Edit - The 5 Stars are for Tyra, not the establishment or management Shout out to Tyra out there in the heat doing her best to get everyone's order and try to stop others from jumping the line. Typically you see more than one person working the drive-thru line, but today it was all her with no help. Get it together management, get this girl some help. Even with being overwhelmed and hot from standing in this heat, she still provided excellent customer service. Mahalo Tyra for putting up with this madness, you deserve a raise.

never ever in my life have I ever seen a burger poorly made

I visited this location on a Thursday evening craving In-N-Out and waited in the drive-thru for nearly 30 minutes. My order was a Double-Double Protein Style with whole onions, grilled onions, and Animal Style, along with a plain burger patty for my dog with no oil, salt, or condiments. Unfortunately, I should have checked my order before driving home. The plain patty for my dog had mustard or some other yellow condiment on it, despite my specific request that it be completely plain. I contacted customer service regarding the issue, and they were helpful in addressing my concerns. However, when I opened my Protein Style burger, I was even more disappointed. Not only was the burger not prepared the way I ordered it, but it also had very little lettuce compared to the Protein Style burgers I typically receive at other In-N-Out locations. To make matters worse, the burger was extremely pink in the center. After waiting nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru, it was frustrating to get home and discover that both items in my order were incorrect. I understand that mistakes happen, but having multiple issues with a relatively simple order raises concerns about order accuracy and quality control. I've always had positive experiences at other In-N-Out locations, which made this visit especially disappointing. I hope management takes steps to ensure orders are prepared correctly and consistently in the future

This photo is an example of the McDonald's I had to order instead of eating the In-N-Out Burger that I wanted so bad

I give In-N-Out one star because I ordered a burger with nothing on it and they gave me a funky burger that tasted like it's been sat out for two hours and not cooked well enough. There was spread on it which is disgusting. There is cheese on it, and there was pickles on it, which is so funky who eats that and there was mustard on it who eats that like that's so funky I just wanted a burger and I love In-N-Out and I go all the time but but why did they do this in and out please pay for my thing why did you do this? Why did you do this? You never do this fire whoever gave me my Order from Allison

Finally tried the 4x4 from In-N-Out's not-so-secret menu -- and it was absolutely delicious and thoroughly satisfying (about 1,050 calories!). The bun had a slight char on the inside, adding a nice crispy texture with each bite, and the veggies were all fresh and crisp. But of course, the star of the show was the four beef patties. Their patties were flavorful on their own, which is one of the things that really sets In-N-Out burgers apart from the rest. At just under $10 as of September 2025, the price was pretty reasonable for what you get. I'd definitely order this again! We got there at 5:30 pm ish on a Tuesday, and it wasn't too busy, but then it got significantly busier around 6:30 pm.

Veggie style animal style burger and fries are Affordable and quick easy bite for vegetarian option. Only thing I would appreciate if they give burger too in box . So it doesn't get mushy . Taste is good and service is good as well . Try out animal style cheese burger

Double Double Animal Style

In-N-Out is a California classic, and the Concord spot holds it down. I've had my fair share of burgers over the years, but nothing hits like a Double with Cheese hold the lettuce. Because let's be real, I'm not here for a salad. Everything Animal Style, of course, because that's the only way to live. Well done fries, Animal Style too, drowning in all that cheesy, saucy goodness. And fuhgedaboudit don't even talk to me if there's no extra spread to dip an absolute must! This place is always busy. Like, lines-stretching into the next zip code busy lol. And don't get me started on people who cut in the drive-thru like they're VIPs at a burger club. I swear, some days I consider hopping out of my car to throw hands, but I'm working on my patience : ) Prices are still solid, the staff is always friendly, and the place stays clean well, depending on the hour. Late night weekends? That's when the chaos kicks in. Tables full, floors looking like a fry graveyard, and the entire city deciding they need a burger at the exact same time. But hey, that's just part of the In-N-Out experience. If you haven't been, what are you even doing with your life lol? Get in line (literally) and get yourself a real burger.

Clean table!

Great experience having dinner here Saturday the 8th. Really impressed with how quickly the staff responded to my ask to have the table cleared. Jason got it taken care of thoroughly and was super friendly. Solid staff and great customer service here.

i had my double double lettuce wrapped, with animal style fries and a hot cocoa (don't forget the mini marshmallows fr). drive thru is always crazy long, so we ordered in doors and ate outside, with the sun service and ambiance are great: i see why it's always packed here

The fries are thin-cut and crispy, the kind you keep picking at after you're full. Staff was attentive and actually helpful, not just going through the motions. There's outdoor seating if you want it, and they take Apple Pay, which is handy. The drink selection is better than you'd expect for a burger place. Decent beer list plus a few whites and reds, so it works for a casual dinner too, not only a quick lunch. Nothing here blew me away enough for five stars, but nothing went wrong either. It's a reliable spot to grab a good burger without much fuss. Go on a weekday if you want it quiet, and get the Classic. The fries are worth adding.

I ordered via the Kiosk, but the fries had me scan a QR code and answer some questions. After that, I waited for about 10 ish minutes before I got my food. The ladies were very nice and helpful, and they took care into preparing my food. Garden Burger: I enjoy the impossible meat when I can and this burger was huge. Besides the patty, I also got avocado, the other standard fixings and a fried eggplant. They also had mayo and bbq sauce as my spread. I don't know how, but I was able to eat the whole thing in one setting. It was juicy (as juicy an impossible burger can be) and delicious. The sauce held everything together and the extra spicy mayo I used for dipping brought the extra heat I needed. Overall, a delicious burger. Bulgogi Fries: This was complementary due to their promo and this was a huge portion. They made the bulgogi meat fresh to order and the same with my fries. Their plating was phenomenal. Overall, the fries were crispy and the sauce and meat were delicious. Overall, I can see myself coming here again. I should try a normal burger or I can try their chicken burger next time.

