Everything was DELICIOUS!!! We kicked things off with the fried calamari & shrimp - which were both lightly fried and amazing. Our entrees came about 10 mins after and were both phenomenal. The fried chicken especially was really well seasoned and hot out the grease. Our server was also a gem to be hosted by! We will come back read more

I adore the Peaches chain and this new location is no exception. Not only did it meet my expectations but I was pleasantly surprised by some new things on the menu that I haven't seen at other location. The first being the grit cake and the second being the Crispy Oysters "Rockefeller". The grit cake was so good, i ordered another round just to take home lol. I happened to visit during happy hour (another pleasant surprise) and that time was perfect. The portions are great for the price and sampling, the sangria was delicious, and the service was fantastic. I cannot wait to come back for dinner and see what other new dishes are specific to this location. Whatever they have, i'm 100% still going to get a grit cake and I'm dying to try a scoop of The Lewis! read more

Had dinner with my family the day before Thanksgiving at Peaches Prime and the service and food was excellent. The space is open and modern and they have ample seating so you could dine with a large group. We tried several items and all were good with the exception of the Crispy Oysters Rockefeller. The spinach base was not tasty at all. I personally had the oxtail fettuccine as my main and it was so good. The portion size was bigger than expected. I had enough for another meal the next day. The Lewis dip and crispy calamari were hits among my family. Also the waitress started us with a complimentary sample of this fried grit app. That was tasty and the sauce was really good. Surprisingly that app was light. I'll definitely be back to try the brunch or for Happy Hour. The location is conveniently accessible by bus or train. Before I forget the bathroom is shared with other businesses in the location. read more

I went in to grab some apps and a drink afterwork. I ordered Crispy Oysters Rockefeller which was so delish. I had a smoky Moscow mule that delivered (I'm picky about my drinks). I took dinner to go and ordered the oxtail fettuccine dish. I was a bit disappointed. It was more oily than I would have liked and was lacking flavor. Would I return? Absolutely. I have more dishes to try and the service was great. read more

Absolutely delicious foods well prepared with no overpowering seasonings. Restaurant was not crowded on a Tuesday night and we were quickly seated and orders taken. Really cool decor vibe with calming lighting. Our order was quickly prepared and served and waiters were very accommodating. One dish did have to be sent back (thus the 4 stars) because the fried fish seemed to only be fried bread crumbs and was quite hollow inside. They were very accommodating and offered an alternative dish or a refund. Since it was late in the meal and everyone was already eating, my friend opted for simply removing it from the bill. This was very disappointing that she basically could not eat with us. The other challenge is parking, which the restaurant can do nothing about. We were in luck and found an on street spot 2 blocks away but even that took several revolutions to obtain. We have been to other locations and while the food was also excellent, other challenges prevailed. I am willing to go for a third try because sometimes people just have bad days. read more

I've been here a few times since it's opened and I've always enjoyed it! For appetizers my friends had the oysters and liked them a lot. We had the shrimp scampi as an appetizer and it was great. I can't remember what they are individually but their plates were empty! I've had the spicy rigatoni a number of times and there's a reason I keep getting it. The drinks are good, maybe a little over priced, but good! Do note that next door turns into a club around 8-9pm and the bathroom is located on the club side. It's like Narnia or something lol Would I come back? Clearly I have ha Would you recommend it to a friend? Absolutely! read more

Peaches Prime - Crispy oysters . 10/10 - Southern Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Last time I was there the treatment was great. This time the waitress was condescending along with the bartender. The owner as well. I asked for grappa and they had no idea what it was but when I was there previously it was served to me. The waitress and bartender kept whispering and looking at me. It made me realize that they were with prejudice. The hist slash owner was the same. It made me real uncomfortable. Last time I spent $150. Today because of the stairs and whispers I kept it under $60. I felt like this was a scene out of when the Civil Rights was just passed. The fried chicken had little to no seasoning, the mashed potatoes were dry. I don't yelp bad reviews but this one takes the cake. I am very disappointed amd my pocket hurts from giving my money to such an establishment. read more

There are a few Peaches Prime locations in Brooklyn, but this location you have to make reservations. The other locations you have too long to wait. My reservation was for 12:15. That's a good time to come, although it was not extremely crowded, and the crowd was mature and very diverse. The music played at a nice level, the tables and seating arrangements were very comfortable. The food was very good. It wasn't fancy or extra pretentious, instead steak and eggs were just steak and eggs. The steak was tender and the side of grits was also very good. The home fries were just OK to me, but the French toast was good as well as the fruit and granola. The food was reasonably priced and good. Much better than some of these places with all these fancy names for the same food with less flavor. Stop by for brunch @ the downtown Brooklyn location. You will be satisfied. 'Til we eat again.... read more

