tell he cares about his customers' happiness...even taking the time to give me great advice about things to enjoy in Bend! read more

This was the most thorough carpet cleaning service I have ever used. Sean was friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had forgotten how pretty my carpets were until Sean beautifully renewed them with a thorough cleaning!

Sean at Padre Carpet & Tile Care is friendly, responsive, and extremely competent. I hire him to take care of my own home and my rental properties. He's even given me a heads up on the quality of my carpets and what I should look for next time I do a replacement. No need to look elsewhere...good to support a nice local business. read more

Sean is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process in detail. He has great pricing too! My carpet was heavily stained and I rent so I don't know if it has ever been professionally cleaned. They came in and made my carpets look wonderful. I had some staining wick up the next day, as can occur with heavily stained carpet - per Sean's explanation. The guys actually thanked me for calling them back!! Great job Padre! read more

I used Padre C. & T. Care in October, 2015, and received excellent service. This is based on my 7 year old carpeting, up & downstairs, is still looking and feeling new, after 90 days. Sean, the owner, personally, with one other worker, performed this thorough cleaning. I had forgotten about my promise to post this on Yelp* until I saw the company's founder, Jeremy Stoppelman, discuss Yelp* on CBS This Morning, on January 13th. Thanks for the great work, Sean! read more

Sean thank you for all your work. I have used Padre Carpet cleaning three times and my parents have used him 3 times as well. Sean does such great work and he is an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommended padre carpet cleaning to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned. read more

So crazy that 10 5-Star Reviews are hidden from the page, because they are RIGHT!! Great service, great price, great quality, attention to detail, doing what was promised and more. We have 2 kids and a cat who throws up every day and desperately needed a deep cleaning from top to bottom . Stains were removed without too much moisture in the carpet and it looks fabulous! This is our first time using the service which came highly recommend from a friend, plus the great reviews I was able to find here on Yelp. I have had REALLY poor experiences with other carpet cleaners from out of state and feel like I have hit the jackpot here. Thank you . read more

I reached out to Padre when we needed our white carpets cleaned in our new home. The team at Padre was extremely thorough in explaining the techniques and some of the differences between the different equipment. These guys were great . Our carpeting looked fantastic, price was reasonable and service was terrific. We needed a follow up visit and they accommodated us on short notice and did it with a smile. Sean and his brother take pride in what they do and are so helpful. I highly recommend this company. We will use again when the need arises. read more

Shaun is absolutely the best. We have used him for years now on our commercial property and personal home. You can find cheaper if that's what you want, but if you want solidly clean carpets, exceptional customer service, and to support a local family, he is your guy. We used several other companies over the years and had stains come back right away, and some horrible customer service experience. Guys you didn't want in your home. I leave Shaun in my house every time without a worry. read more

Excellent customer service and quality of work. Sean took the time to explain how to keep my carpets in good shape, recommended products to purchase (not things that he sells, just what I can find at my local store) for spot cleaning, how to use them correctly and what to stay away from. Very reasonable rates for the work done; charged exactly what he originally quoted. read more

Padre Carpet & Tile Care came to my house to clean the carpet after our puppy got trained. Carpets were restored to NEW and they are soft and look great. One of the best things about Padre Carpet & Tile Care is the carpets are dry within a few hours of cleaning. They have very high end industrial equipment and the filters are cleaned often. The result is a carpet you can walk on and no soggy water spots! I have recommended Padre Carpet & Tile Care to countless families for their carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning needs. All have been very happy with the results and his excellent customer service. Thank you for your top notch service! read more
