I get that they were a bit busy but such service is unacceptable. Once we finally got our sandwiches. I was in shock to see the Prosciutto Grilled Cheese Sandwich. IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO ONLINE. It was literally just bread and cheese. Barely any prosciutto. Barely tasted any of the fig jam they so claim that's on the grilled cheese. So yeah I went back to share my concerns and one of the ladies, who I assumed was the store manager or just an employee who's been there for long, says, "that's the amount of the prosciutto we put." As she shrugs her shoulders. Then she goes and explains how heating it makes it "more oily." As for the fig jam, they don't put much because it's "so sweet."
