Service was quick, friendly, and attentive, making for a great dining experience. I ordered the Special Pho with onions in vinegar on the side and cooked bean sprouts. My husband ordered the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi, and he was a fan. For condiments, they offered the usual hoisin sauce and sriracha, but they also had a house-made chili sauce cooked with shallots and possibly shrimp paste.
