All of the doors were propped open, making the store feel like an oven. When I asked an employee if the A/C was working, they insisted that it was. If that's true, then why were all the doors open? The heat made it extremely uncomfortable to enjoy a meal inside the restaurants, and it felt like customer comfort wasn't being taken seriously. In weather this hot, having a functioning air conditioner isn't a luxury--it's a necessity.

I won't comment on the menu or anything since it's the same as other locations, price wise, it's always going to be one of the more reasonable options. With all that in mind, let's get down to the food now. The burgers here which I've had a couple of times in my recent re-experience of this In-N-Out location has been good. The burgers were all cooked perfectly, and no issues at all with its flavor, how well it's cooked, and everything else. However, the fries here seem to be worse than they used to be for some reason. I'm not sure why, but I used to be able to at least enjoy the fries back then years back in animal style, but these new fries, I can't seem to get it to actually taste even reasonably enjoyable anymore. Okay, we ordered from the server and showed her our coupon. I order the Vegan burger which is a bean burger with cheddar cheese and hubby went with the mushroom burger. We had to have an order of fries and had it half sweet potato and half traditional. We were given cups for water without needing to ask. Nice! The wait wasn't long and the amount of fries is really impressive. We preferred the sweet potato fries because they had some more crispiness on the outside and were seasoned more. I enjoyed my burger and grateful for the knife and fork because it quickly became messy to eat. Hubby enjoyed his burger because of the generous toppings and bun.
