I just got home with takeout and I'm writing this as we're eating. We could not be happier with our meal from Little Thai House. The wonderful lady at the counter was so warm, hospitable, and very generous. It's a unique spot tucked away in the entrance of a Middle Eastern market, very easy to drive right by and never give it a glance. I'm glad I stopped in today. Pad Kee Mao with chicken is super flavorful, noodles are the perfect texture, veggies crisp. Veggie Egg rolls are spot on. Thai Omelette (which I didn't know anything about upon ordering) actually comes with rice and shredded cabbage. The menu is very streamlined and built for speed and ease, it seems, but not lacking for anything. I maybe would've liked some Som Tum, but I'm still very pleased with what I got. Delicious food and truly a little hole in the wall. The restaurant is really just a take out counter inside of the International Market in a nondescript building next to a gas station. The menu here is very limited, but the dishes have big flavors and delicious! This place is truly a GEM, hidden and totally worth the effort to discover. We had chicken pad kee mao, tofu pad Thai, and chicken kra pao. Every dish was well prepared. Noodles were the perfect consistency, not over cooked or soggy by the time we got home. This is in a little strip mall off of Monument on Meadow lane with ample parking inside a small market. This is takeout but if you want to sit and eat you can go down a store and sit in the adjacent restaurant. I decided takeout was the better option. I was super excited to try this new Thai restaurant, I'd give it a 3.5 stars. I loved the complementary Thai tea X 2. My favorite out of the four dishes was the Pad Kee Mao it was a bit spicy and we asked for medium spice but it was flavorful. The yellow curry was a little on the bland side for me as well as the pad Thai. The crispy omelette was not crispy by the time we had it at home and I felt like it needed a sauce to set it off. Me and my friend was looking to eat something and stumbled upon this new restaurant called Little Thai House, I love me some Thai food and let's just say this place did not disappoint. Let me start of by saying Licha and the crew were great! Friendly and funny, we had a bunch of laughs, even catching her while she was eating her lunch haha, great vibes and energy! When you first get to the place you may be confused on where it is but it's in the front door to the right. We ordered Pad Kee Mao, Thai fried rice , chicken wings and coconut shrimp with 2 delicious Thai Tea. The food was flavorful and authentic, pad kee mao had some nice spice to give it a little flare but it was not needed! And the chicken wasn't dry. It came quickly and their medium spice is SPICY!I got one mild and one medium and I assuming the mild will have no chilis. The flavors were a bit watered down but still tasty. Found this through Yelp and I'm so glad I gave this spot a try! It's super convenient for me as it's only a few mins from my sister's and there's a parking lot with plenty of parking. The space is inside the international market so it's a little strange, but there's also a kebab spot in there. I found the menu a bit limited as there's no pork (halal spot), no pad see ew (which I normally order), and limited beef options. However, I tried Pad Kee Mao with medium chicken and my sister tried a Pad Thai with mild chicken and both were delish! The flavor is on point and chicken was quite tender (I don't normally like white meat). The sweet lady at the counter said they've been open 2 months and I hope they do well! We ordered the pumpkin curry, red curry, fried rice, pad Thai, crab cakes and pad krapow. All flavorful, all well-proportioned so that we didn't have food comas after eating. We also got a promo at the time, bogo Thai milk tea, which earned a high compliment from my very picky mom: "Not too sweet."
