Good options and like they same, they really have the best sliders in town! Not picture are my favorites, the mojo and bbq pulled pork sliders with caramelized onions + slaw. They have different specials and today's was the roast beef sando, it was hefty and good flavor. The Caesar was sooo fresh and delish Now the fries, you must, love how they have the options of mini, half, and full! The wings are also great! John and his entire team are great! The cooks and the entire staff are just good vibes all around. Alex the server is great, really glad we got to catch him on one of his last consistent shift. All around, must try! Nice neighborhood spot, good people, and can't wait for Corner Kitchen to expand and look forward to their specials! This place has been my boyfriend and i's #1 go to spot and will continue to!

An uber great eatery destination place! Owner John and our server Heather were very accommodating and friendly! Great menu with so many delicious sliders (these are not dinky sliders), sides and more to choose from. Owner John is very personable and also our server Heather is a very nice, informative and attentive young lady! Ambience reminded us of a clean 70's type roadside Café. Our unofficial "Golden Lunch Club" all agreed on a 5 star rating. We ordered their Fish, Chicken, Mushroom and Swiss, Bacon and BBQ sliders (meats were quality and tasted fresh), an order of a 1/2 quinoa salad, their bomb garlic fries and my all-time favorite that "I can't find anywhere" Strawberry and Arugula with Feta Salad drizzled with their housemade Balsamic Vinegar Dressing (I ordered a tub of dressing from the owner), OMGosh, for me, worth many repeats by itself! They also serve milkshakes and cheesecake! Thinking of choosing to return here since it's my turn to select a restaurant next week! John and Heather, thank you for your hospitality and see you next time!

Salmon slider. Still hits the spot years later.

Missed this place! Salmon slider is still my fav. My son tried 3 new sliders, and of course we got the sidewinder fries with the garlic aioli!

We were looking at their menu, trying to figure out what we wanted for dinner, & were shocked how many plant-based options they had! We ordered food to go, & were able to pick it up within 20 minutes or so. The inside was cutely decorated & had quite a few patrons, so I'm sure it's a pretty popular place. For food, I ordered two plant-based sliders over greens, while he ordered three plant-based sliders with buns. Then we split their plant-based chili cheese fries. Everything had amazing flavor! It's been so long since I've had a meat slider, so I'm not sure what they're priced as these days. Our sliders were $6/each, which seemed a little pricy to me but who knows. The loaded fries were $14, also a bit on the higher side, but it was a huge portion. I think we will definitely be returning! Our sliders: * Beyond Blue slider: Beyond meat patty, Follow Your Heart blue cheese, caramelized onions, plant based garlic aioli * Colorado Pulled Mushroom slider: pulled oyster mushrooms, pickled jalapeno slaw, guajillo chili sauce * Beyond Roasted Chili slider: Beyond meat patty, roasted jalapenos & bell pepper, grilled onions, cashew chipotle cream cheese, plant based tabasco aioli & the fries: * Plant-based Chili Cheese fries: sidewinder fries, plant based 3 bean chili, house made cashew cheese sauce

Super tasty sliders! Very nice little spot, nothing too fancy but man are those sliders good, I only got two and each one of them felt like a full burger, they really pack the meat on, and all their varieties are wonderful!

Haven't heard of The Corner Kitchen? You're missing out! Chef Sal and Chef AJ are always cooking up great food, and Johnny makes everyone feel like a regular. I love the wedge salad, beef & brie slider, shrimp skewers, and garlic fries and their specials are always amazing. Now that they're open for brunch on Sunday it's my fave place to watch a game, cry about my fantasy team and eat their delicious Bourbon Apple French Toast with crispy bacon and a cranberry pineapple mimosa Brunch goes till 2, so even if you sleep in, you're good. Concord needed a spot like this -- must try!

Calling all Concord and surrounding area peeps! I am blowing the calling horn on this joint! If y'all are vegan, come running to the Corner Kitchen y'all! Food is FIRE . There is not a partial, or a few items, but a WHOLE vegan menu! Yessss! Now I'm not even vegan, but I'm still impressed. I ordered: Falafels with homemade tzatziki and harissa Marissa marinated chicken and greens with homemade tzatziki and harissa Blackened salmon with jasmine rice, chipotle mayo and naked slaw. All of this is Gluten free y'all! Woohoo! Also the mango cider was so light and refreshing! Everything was cooked perfectly served elegantly and at the right temperature and, hello: ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Service was fast, friendly and attentive. This place is POPPIN y'all! It's busy for good reason. So many different sliders, salads and GLUTEN FREE options galore! Get in here! Your gut will thank you and you'll wanna thank me for this sweet find! Oh, and you're welcome!

