Honestly, I couldn't wait to try the BTS cookie because I have heard so much hype over it. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it wasn't anything to write home about so I was bummed. HOWEVER, I absolutely loved the Biscoff Chip and the OG cookie. They were absolutely delicious and hit the spot. I only wish I had a glass of milk to wash them down. OK, yes this place is delicious. They do come with a hefty price tag but the cookies are large. I would say they're about 1 1/2 the size of a regular cookie. My gf took me here and convinced me we needed to eat them immediately for maximum freshness and she was right. She calls them "medium rare" cookies and they are decadent without being overly sweet. The Boneless and the Biscoff were both delicious on their own and don't need any of the elaborate toppings. In fact, the Biscoff cookie didn't even need the white chocolate chunks. The price was $2.50. The price isn't the issue, it's the quality of the cookie. The cookie was I think supposed to be chocolate chip with no nuts because the business doesn't use any nuts in its cookie offerings. WTF?!! I can take a chocolate chip cookie w/o nuts br the cookie was terrible. It looked like a hockey puck that was raised in the middle sort of like a baseball mound. My daughter and I have a sweet tooth and looked this place up on Yelp. The shop is unassuming and there was a young man working at the counter. He was friendly enough and helpful. Not a huge selection to choose from, but there is an option to kind of create your own cookie and add 3 toppings for an extra dollar. The cookies are on the price side--total was $10 for two cookies. However, the cookies are delicious and big! The cookies are crisp on the edges, but soft and gooey with chocolate in the middle--almost underbaked, but in the best way! I got the semi sweet chocolate chip with sea salt and my daughter got the biscoff with white chocolate chips. The cookies are substantial, but we enjoyed them so much we managed to eat them easily ;) Oh and they are served warm...yum! Stopped by Chip Cookies with my mom to pick up a quick, sweet treat. The shop itself is cute and has a simple layout with minimal decorations. Customer service was excellent and the staff member that helped us was very kind, patient, and willing to answer questions. My mom was a little indecisive about which cookies to choose. We ended up getting a mini OG, SW chip, and the biscoff chip without any toppings or ice cream. I will say the cookies were a bit underwhelming, I had hoped they'd taste better or leave an impression. I tried both the mini OG and SW chip, and noticed both were a bit dense and doughy in texture. The cookies were not overly sweet. The SW chip had a lot of chocolate but was alright for the most part. While the cookies were fairly average from my experience, I thought the quality of service was great. I may return to try out an ice cream sandwich if I'm in the area. I'm giving this place a 4 star mainly because I loved one of the 4 cookies I tried. I'm not a huge Crumbl cookie fan, I think they have too much going on and are extremely sweet. This place looked like it was a bit toned down in comparison and was hoping it wouldn't be as sweet. I asked my husband to get me a box of 4 - the OG chocolate chip, the lemon head, Biscoff, and 3 leches. OG chocolate chip - 3 stars. Nothing amazing, I'd choose a Costco cookie over this taking into consideration the size and price Lemon head - 2.5 stars. I didn't realize it actually had lemon head candies at the bottom. I love sour candies, but not on my cookie. I know, probably my fault for not paying attention to the actual ingredients, I saw lemon on the website and got excited. Biscoff - 4.5 stars. By far the tastiest cookie even 4 days after buying it 3 leches - 4 stars. Loved the gooey center. They were definitely still very sweet, I split the box with my husband and the only cook we ate in its entirety the day of was the tres leches. 4 days later and we finally finished the last of the Biscoff. I'd go back for a Biscoff and maybe trying some new flavors, once in a while though since I can't justify spending $30 for 4 cookies that often. Definitely better than Crumbl, I'd still put Insomnia cookies first though. read more

It took Yelp Elite Dario O. and I awhile to find parking, and when we did, we had a bit of a walk; which was totally okay. Just fair warning to anyone visiting this location. There are no seating in and outdoors. It's a spot for you to just grab your cookies and go. However, they do sell Chipzookies which is exactly what you're probably thinking - warm cookie with a scoop of ice cream. So I kind of wish there was a place to sit inside or out to enjoy this. I think a bar table and some stools in one of the corners would be nice; esp since they also sell milk! I could definitely see myself and others take a break from whatever and just enjoy some milk and cookies. So for the cookies, I ordered the 4 pack. I got the OG, Biscoff, Oreo Dunk, and their monthly special at the time- Cinnamon Roll. The Oreo Dunk Chip is their Dutch cocoa cookie infused with sweetened condensed milk and topped with crushed oreos and white chocolate! This one was my absolute fave!!! It looks super sweet, but it was right amount of chocolate and sweetness. If you're unsure of what cookie to get, I 100% recommend getting the OG. You can never go wrong with a classic chocolate chip cookie. It's also their signature and award