It's stale and unattractive with office lighting and horrible off-white colors. Moved out here recently and just happened to stumble upon the name and immediately had to get my hands in this burger. It did not disappoint! It's so hard to find a tasty veggie burger that's not dried out with a nasty after taste. This my friends, is an absolute MUST!! The quinoa and brown rice are cooked to perfection and for the most part, the patty keeps it shape. Plus the outside is just slightly crispy, giving the patty a good crunch! This paired with their side salad was enough to satisfy my decades long craving!! As always, this place has plenty of seating inside and out. I usually order the cod sandwich, and they assured me that it's not cooked in tallow, actually they said it's cooked in olive oil which I'm not sure is correct, but at any rate I didn't taste any beef fat and it was delicious. Also, I have enjoyed their shakes made with cashew milk in the past, but now they use something different, and they still taste pretty good. What the employees on duty told me conflicts with the website, but they said this location uses Oatley oat milk, and they actually showed me the carton to prove it. Now for the service, the man taking my order seemed new as he didn't know much, but was able to answer my questions by asking the manager on duty, which I appreciated. Also he got my shake order wrong but apologized multiple times and got me the correct one. Since I couldn't order fries or onion rings I wanted a side salad, but unfortunately they were out of it! So a questionable experience overall, and I may choose to dine somewhere different next time as there are many restaurants in this strip-mall location, plus Whole Foods across the street. As far as ambiance, they have ample indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio with music, which is partly sunshine, partly shade, and of course popular with dogs and their owners.

My first visit and she explained how it all works; politely and very agreeable. Fortunately, even though it was noon; I was only one at the desk and she could spend some time. As I walked away, I saw a crowd of folks walk in and start lining up to order, so I got in just ahead of the lunch rush. Got my pager, my napkins and a table. Soon I saw a mother, her daughter and child sit nearby. I noticed because they were at the register as I was finished with my transaction. Soon they had their THREE items in front of them, enjoying. OK, sometimes that happens, they all had burgers & fries; maybe fish tacos take longer? But as I continued to wait, I thought I didn't know how the pager worked, so stopped another very polite, agreeable young girl wiping tables if the pager was supposed to buzz when ready and she confirmed. Still I waited. I arrived at 12Noon and it was now closing in on 12:30pm (for 2 fish tacos???) Finally I went up to the Pick up desk to ask about it. Perhaps an error in the kitchen and mine was forgotten - it happens. She looked at the pager (302) and clocked they were putting out orders in the 500 range and went back. She said it was being worked on now and would be out "shortly". Again I waited another 10 minutes and again went to the Pickup counter, same girl took a look at me and said it is "coming up now". I mentioned that it was really taking a long time. So I decided to camp out and wait. A few minutes later she came out with the taco's and told me that current process time was 15-20 minutes and it was exactly 20 minutes to prepare my taco's. It was the "we did nothing wrong, we are within our acceptable limits, so no complaints from you" attitude that was irritating. I wasn't about to get into disagreement about the time I placed the order vs. now - I didn't have the receipts to back up my timeline - I doubt she did too. My sense is that my order got forgotten, and coming up to ask about it, discovered it and they quickly made the order. Had she merely apologized for the oversight, I could have been polite and accepted it as "stuff happens". I'm not on the clock, didn't have to be back at work - so easily an oversight I could deal with. But instead she made it far worse with her attitude. No one ever told me it would take 15 - 20 minutes - what if I was on a lunch break, that would eat up most of the break time. I get it, working with the public in food service can be extremely challenging at times. But a simple apology for the time inconvenience can soothe a lot of negativity. And that Mother, daughter, child who came in after me; and had a full meal of hamburgers, fries and a drink? They were completely done, and left the table as I brought my taco's back to my table. It definitely wasn't 20 minutes.

Cons - No employee approached a male dog owner over his pit bull excessively howling / yelping over another dog. A couple yelps, fine. It kept going, it was loud, the silver-haired Boomer was taking his sweet time to ( not ) control his dog with respect to other people in the patio area. So, dogs are preferred over people, no one on staff to politely ask the man to control the dog immediately? One more thing: the barking was such a nuisance that I and another customer were looking back at the owner to see if he was taking care of it, the customer quipped about the dog going to be attacking him, if anything, I joked that I'd be fine, he then suddenly held up the numbered signage for his order ( w/ metal stand ) saying he was going to hit me with it. ( No light-hearted tone, moreso irritated and aggressive. ) And this is how suddenly bad things happen, how a customer spews out a verbal threat ( technically criminal assault ), linked to an out-of-control situation with a pet owner and his dog and a restaurant that won't do anything about it. Simple Solution: Train employees ( or remind them ) to assertively and cordially request owners to keep their dogs peaceful and quiet. Otherwise, it's sweeping a problem under the rug. Not smart nor respectful of other customers. Being Fair: If you like the energy of a loud restaurant, whether it's music and/or dogs barking, then you should be fine, drinks and all. If you love dogs, yet want them responsibly controlled in an environment where you seek to maintain an actual meaningful conversation, this establishment is a roll of the dice.
