I had a day off from work today and I had this place on my radar. I heard about a special promo they are running until the end of this week for free fries, so what perfect time to give it a try. I came at opening, so I didn't have to wait in line. I ordered via the Kiosk, but the fries had me scan a QR code and answer some questions. After that, I waited for about 10 ish minutes before I got my food. The ladies were very nice and helpful, and they took care into preparing my food. Garden Burger: I enjoy the impossible meat when I can and this burger was huge. Besides the patty, I also got avocado, the other standard fixings and a fried eggplant. They also had mayo and bbq sauce as my spread. I don't know how, but I was able to eat the whole thing in one setting. It was juicy (as juicy an impossible burger can be) and delicious. The sauce held everything together and the extra spicy mayo I used for dipping brought the extra heat I needed. Overall, a delicious burger. Bulgogi Fries: This was complementary due to their promo and this was a huge portion. They made the bulgogi meat fresh to order and the same with my fries. Their plating was phenomenal. Overall, the fries were crispy and the sauce and meat were delicious. Overall, I can see myself coming here again. I should try a normal burger or I can try their chicken burger next time. read more

I ordered the original burger and fries. Very tasty. Prices are average. Portion size was just right for me, but if you have a big appetite, this might be too small for you and you'll need to order more. Plenty of parking next to the park. This area has homeless, but it's fine during the day. The only issue I have with this place is the interior design and lighting. It's stale and unattractive with office lighting and horrible off-white colors. If they changed the aesthetic inside and make it more like an old-school burger joint, they would get a lot more business. read more

Food was overall pretty good. I ordered the Seoul burger and the bulgogi fries. I wouldn't mind eating it again but it's not special enough for me to drive out for it. I called to order ahead so that I wouldn't have to wait and while I was told it would take 10 minutes or so to be ready, I waited an additional 10-15 after I got there and paid so I don't think calling ahead saved me any time. It seems like it's mainly street parking. I came here on a weekday and didn't have problems finding a spot but it may be harder during busy times. Cute little burger joint on the corner across from a park, with plenty of parking. They have outdoor seating, which is great for summer weather. The prices are high, and you can't get anything as a complete meal, so it adds up. Two burgers, onion rings, fries, and one drink cost $45. I would say everything was delicious and flavorful. The best part was the customer service of the person that took our order. Mind you the minute you walk in , it smells like a combination of chlorine and dirty water. The food was not good at all , the hot dog my daughter had was so rubbery . Possibly the best thing was the fried chicken. This is my wife's favorite burger joint, and it's easy to see why. The fries are probably the best I've had, second only to Corner Kitchen. The burgers are incredible , everything is fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully put together. Honestly, everything on the menu is so good that it's hard to single out just one item. Didn't know how we'd feel about the crispy apple on the uncle and Hawaiian but WOW! And the Bulgagi beef on the Seoul? My goodness. Some of the best burgers my family has ever had. Bulgogi with an egg all in one cheeseburger might sound diabolical but in all honesty it's pretty freaking good. Some say too much going on but I say it's all that i want in a Korean fusion type of burger, hella good. Customer service is excellent, seating is exceptional, and the place just seemed very down to earth relaxed in the middle of Todos Santo Plaza in Concord. 3/5 stars. I thought the burger was just okay. The ingredients tasted fresh--especially the lettuce and other produce--and the fries were decent, but nothing really stood out. My biggest criticisms are the bun and the quality of the meat. I think investing in a higher-quality bun and using better-quality beef would make a noticeable difference. The burger had decent flavor, but it didn't feel like a premium burger, especially for the price. At this price point, I'd rather go to In-N-Out or Super Duper. Both are more consistent, and I personally think the Super Duper in San Ramon serves a better burger for less. Unfortunately, I don't see myself coming back unless the quality improves, but I think upgrading the buns and beef would be a great place to start. Side note: I'm a pretty tough critic when it comes to burgers, and I tend to prefer restaurants that use higher-quality ingredients. So take this review as just my personal opinion. read more

I ordered via DoorDash because I wanted to treat myself. They're not on DashPass so you pay for delivery and service fee. I really wanted to like them, but their flavor profile just isn't for me. I got the cheeseburger and the sauce that comes on the burger was too sweet for my liking. The fried apple was a fun touch, but again - not my favorite. The onion rings were PEEFECTLY COOKED though sadly the ranch I requested is bottled ranch and didn't do them justice. Wish they made their own ranch. The food was very well packaged and professional. The Mountain burger was very filling and huge! We took off the tomatoes to be less messy, but it also has a fried egg which isn't noticeable from the picture. We thought we'd support local businesses and try this burger place. It's in a great location across from Todo Santos Plaza. We expected much much more from this small business, especially for the high price we paid. We ordered the chili cheese hotdog, cheeseburger, and a chicken sandwich. They all were not good at all. The flavor just wasn't there. The hotdog had this thick skin that we couldn't even bite through. The chili was bland. Cheeseburger and chicken sandwich buns fell apart while trying to pick up and eat. The chicken was cut into two parts instead of a whole piece of chicken, just weird! And the chicken halves fell out of the bun since it was cut in half!! The fries were decent, crunchy but not fresh fries, frozen ones. Definitely not coming back to this place. We were walking in the Plaza and saw the good Yelp reviews. We went inside and there was a decent crowd from the Farmers Market. We ordered the Mountain burger and the Western Burger, an order of garlic fries, regular fries, and onion rings to go. Food took about 15 min. Got our order and it looked and smelled great. This was pretty good! Service was really fast. They need to add some posters and change the music in there though, it feels super barren. The fries were GREAT. I love a good battered fry and these were crispy and salty. The burgers were decent. I wanted to get a double and noticed it's an extra $4.50(!!) for an additional patty. I did it and ended up with three patties?! My burger was good, the meat tasted good and was well seasoned. My wife got a single cheeseburger with bacon and for some reason her burger just tasted so different than mine, not nearly as fresh or seasoned--her cheese wasn't even fully melted like mine. The food was and is delicious. The burgers are a good size and packed with ingredients and the taste is great. Just the regular cheeseburger you can't go wrong and they have plenty of other options as far as burgers go. The fries are nice and crispy and the garlic fries are awesome. They also do hot dogs which I can't wait to try to. Stopped by with a buddy on Sunday, we were the ONLY people in there, which was surprising. The staff there didn't greet us or say anything when we walked in, but whatever, we ordered at the kiosk machine. I got the uncle burger for 11.99, was sticker shocked when I added garlic fries and a soda and suddenly it was 23 bucks. Over 5 dollars for garlic fries and 3.99 for a 20oz fountain drink is ridiculous. It would be nice if they offered a combo meal discount.
