Have been seeing posts about the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries and had to give it a try. The line was out the door when we arrived and now I understand why. I ordered the birria mulita with NO cilantro . It was amazing. Also Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich as well. 2 large pieces of chicken. Well seasoned and crispy. The horchata was delicious and sweet. The wait was a little longer than expected but the food was worth it and hot when we received it. Came for the sweets, stayed for the chicken sandwich!! I had seen this place on social and always wanted to try. We had a free day on the weekend and ventured this way. The line wasn't so bad. We were able to order the "spicy" chicken sandwich, birria quesadillas, and watermelon fresca. There is limited seating so grabbed the first table we saw open. The wait wasn't long. They give you your drink right away and then call your number when your food is ready. I enjoyed the chicken sandwich; I'm not a spicy kind of gal, but I was able to tolerate the mild heat. The flavor is great and the bun pairs well but it is MESSY to eat. Hubby liked the quesadillas...it has birria flavor- it comes with a side dip, not the consume. The fresca was good, not too sweet, it has that fresh taste with watermelon bits in it. Would be fantastic on a summer day. At some point, we noticed that the line was just backing up! Wow, this is place is popular! And most of it was for dessert- dubai strawberries and chocolate. Well I'm hopping on that train and trying! I decided while there to do a DoorDash pick up and bypass the line. Was able to pick up my dessert in 8-10 min. It's definitely the star for me! I ordered a large and couldn't finish so the smaller size will do. But I was able to refrigerate and finish later. The strawberries are a generous size and portion. Ilocos empanadas have recently become hyped through social media. Of course I had to try this spot out, but these definitely don't hit like how grandma used to make them. First off, they're overpriced. Secondly, this empanada was just disgusting. I don't know if I just had a bad batch, but the inside was doughy and mushy to the point where I wanted to throw up. Unfortunately I bought 5 and went through 3 of them to make sure my first wasn't bad. All of them were straight dough, so the last 2 will be going in the trash. read more

Tried the Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich and a Birria Taco. The sandwich wasn't really spicy as advertised, but the sauce was delicious and the chicken was massive. Crispy batter, juicy inside, no complaints there. The Birria Taco was also pretty solid. The salsa wasn't hot, just mild and flavorful, and I could've easily eaten a few more. The food was amazing I got the Birria fries and consume and my boyfriend got the Tocino burrito. The consume is SOOOOOO good and well seasoned, I thought I hated it until I tried this place it's also free! The fries were really good too they were very crispy and gave a good amount of meat, I do wish it came in the regular big tray but the half is okay too. Fell for the hype. Ordered the tocino burrito, & birria quesadilla - attempted to order the ilocos empanada but they didn't have any. They didn't mention that it was sold out or not selling today, anywho the flavor was not there for the tocino burrito. It wasn't the sweet tocino flavor I was expecting & it was extremely oily and fatty. My to go container was quarter full of oil. Birria quesadilla was alright, no Consomé. Man, I expected much more. Service was meh, no greeting or suggestions. Ambiance was very cafe like but with high walls to cover the kitchen area. I'll think about trying this again, not on my tab tho. Only thing was that it got really greasy and the the bottom quesadilla piece is kinda soggy and drenched due to the grease and oil coming from the top ones. Overall, it was still pretty good as it was filled with cheese and the meat was tender. The Dubai chocolate covered strawberries wasn't too sweet but very yummy. The savory birria quesadilla was a hefty serving. Lastly I also had to try the garlic noodles with spicy chicken. The flavors were there and the right amount of heat, but I felt the noodles were a bit hard. I ordered my food to go and it was ready when I got there. Friday nights here are a mix of tasty food and lively vibes. The Pinoy street food BBQ is smoky, flavorful, and hits the spot--skewers are $2.50/stick. May sound cheap, but it racks up fast if you're hungry! The idea is such a hit that the lines are so long you'll have to wait at least two hours to get your pick. Then you'll have to grill it yourself--oh well, it was for the experience. (In the Philippines, it's grilled for you!) Karaoke adds energy whether you're singing or cheering on friends. The staff and owner are soooooo nice, and the place is clean, wholesome, and welcoming, which makes the wait and DIY grilling totally worth it. (Birria grilled cheese) 0/10 would give it negative rating cause it was a joke, waste of money too. Ordered to eat inside so that it's fresh. Still was gross, soggy, nothing like the photos, barely any cheese. Also, inside was disgusting. They had the outdoor rolling garbage bin inside the store next to where you pick up food. It was full and trash bags just piled up on top. The back of the restaurant was filled with a bunch of opened boxes piled up lying on the floor and a random metal shopping cart.