winning, handmade flavor. Service was great! Located in a shopping center in WC, this Chip Cookies location sells simple and also unique flavors ~ you can have them plain or frost em', top em', infuse em', finish em', or like me, just have them plain. The ice cream sandwich was calling my name but in all honesty, there's nothing like a warm and gooey cookie by itself. I can't get enough of the biscoff cookie ~ it has pieces of biscoff cookie within the cookie, white chocolate chips, and biscoff cookie butter in the middle...yes to it all. Other favorites are the OG chip (choco chip), which also comes in mini size. If you're gifting or wanting to create this experience at home, there's cookie dough to purchase as well. There are fun cookie-of-the-week flavors ~ this week is Cadbury Chip for Easter. With extremely quick build-as-you-go service and beautiful packaging, I think Chip Cookies is here to stay. I love cookies and I love to go to cookie shops. Chip cookies is really cute. I like the sign that lists all the items and prices. I do not like the prices! It's very expensive. I thought the cookie was all right, but not great. it reminded me a lot of of Crumbl. I had to wait quite a while to have somebody come out of the back to help me so that was kind of annoying. I got the chocolate chip cookie, which is their classic. It was OK, but I just thought it was too cakey for me. The parking is exceptional and the whole area is great so you can eat and then go get a cookie afterwards for dessert. Chip Cookies is a relatively new addition to The Orchards at Walnut Creek. I came here with my friend and fellow Elite David A. on 08/23/2024 for a Yelp perk that he was selected to participate in. This cookie shop is located on the east side of the shopping center, next to Dulce's Antojitos. We walked in at around 4:30 pm and were immediately greeted by the staff. The interior was surprisingly spacious and nicely decorated. Cleanliness was excellent. Aside from the comped perk, David also got two additional cookies, and he was nice enough to share the Tres Leches Chip one with me. It was a butter cookie topped with condensed milk, whipped cream, and cinnamon sugar. The cookie was warm and moist, and the toppings weren't overly sweet. Overall, the combination worked. After hearing about how much more my friend likes Chip compared to that other overhyped cookie chain, I decided to try it last weekend to compare. I got the cookies & cream cookie with no toppings. Was really surprised it wasn't busy on a Saturday evening! The interior was clean, the customer service was great and the dessert was even better. My friend and I shared a chipzookie (a mini pizookie basically) and ordered the biscoff cookie for our base (a total of $7-8). You're able to choose 1-3 scoops of ice cream (vanilla only, at no extra cost) and different types of drizzles and toppings. We only added a caramel drizzle to ours. The biscoff cookie was warm and had white chocolate chip; it melted/mixed well with the ice cream. Each bite was delicious and flavorful, I definitely preferred my bites with the middle of the cookie since it was super soft and warm. The outside of the cookie wasn't exactly my favorite because I prefer more chewy bites, but my friend preferred the outside of the cookie since it gave her a good crunch! My other friends got chipzookies and another bought a gourmet fan favorite cookie called the "tres leches". I didn't ask them to describe their cookies to me, but we were all very happy and impressed. I thought the pricing was very fair and cheaper than other places. The server, I didn't catch her name, was really helpful in letting us know the process of choosing and our options since I've never been there. This cookie itself was delicious. It's indulgent, but definitely didn't feel as big of a sugar bomb and a crumbl cookie. If I were by myself, I definitely couldn't eat this on my own in one sitting though, so it was good that me and my bf shared this one. So I finally gave into those Yelp notifications recommending what's hot near me and checked out Chip Cookies while out running errands... Not to be a total shill but the ad actually worked LOL. This is actually the type of biz my partner and I like. Worth the brief detour. Cookie flavors and topping combinations are customizable. Knowing the calorie content of similar competitors, we decided on 4 plain cookies for the sake of our waistlines (Boneless, SW Chip, OG, and Biscoff Chip), no topping. The sole staff member working was cheery and helpful. The front counter also sells day-old cookie duos for $3-- we plucked a pack of two OGs on our way out. TBH you can't even taste the difference, they were still soft and chewy as the fresh ones. Our fresh cookies were great. Just soft enough in the center, without being overwhelmingly sweet. My favorite would have to be the OG. Does anyone else cut these into pieces and slowly work through the box throughout the week? Still pricy for cookies though... Mentally I have it marked as a "special occasion" type spot. A little dreary inside the shop... The neon light did little for the gray, concrete interior. They were dry, had no flavor, still chunky (round like a ball), had very little biscoff and overall just weren't appetizing and were unfortunately put in the trash. I had a combination cookie biscoff cookie with tres leches topping, my sweetheart had a BTS cookie which had toffee in it. It was dam near perfect the both of them.
