I came here with my family on a Monday afternoon. There was no line. We ordered 4 drinks and it took about 10minutes to get them. They messed up on a few of the drinks, Forgetting some ingredients, but they were quick to fix them. The atmosphere and decoration in this boba shop is very nice and it's a nice spot to kick back, study, or chit chat. Overall it was a good experience, the boba was a bit expensive for the quality but I'd say it's worth trying.

Horribly sloooooowwww. 3 girls working inside,2 eating their self made snacks, all 3 just yapping away. Only 1 girl making drinks at a supper slow motion pace. 3 drinks took 15 minutes!! Oh this is self service ordering koisk, so they are not even taking orders. There wasn't anyone ahead of us. Guess we are not coming back.

Found this place after visiting Steinway studio a couple blocks over. We all enjoyed our drinks a lot. Mango Matcha latte 50% sugar 5/5 Tropical fruit tea 4/5 Mango with yogurt cream foam 5/5 Strawberry milk bar 4/5 The place is pretty tiny . About 6 bar stools type of seating 1 4-top 2 2-tops They have 2 kiosks to order their drink. I like that they did not do extra charge for Oat milk substitute. Bathroom is clean too. And they complete the orders decently fast. Really like this place. Just like anywhere on WC, parking is only street parking.

I always get the Brown Sugar Boba, but this time my friend convinced me to try the Crème Brûlée Boba and OMG... it was SO good! Seriously, absolutely delicious. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor. I can't believe I waited this long to try it. Definitely ordering this one again!

Very good flavor. Sweetness levels are normal and not overly sweet, so 80-100% sweetness is pleasant and good for people who don't want too much sugar. Anything less will still be good but likely noticeably weak. Mango Paradise Tea had a nice pronounced mango flavor and I especially liked the mango jam/pieces that were in it. Added aloe goes well too. Brown sugar boba black tea was another good classic and would recommend.

Really enjoying this new boba shop in town. Love that there's no extra charge for oat milk--a big plus if you're lactose intolerant. They're currently running a buy a drink, get a super cute bun deal, which was a hit with my kids. They're already asking to go back tomorrow! Service is excellent also. Not sure if the guy I spoke with was the owner but he's very patient and nice.

Delicious boba, and such a cute spot!! I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see all of the cute Christmas decorations in the store and the other art. They have a big boba statue outside. The shop is located in downtown Walnut Creek near lots of shops and restaurants. I've tried out a few boba places in this area and this one is my new favorite. As I waiting for my drinks I took a look at their menu and they have very unique seasonal items that I want to go back to try. The worker was also super nice! My drinks were made very fast and they were delicious. They both had a lot of boba, which I liked.

Creme Brulee Boba was very good! Tea could be stronger for the fruit tea. Street parking was convenient and easy to find. Metered parking. Right next to a pretty good dumpling place too. Service was accurate, could have been faster. Ambiance was quite nice. A great place to sit, study, hangout, have a zoom meeting, etc.

When I read a review that said best boba tea in the world, you know I had to come. I ordered: ROASTED ROYAL OOLONG TEA LIGHT SWEETNESS LIGHT ICE with honey boba and coffee jelly - interesting that they (from my experience) are the only establishment that provides differing boba selections of honey boba and brown sugar boba.. you can definitely taste the honey... QQ + chewy = well cooked - regrets of picking coffee jelly... too generic and waaaayyyy too much of it in the drink... very crunchy and not very refreshing. I only picked this because I really really really wanted grass jelly. - thorough oolong taste with no bitter after taste --I love love love that they allow you to pick the "milk base" at no extra charge!!! They have 3 options: ORGANIC whole milk, oat milk, soy milk. - utilizes organic teas - took them 10 minutes to make the drink (parking meter started as 18 minutes and when I went back it was 8 minutes) All of the food menu was out of stock. Service: - they literally hand you your drink and comments to shake it well - service fairly nonexistent as they make you order through a kiosk but they will help and take your order if needed - willing to answer all and any questions in a kind manner - I asked where the bathroom is (no code needed) and they guy making the drinks friendly tells me where it is whereas there were 2 workers sitting with one using a laptop who just points Ambience: - can seriously sit chill chat and relax - modern decor - truly a clean bathroom Location: - can be problematic as it's in downtown Walnut Creek - I didn't drive around and just took the first spot I saw which was street parking charging at a rate of 25 cents for 18 minutes. - there's not much to do and eat in the area...unless you take a stroll Why not 5 stars? - needs more toppings selection (brownie points if they are creative!) - weak TP in the bathroom - limited options... wished there were more fruity drinks and more creative tea drinks (I am surprised they haven't entered the world of grapes and blending the teas) - no food available - wish for better cups

A very nice boba place. The boba and drink are both very good. The chocolate bao is very delicious as well. My only complaint is the brown sugar boba is not really brown sugar boba. At least not very fresh. So far I am very disappointed of finding perfect brown sugar boba except Yi-Fan in Berkeley. Well alas! That's why one star off!

