We ordered for Jasmine rice but that one didn't taste like one. We are familiar because we use Jasmine rice at home. 3. Roti with yellow curry sauce was very, very oily. I had to press them down against my table napkin to remove the oil. I would have tasted way better if they didn't come very oily 4. Hawaiian fried rice tasted weird. Which a lot of restaurants won't do. I had the Eggplant Stir Fried and it was definitely the best dish! Full of flavor and just super yummy! The Panang Curry was good but a bit on the sweet side. Which I just wasn't used to. It was still very good. We also had the Tom Kha Soup and it was good. The only thing I would have ordered without... was the tomato they put in it. Love Thai is nicely decorated with a heart theme, it's a cozy comfortable place to eat. I appreciate that the environment is calm and you can actually talk comfortably to your dinner companion. On the menu there are a couple mentions of God, which is not what you'd usually find on a menu, it didn't bother me but might bother some. The food was good, and the service was okay. The prices are very reasonable and they seem to do a big to-go business. I thought the Yellow Curry was too heavy on the coconut. The Pad Thai was average. My husband and I shared chicken pram (peanut sauce) with a side of rice. It doesn't come with rice so order a side of rice if you don't order fried rice. Order via door dash and I got completely screwed over! Portions were extremely small for all of the dishes. I got a side of sticky rice that only filled up 1/3 of the small to go box. The restaurant charges $3.50 for this side. Despite what the owner of the restaurant says below, I've ordered sticky rice at every Thai restaurant and I've never received such a small portion. Of course a side of rice. Spicy Basil which has bell peppers, onion sauteed in spicy garlic sauce. It can be pretty spicy so request the level of heat you want. The Tom Kha Chicken Soup is also great, it's a hot & sour coconut milk with herbs so good on a cold day. I definitely recommend trying them if you haven't. I just ordered some delivery food today and unfortunately, was disappointed in the flavors of the dishes. I ordered Thai Style Fried rice, Cream Cheese Ragoon, and the Panang Curry with white rice. For some reason, the white rice had a funky smell. The thai style fried rice came pretty wet and not how I am used to having it. But eventually, felt like the rice tasted old as well. The cream cheese ragoon also had an interesting taste. I thought maybe it's just one ragoon but tried another one and it was so inedible that I tossed the whole thing out. Packaging wise seemed fine. Since we moved to the area, this has been our go-to Thai food spot. Ordering online is easy and it's always been ready for pickup sooner than the estimated time. I've ordered the Pad Thai with chicken, cream cheese rangoons, and the Pad Se Eew with beef. The portions for the noodle dishes are a good size. The Pad Thai could have used more bean sprouts, crushed peanuts and lime. The Pad Se Eew has very wide noodles which I love! The vegetables that came in the Pad See Ew were cooked well where they still looked bright in color and had a nice texture. Other places we've gone to cook the vegetables to death. The cream cheese rangoons were good but not anything special, so I don't think I'd order them again. Overall, we've enjoyed having a Thai food spot nearby and look forward to trying more items on the menu. read more
