The inside of Chick-fil-A is clean and well maintained. Plenty of tables inside to dine in. When I arrive inside I was greeted right away. I gotten suggestion on what to order. My Sausage, Egg, Cheese Biscuit was good. Similar size compare to McDonald's and Burger King. I love the Hash Browns that look like nuggets...they were good! Went here a few times service was great, not so much the past two times. I went two weeks ago and got two meals they forgot my fries and a fork how am I supposed to eat my mac n cheese. Went again today got everything I asked for bacon on my sandwich they charged me for it but didn't put it on my sandwich I get they're busy but they should be more attentive and make sure everything is right. At first glance everything always looks good it's when you're about to start eating that you notice things missing. Love having CFA in the neighborhood! Line has never been long, and they have plenty of staff to keep things running smooth. Also love the double drive thru lines! Only issue I've had is my order not being correct, so I think I may order through the app next time since I usually request some modifications. I'm sure they have a million different variations/buttons on their screen and the employees are still getting the hang of it. I visited the store on 11/27/24 at 3:51pm I ordered 4 pice strips meal with a side Cobb salad with no cheese:and no corn instead of fries and a large sweet tea with Apple Cider Vinaigrette dressing. When I got home I had aside salad with cheese (which I am allergic) a 3 pieces strips which were no fully cooked and a lite Italian dressing. Most Chick-Fil-A restaurants are so hectic but this one in particular seems to be streamline! Ordered on my mobile app, when we got to the restaurant we were greeted with the door being opening for us, checked in with our table number. And within minutes our food was delivered by Leo. He took a quick 2 minutes to also greet us and make sure our order was correct. We felt his presence was inviting and his customer service was excellent! And this man gave everything separately so my order was 2 dollars more than it should have been for the exact same amount of food and he didnt even use my free fry coupon he should be at least written up for the inconvenience. I am glad to see a new Chick-fil-A in our area. It has the best fast-food chicken of the many fast-food restaurants I visit. I like the just-right amount of crisp in the chicken, which always tastes fresh. I wouldn't say I like their spicy chicken, but I seldom eat spicy food anywhere. The unique waffle fries are better than saggy french fries. The ice cream is good but not exceptional. But a big part of the restaurant for me is the courteous staff inside and outside their system of taking orders in the waiting with their system of taking orders in a line of traffic. Chick-fil-A comes to Concord. I'm not a fast food aficionado but decided to try it. A few cars in the multiple drive-thru lanes but it appeared to go quickly with staff roaming around and taking orders instead of pulling up to a singular order box. Nice way to make the lines move quickly! I went inside and ordered a chicken deluxe with pepper jack cheese, waffle fries and the frosted coffee. I was offered a discount (I was in uniform) but sadly, my coworker (also in uniform) was not. This is clearly a training issue although both staff members were perfectly polite and placed the orders quickly. We received our food in record time. Very efficient service and everyone was very polite. The dining area was busy but staff was humming around, ensuring a clean, tidy dining experience. Back to the office we go. The food smelled pretty good and the deluxe chicken sandwich was tasty. Perfectly cooked chicken with crisp lettuce and fresh tomato. The waffle fries were perfectly cooked with just enough salt. Dipped them in the Chick-fil-A sauce and liked it better than ketchup! All the while, I was sipping on the frosted coffee. Yippee! Coffee flavored vanilla frosty. Paired well with the chicken sandwich and tasted like dessert! All in all, a good experience. Like I said, I don't eat fast food very often so this was an average fast food meal. I went to this location with my mom and we went in the drive through and ordered food. We ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals with 2 lemonades but when we got to the window we only got a salad, a kids meal and the 2 lemonades. We couldn't go back in the drive through because it just closed. My mom called that night and they didnt call her back. We went the next day and told them about us getting the wrong order and gave the manager Eva the receipt and she told us she'll recreate the order that was on the receipt given. After awhile we looked through the order and realized we got the same wrong order again. They said they could only remake the order on the receipt and not the original order. My mom was charged more than what the order we received was worth. They tried to deny and say it was just "taxes". This is ridiculous I thought Chick-fil-A was better than this. read more