    Bao babies - so cute!

My daughter loved seeing the huge Boba Studio art figure outside (which rolls around, so be careful) - this caught our eye and we strolled on in. Easy ordering using the two touchscreens. Super cute "bao babies" that takes about 10 minutes to steam. There's about 18 seats inside. Cute decor. Love that they use fresh fruit instead of fruit puree like most boba cafes. Husband and I liked our brown sugar boba tea (boba tasted fresh!), and son loved his mango smoothie. The kids loved the cute bao babies - daughter loved the custard chick and son loved the taro penguin. We will be back when we need our boba fix!

I had been here a few times and it is always consistent. You can order via Kiosk or pay cash through the cashier. I almost always get the Tiger Sugar or the Coffee Creme Bruelle Boba. You can have the option of Oatmilk as the dairy and they torch the sugar topping in front of you. It's never too long of a wait and they also have some food options. Definitely my go to place for Creme Bruelle Bobas when I get to the other place in Dublin.

    Hojicha Milk Tea (Low-Caffeine)
    Jacqueline N.

This place's hojicha is really yummy. I got soy milk with my drink for no extra charge which is so rare in this economy. In my head this was just a regular green milk tea but you can taste the earthiness of the hojicha! The brown sugar boba oddly enough compliments the drink pretty well. I got Half Sugar and I think if you're gonna get boba it's worth skimping on the sweetness. And when I asked for less ice they did indeed give me an okay amount of ice which is so classy of them. There are restrooms in the back too. They also have WiFi. The place is relatively quiet compared to other boba shops where the music is blasting so loud you feel like it's on purpose to get you to leave but no. Boba Studio is classy. They play bossa nova and jazz at an appropriate volume. I can see myself coming here to get work done and study because they also have snacks and outlets if only I lived closer.

What kind of a restaurant is this is it in indian restaurant sir?

No, this is a milk tea bar that serves bubble teas (boba- a kind of tapioca) but I do believe they have some pastries as well.

I worked from the barstools for about an hour and a half. After the breakfast rush had passed, I noticed plenty of open tables along the wall. Since I had thrown out my back this week and desperately needed more support, I moved to one of them. The sign said the table was reserved for up to two hours for customers who ordered food. Great--I had ordered food and had only been sitting there for about an hour. Nope. The same barista who took my order approached me to explain that the table was reserved for customers who ordered food. When I reminded her that I had, she asked what I ordered--as if she hadn't personally rung me up. She then told me I needed to return to the backless barstool. I challenged this because it made absolutely no sense. There were plenty of open tables, I was a paying customer and I was within the posted two-hour limit. She simply repeated that it was the policy. To be clear, the problem isn't that the policy was poorly communicated. The policy should not exist in the first place. Kicking a paying customer out of an empty chair and directing them back to a barstool is a horrible business model that lacks basic respect and hospitality. I left angry, embarrassed and regretting the money I spent here. I will absolutely not be returning.

Although the location is not prominent, pictures of their beautifully crafted drinks and delicious bánh mì sandwiches have been spreading across different social media platforms. So much so that they have been featured in reporting by several local media outlets. Out of curiosity, I decided to check this spot out with my brother and a couple friends on 08/29/2025. It wasn't busy when we walked in at around noon. A quick glance revealed a space that's tiny but well organized. We were greeted by Thuy, the friendly proprietor of the establishment. Since this was our first visit, it took us a while to figure out what we wanted. In the end, we each got a bánh mì sandwich and a beverage. Pricing was reasonable IMHO (see menu pic). I had the cold cut bánh mì and an iced coffee. I gave half of my sandwich to my brother, and he gave me half of his grilled chicken bánh mì in return. Both sandwiches were delicious! The baguette was excellent. It was crispy on the outside and soft and spongy on the inside. Thuy told me later on that she gets them from Duc Huong Sandwiches, a famed Vietnamese sandwich chain in San Jose. The homemade pâté, cold cuts, and grilled chicken were all delicious, and the produce was very fresh. The iced coffee was very good as well. We chatted with Thuy extensively before and after our meal. She told us she was a banker prior to opening this café. From our conversation, I could tell she takes pride in her work. We were all very impressed by her demeanor and business acumen. Should you find yourself in downtown Walnut Creek, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You will not be disappointed. 5 stars.