This place continues to be top notch! The food and service are the best in the area. I'm still ordering the CK slider, the falafel (even though I am not a vegetarian) and the fully loaded fries.

Amazing sliders and french fries!!! Every single slider I've had has been delicious, though I prefer the fried chicken over the hamburgers. The fries are exceptionally crispy and very addicting. I also love the diner-style interior of this restaurant, and the servers are always attentive and friendly.

This was my first time here and the wings were delicious. I ordered the Orange hoisin and the sweet chili wings. The wings were a good size with a decent taste for both. The service was quick and easy and I was out the door within ten minutes. I will probably return again but the location is a few miles north of the Veranda so I would have to be in the area.

Consistently good service and great food! A great place to come with the family for a bite and watch whatever sporting event is currently on tv. Highly recommended the loaded fries!

Good people, good food! From date night to watching the big sports game, this is the place to be. Their menu has a great variety of options for all, regardless of dietary restrictions. Not to mention they have a great selection of drinks as well. Highly recommend, you can't go wrong with Corner Kitchen

The restaurant is super cute and clean and the servers are so kind and welcoming. We got 4 dishes: Plant-Based Drumstick as an appetizer. They were chewy, crispy, well seasoned and the sauce was tangy and sweet. Fried rice. Honestly I'm a huge fan of fried rice and this fried rice might be my new favorite beating out even fried rice that I love that isn't vegetarian. It was chewy, super flavorful, veggies were perfectly cooked. It was just perfect. Caramelized chicken. This dish was good. The imitation chicken was chewy and tender with crisp caramelized edges. The sauce was sweet and it was balanced out by the veggies and spinach served with it. Bamboo soup. It was so delicious and simple but the broth was so umami and savory. The veggies were so fresh and so well prepared. This is definitely a new favorite spot for us. Looking forward to going back.

I ordered the beef and mushroom braise, and when it arrived there were literally only two small pieces of beef in the entire bowl. I mentioned it to our server, and she was kind enough to bring out another bowl, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the problem. The beef itself was extremely tough and chewy--nothing like a properly braised stew. It was honestly one of the worst braised beef stews I've ever had. We also ordered plain corn on the cob for our toddler, but it came out with an orange seasoning on it instead of being plain as requested. That was frustrating since it was specifically ordered for a young child. I've always had consistently good experiences at the Pasadena location, so this visit was especially surprising. Based on this experience, I won't be returning to the Pleasant Hill location.

I specifically requested a bowl for dine in because I strongly dislike eating out of the compostable cardboard containers. They affect the taste and overall dining experience for me. When I asked for a bowl, I was told none were available. The problem was that I could clearly see bowls in the restaurant. I was told they were "dirty" and unavailable. I also observed bowls being used for wrap preparation. I pointed out that there were other bowls visible, including plastic and porcelain bowls, but Store Manager Julia repeatedly cited "store policy" and offered no solution whatsoever. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of effort to accommodate a loyal customer. No attempt to wash a bowl. No alternative suggestion. No effort to find a manager-level solution. Just a flat "no." As a result, my wife ate her salad, my daughter ate her wrap, and I sat there watching because I refused to eat from the cardboard container. I've happily supported Sweetgreen for over 15 years, but after today's experience, that relationship is over. Other fast-casual restaurants like MIXT and Tender Greens have no issue providing proper dine-in bowls and plates when customers request them. The issue wasn't the bowl. It was the attitude, the unwillingness to help, and a manager who seemed more interested in hiding behind policy than solving a customer problem. After 15 years as a customer, I expected better. UPDATE: Sweetgreen responded with a generic, copy-and-paste apology that did not address any of the questions raised in this review. Specifically: * Does Sweetgreen provide dine in bowls or not? * Why are dine in bowls prominently featured in Sweetgreen's advertising and app if customers cannot use them? * Why was no attempt made to wash a bowl or otherwise accommodate a dine in customer? * Was Store Manager Julia correctly applying Sweetgreen policy, or was this simply poor customer service? I am still waiting for an answer.
