The few times I have come, it takes a while for someone to take my order even if there is no one else in line. Today it took 45mins to get 4 empanadas. There was 1 person ahead of me in line and 2 other parties waiting for their food. Only 2 other customers came in while I was waiting. It should not take this long. I'm a big fan of Claryzza and the name she has made for herself. I remember the backyard days. She works hard and knows how to cook! With that being said, I've gone a few times and the best thing on the menu is their Fried Chx sandwich, birria tacos and garlic noodles w shrimp. Absolutely delicious. For dessert I ordered 2 9oz Dubai strawberry cups. The birria was good but needed a bit more flavor. They forgot to include my consume so I unfortunately could not dip any of the birria. There were also quite a few big pieces of fat in our tacos. My favorite item was the mulitas. The shell was crispy and the avocado salsa was perfect with the meat. The garlic noodles were okay, I didn't get much garlic flavor. The sliders were tiny and average. The Dubai strawberries were a let down for me. They were covered in chocolate, hardly any pistachio cream or knafeh. So no texture, just chocolate and strawberries. I don't think we will order again. My boyfriend and I both didn't care for the sandwich (battering crumbled off within the first bit and had the smallest amount of Cole slaw in it. While that was a disappointment, their birria really turned things around for me! I don't think I can ever go here and not get the birria Mac n cheese! The strawberries were okay and the pistachio cream and chocolate lacked flavor, but maybe I'm not a fan of Dubai chocolate strawberries- it was my first time having it. The ube horchata was my favorite thing we ordered! It was super creamy and very refreshing- I would order again! The spicy fried chicken sandwich was also delicious. It was flavorful and the slaw balanced it out nicely. There were parts that were a bit dry. The birria ramen was pretty salty, I don't think I'd order that again. The birria was very moist though. You couldn't tell which was the line to place an order and where to pick up.The food was very subpar. Sandwiches were dry with no consume' and enough cheese. The burrito in my opinion was simply a throw together of their side ingredients which was fried chicken coleslaw and fries. Very dry and everything lacked flavor. The strawberries were ok but the pistachio flavor sat at the bottom of the cup and we waited well past we were done eating to finally receive them.
