Always Accurate - They have a pretty high tech operation and specify ingredients/speciality orders on each item with printed stickers. (Which also have a name if you order online) Don't like onions, but extra mustard? They'll get it right. 2. Quick - Never had to wait more than 45 minutes. So I thought I would give it a "GO" again at this particular Pizza Boli's; although, only out of convenience to be disappointed again! The spicy chicken wings was gorgeous to the eye ONLY with no favor, no taste of spice or anything else for that matter and the same goes for the jalapeno poppers...No favor and No hot!! I don't understand how jalapeno peppers are not hot! Even with the seeds removed, jalapeno peppers are still hot and spicy! This is my go-to place for pizza so I've been a fan for a little while. I like the pizza and delivery is usually fast, although I live pretty close to it so that could be why. I order online and they seem to rolling out a new website and there were a few hiccups such as it not recognizing my street address, but that seems to hopefully have been fixed. read more

Yesterday at 11:10 pm on the dot I called and ordered a half chicken filet sub, western fries and a Stromboli. The sub and fries arrived at 11:57 pm, pretty horrible in terms of delivery time but that's not the worst part: no Stromboli. The bad news is I signed the receipt before realizing my order wasn't complete and even gave the guy a 20% tip. He apologized and said he'd be back in 20 mins. Two calls and 2 and a half hours after my original order, yet still no Stromboli. I spoke to a guy named Kasim telling him to remove the charge for the food I didn't receive as well as the tip. I could have driven from DC to Philly in this amount of time. I'll never order from this place again. If you order delivery, only pay in cash, only then can you prevent Pizza Boli from holding your order hostage. My charge card reimbursed me for the item I didn't receive. Worst. Pizza. Ever. OK, it was delivered - that's a factor. But the crust really was like cardboard, thick cardboard. It was supposed to be pepperoni, I think there was some of that on there, but the overall topping was pretty nearly dried to shoe leather and it was hard to discern individual pieces of anything. Fresh garlic never had a chance - lost to whatever they did to this pizza. I placed an order from Pizza Boli's via EatStreet online. The pizza took an extra 30 mins to get here from what the estimated time was and arrived cold. I spoke with 2 different reps before my Pizza actually arrived. Once it arrived I called back again and let them know it was cold. The rep told me her manager was on the way back and she would have him bring me another pizza personally. I waited an additional hour before I called back to see where this pizza was, the rep responded it was on the way. The manager arrived with the pizza stating he got busy, I explained this was unacceptable to be receiving my pizza 3 hours later after placing my initial order, and that I didn't want the pizza I rather be refunded. He stated he can not refund it because I paid EatStreet so I should take the new pizza and he will give me a discount on my next one. I explained it was still unacceptable as a manager to deliver a product to your customer 3 hours later and expect them to be satisfied. He stated he couldn't help me. His name was Kaseem. I placed the order over 48 hours in advance and called to make sure it would be delivered before noon and it was still late. Great pizza and overall great experience! Had the bbq chicken and I will admit that it was one of the best I've had and the driver was very pleasant. My only concern is the fact that your drivers take and throw away the competitor's menus.. I admit that I do, on occasion enjoy ordering from other places. I've been ordering from this Pizza Boli's for years and they were my favorite - LOVE their pizza. BUT - the last two orders have been messed up. The first, they delivered someone else's pizza to me, and I didn't notice until after I was inside and delivery person was gone. It was a similar pizza, but a medium instead of a large and had a different address on the ticket. Ordered again tonight and double checked the ticket on the box at delivery and it was correct, but when I got inside and opened it, it was a completely different pizza!! I don't know if the staff or management has changed, but this is two fundamental mistakes in a row - it's pretty straightforward - deliver the order to the right address, and put the right order in the right box!! I had the lamb kebab and chips. It was probably the worst eating experience of my life. The lamb was manufactured in a lab somewhere on the premises and contained 0.1% meat and 99.9% awfulness. Food is DELICIOUS. I've ordered subs from here several times and they are everything I want in a sub: lots of meat, piping hot, buttery/toasted buns. French fries are cooked until perfectly crispy. This place's customer service was horrible. Friends and I came to Washington DC for a weekend, our hotel suggested this place to order delivery pizza from. I called the person on the phone asked for my number and the address of the hotel, he said it would take 45 minutes. Two hours later there was no call and no food, so I called the place asking where we were at in the delivery, he again asked the address of the hotel and then said the delivery driver was a few minutes away, I said ok. Another 30 minutes go by I call again, he told me the delivery driver just got back and that he called and called and I did not answer, I told them that I was calling from my phone and it hasn't been off did you write down the number right, there was a long pause some talking in the background and he came back on and asked me if I still wanted the food, no apology no correction on his mis-service, I said no we don't want it.