My friend and I caught up over dinner here and really enjoyed it. We came on a Wednesday night and it was empty. The servers are attentive. The restaurant is a vibe, classically decorated: booths, low lighting. The menu isn't expansive but what we ordered was tasty. The oxtail pasta and Oreo cheesecake were good read more

Before I move onto my review, I want to give a BIG shoutout to our server Maya, who went above and beyond! Her vibe and energy was just everything!!! We left feeling like we made another bestie. Thank you so much for your kindness Maya! (I hope she sees this) Okay now for the actual restaurant review: Came here for the first time with a friend on a Wednesday night around 7pm and we were seated right away with no reservation. This is definitely more upscale than the usual peaches, it was actually a pretty romantic setting! Could definitely see myself having a great date night here. My friend and I ordered the Short Ribs and Grits & the Oxtail Fettuccine and ate it family style. They also brought out some polenta bites. Everything was absolutely delicious. My favorite was the Oxtail Fettuccine. The rosemary sangria was a little too sweet and that's saying a lot for me! I had to cut it with water. I wish they also added a dash of cucumber or something to it. Overall I would definitely come back, maybe as a bigger group or definitely would love someone to take me on a date here. read more

Nice vibe and tasty bites. Caesar with Shrimp was tasty, Scampi was .. so good. Oxtail pasta so good and exceptionally fried whiting. Would do it again. Peri Peri is up next. read more

The food is extremely good! and the service is excellent--very attentive and kind! I was seated immediately quickly, and within 15 minutes, my appetizer of 'garlic shrimp scampi' arrived fresh and hot. Within another 10-15 minutes, my main dish arrived, which was both delicious and filling! Will be back...a new favorite lunch and dinner destination. Cannot wait to try brunch. read more

Great food, welcoming and good service. I have been a customer at its other locations for years and happy to see the expansion.

Amazing experience here--very convenient location right off the train. Beautiful decor and ambience. Service was very friendly and attentive. Oysters Rockefeller are a must-order. Really delicious and generous portions. The most satisfying version of that dish I've ever tasted. The Lewis spinach and artichoke dip with house-made (very well seasoned) tortilla chips is also a great appetizer. Esp if you are a fan of this dish, it is again the best version of this I've ever had. The quality and freshness of the ingredients just makes it outstanding. Rosemary Sangria was a perfect fall drink. Loved that it was a more sophisticated cocktail-y take on sangria (ie no "pieces" of fruit). The steak frites was AMAZING. Truly cooked to perfection. Especially for the price. I've had pricier steaks that would have their butt kicked by this preparation. Perfectly medium and pink throughout with GREAT flavor and sear on top. I really don't know how they got so much flavor into that steak. Couldn't be better. A new fave spot! read more

Came here around 5:30pm with a couple friends before seeing our friends perform at the Paramount down the street. We had no res, but they said if we can eat in 1 hour they could seat us immediately, which was super accommodating! I got the salmon which was delicious, and we all had their signature margaritas which were also yummy. Excellent choice for dinner if you're wanting to have a nice sit down dinner before a concert at the Brooklyn Paramount! read more

The ambiance of the restaurant is sleek and chic. Servers and hosts are friendly and attentive. However the pros end there. The food was kind of a let down. We had the Crispy Oysters Rockefeller - too salty, the creamed greens tasted a bit foul; mushroom paella - the rice was hard and chewy while the mushrooms were bitter; and the peri peri branzino - sauce was great, fish was cooked okay and served on a bed of sautéed cabbage that was also present in the mushroom paella - tasted oily and sour. Too many restaurants in the area to give this one a second shot. Most likely won't be coming back. read more

