I almost never review places that I have ordered delivery from, especially not when it is a third party app. But I ordered Paisano's through Uber Eats, and everything was shockingly good. We ordered the meat lovers stromboli, the bacon cheese fries, and the brownie. I really debated on the fries because cheese fries made with melted cheese (and not with a side of nacho cheese) almost never travel well. I thought for sure they would be cold and disappointing, but they arrived still hot and were delicious. There was plenty of both cheese and bacon, and they sent a side of ranch. The bacon was thick and flavorful, not just bacon bits or something. The stromboli was similarly packed. It was big (definitely enough to share between two people), and there was a lot of filling. It was perfectly cheesy and savory. Even the brownie was delicious. It had chocolate chips in it and was thick and fudgy. Not only was everything good quality, but I thought the prices were exceedingly reasonable. For a chain, they're always solid. I don't eat much pizza in general, but I've always enjoy the Paulie's thin crust. In addition, they have some pretty underrated hot wings. The prices are right and if you're short on time, they're incredibly fast and efficient. read more

UPDATE: Paisano's lies to you. Any business that takes money from a customer can refund it. If they didn't get my money, who got it?!? On Saturday night, I went onto Uber Eats and saw I could get a cheese pizza from Paisano's in 15-20 minutes! Awesome, as I heard good things. But the second I ordered, the delivery time went up to 75-90 minutes. I cancelled the order in like a minute. Today, I saw I was still charged. I figure this is an easy fix when I tell Uber Eats what happened, but they refuse. They say they have to pay Paisano's because they already started the order. Ok, put aside the actual cost in material and labor for that one minute. Who believes that a pizza place that started to make a cheese pizza couldn't sell that pizza on a Saturday night. I bought dinner from here and the food was fantastic! I had originally thought about just ordering a pizza like I usually do from this place, but tonight I went for something different. The pizzas from here are definitely delicious and filling, don't get me wrong. But they pack a lot of calories and fat, even if you order a veggie pizza. I haven trying not to go down that road lately, so tonight I ordered the chicken Philly and cheese sub with French fries included. This place is not very big, it only has 6 seats (max). Came here on a weekday and I was able to get a table because it was not too busy! I ordered the hot Buffalo wings with blue cheese and The mozzarella sticks. I think the Buffalo wings can be spicier, and they were just a bit over cooked and burned, which made the meat a little bit dry. The moz sticks were pretty good tho! Spinach/ ricotta Calzone was good- the dough/bread used for it wasn't what I'm used to but overall it made for more than one meal and definitely was overall a good dinner. Not the best calzone I've ever had, but certainly tasty. Wondered why the calzone wasn't served with marinara sauce. I went to Paisano's Pizza last night and ordered a pizza with pepperoni, mushroom, and onion. However, when I got the pizza, there was no pepperoni! Without the star of the show (pepperoni), the pizza clearly tasted like it was lacking something. And every time I took a bite, it was lacking even more, because the cheese and toppings would fall right off! How am I supposed to enjoy a pizza if the toppings can't even stay on? Also, the cheese was so overly stretchy that I had to use my fingers to rip the cheese string connecting my mouth to the subpar pizza. If everything actually stayed on the pizza and it was correct, it might've actually been decent. The one saving grace of this place was the cashier guy. Even though he got the order wrong, I could tell that it was an honest mistake and he was genuinely sorry. He immediately offered to give us our money back or make a new correct pizza at no additional charge. He also gave us coupons to use next time. In addition, he was super friendly and just an overall cool dude. The service speed was a bit slow from the employees making the pizza. The place has extremely limited seating, but that shouldn't be an issue if they keep up the subpar pizza. Overall, I am certain that you can find better pizza places in the area to order from. I was in the mood for pizza when visiting a friend. She swears by this place and so I trusted her. We split a buffalo chicken salad, a small pizza and a cheesesteak. The pizza crust had a nice crunch/chewiness. Putting buffalo chicken on a salad takes away some of my guilt. We were too full to finish the cheesesteak which tasted divine. Delivery guy is terrible. Worst experience ever. Wish I had of called another place. The driver could have left the pizza with my front desk person who greeted him as I was dealing with a problem with my car. I had already paid for the pizza so no reason not to leave. Then called them and they could not get driver on the phone. Sat on hold for 20 minutes trying to get them to fix it. I asked them to make me a new pizza as it now had been out of oven for over an hour. They would not. The way it was handled was terrible. The general manager is the one who refused which makes no sense. Why not make a happy customer that may come back instead of an angry customer who won't? Makes no business sense. He might have lost $5 on this if he made a new pie. Really terrible customer service and the driver should be fired. The food quality is great, but two times I ordered they failed to include the dipping sauce I ordered with the pizza. But repeated mistakes need to be rectified by a. refund of order, or b., another kind of offer on the initiative of the business. Last week I received a unrecognizable charge for $18.00 (from the Paisano (9429 Lorton Market St Lorton, VA 22079. I spoke with my bank and had them freeze my cards and investigate the charge because, I had not phoned in a order at 11:00 am. My bank had to Fed-ex new cards to me. I then called the Lorton location and spoke with one of the employees and he said that there was a glitch in the system and that I was probably being charged from a prior visit last year. So I decided to test my theory and order the following week.....I got the same exceptional customer service from Roberto and the pizza and wings were amazing, meat lovers pizza and combination wings which was Roberto's idea because I was undecided. Needless to say, I've ordered from Paisanos 4 times in a less than a month. So happy I've found a pizza home near my job. No more dominos or pizza hut for me and my clients.