I am so glad I came here to eat. Let me start off by saying that!! I had just finished my Brooklyn half marathon, and your girl was starving. OK! The moment me and my friend walked into the facility, I knew I was going to get good food. I don't know how I came up with that thought before even trying the food, but the energy, and the atmosphere and the decor, and the service alone... Let me know if I was in the right spot. I would like to start off by saying that Amanda our server was the absolute best server we had. She recommended certain quality of drinks, and food. I am Jamaican American, so I automatically saw the oxtail Bolognese and I was skeptical at first about it, but, I love pasta and I love oxtail so we can't go wrong with that. And I wasn't disappointed!! we started off with the calamari, and OMG!! Very refreshing to see a well battered, seasoned, just overall good calamari. My friend ordered the spicy rigatoni with a side of bacon, and I must say both of our dishes were top-tier. we had first two drinks of the punch. I forgot the name already but it is like a rum punch. We wind up getting the carafe instead because it was just that damn good!! That oxtail Bolognese...Baby baby... When I tell you, I'm so glad I had that dish!! Like I said everything was top-tier here at this restaurant. no matter how full I get from food, I always have room for dessert. Amanda told us that the Keylime pie is one of the top desserts, and people literally come to the restaurant just to order their Keylime pie. I haven't had Keylime pie in a while, and I knew that was something that I wanted to try , and I'm glad I did. My friend is a Key-lime pie expert since he has family in Key West, and goes out to Florida often. So, he had to make sure that it was good. And he was amazed! Amanda also recommended the dark chocolate tart... It was like a chocolate mousse on a brownie! OMG again I tell you this restaurant was amazing, and after a race... This is something that I am so glad I won... 10/10!! You're welcome!! read more

Stopped in for dinner last minute. We were seated and served promptly. Food came out super quick. Everything, I mean everything! Was delicious. We kept saying "I didn't expect x to be so good!" Appetizers are a nice, shareable size. The oysters Rockefeller were a hit. The calamari was also good. I loved the Caesar salad. The salmon entree was amazing, as were the broccoli and whipped potato sides. Desserts aren't printed on the menu but still available and worth asking about. read more

This was my first trip to Brooklyn. Fresh off of the plane and this was my first stop...and it was totally worth it! Came for dinner on a Tuesday. It gets crowded quick. Make sure you book an appointment. I booked a table for 7 at 6pm a couple weeks prior. They have vegan options on the menu so everyone at my party was accommodated. They have happy hour appetizers and drinks Fried calamari - very crispy and still soft on the inside. It was a great starter to share. Grits - surprisingly delicious and not what I expected. I loved it a lot. Fried whiting - this was my main course. It's one of my favorite dishes. It came with a small cole slaw, fries, tartar sauce and of course the whiting. There were three whiting and they were consecutively consistent. It was fresh and light. read more

First off let me let you know that I've been to their other restaurant and it's completely different in a great way. I gave three stars because of the way i was treated not because of the food. The food was excellent. Let me correct that The food was SPECTACULAR. Not one complaint about that. I had the Atlantic Salmon with creamed spinach and whipped potatoes. Presentation is everything and i was impressed. My guest had the Sea bass with the same sides as me. We both agreed the food was good and i even ordered a bottle of Riesling prior to accompanying our meal as we caught up after not seeing each other over ten years. We were served by Amanda who at first seem laid back and cool when she first approached our table but something changed once we got our food. We both felt as if we were being rushed by her constantly coming to our table which is good but the frequency in it was kinda weird. It was so weird that i glanced at my watch and realized we had only been there for less than an hour. I'm not sure how fast she expect us to eat and finish a bottle when we arrived at 7:15 pm for the reservation. I was confused and tried to pay it no mind until Amanda came back requesting I pay for the bill. She seemed anxious so i told her that she could bring the bill. She bought it back in a cup and walked away I immediately paid and tipped her 30% for the services even though i was not pleased with her service. But i believe in tipping so i did just that. She didn't want to get the bill afterwards after me saying she was being too anxious. Another thing i did not like was how she grabbed my friend's plate and made a smart remark about the leftover food suggesting she could leave the plate so she could eat the bones. It was very rude and she never returned to thank us or give us paper bags for our leftover food. I must say the men were nice and helped us after us waiting for bags for our food. Overall the restaurant was nice like it was described in the reviews and the food was superb. I just think that Amanda might need more customer service training. Thank you Peaches Prime for the experience i will return. I just know to look for a different server. read more

We loved our meal at this upscale offshoot of Peaches Hothouse! The food, drinks and service were all fantastic, and prices were very reasonable for the portion size and quality. We shared the fried calamari and Brussels as starters. The calamari was very crisp and not at all greasy, and the Brussels were nicely charred. My cousin had a Caesar salad that he loved. For mains, husband had the fried chicken, and I had the sole with crab butter. Both were delicious. However, unlike the Hothouse, fried chicken does not come with a choice of spice level - it's no spice at all, although there is hot sauce on the table. For dessert, we shared the cheesecake, which was incredibly light. I will absolutely be returning. read more

Very much enjoyed our 2 dinners (so far!) at Peaches Prime. Menu ranges from standard American fare to more unusual twists, and all is executed really well. The sangria is exceptional (raspberry and rosemary add delicious notes). Service is very friendly and efficient, and the manager keeps an eye on everything and provides a welcoming presence.
