I used their online ordering system to set up a pickup, and the whole process was a total breeze--my food was ready exactly when I expected it. I ordered the Unagi Don and the eel was cooked perfectly; it was so tender and the glaze was spot on. I also tried the Katsu Curry, and I was actually surprised by how crispy the chicken stayed even after the drive home. The curry sauce was rich and had such a great flavor. I've tried Teapot twice - once in 2022 and more recently on 10/23/2024. I had the Oreo milk tea (80% sweet, no ice) on the first visit, which was watered down. As an Oreo lover, I was disappointed. Interestingly, not all boba spots offer Oreo milk tea. I might have ordered the sesame balls during that visit too. Can't recall anything remarkable about the sesame balls, though it's pretty hard to mess them up. On my most recent visit, I got coffee milk tea (50% sweet but the ice cannot be adjusted). It comes with coffee jelly. It had the right amount of sweetness and coffee. Similar to the drinks, the service has been inconsistent. I think my drink came out quickly during my first visit, even though I went later in the afternoon. Although the shop was empty at 12 pm on my most recent t visit, it took at least 5 mins (maybe more?) for someone to take my order. To be fair, the person working there appeared to be the only employee. Once she took my order, I didn't have to wait too long for the drink to be ready. Cash or card accepted. Plenty of parking available. Since I'm not in that part of town often, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. However, I might consider coming back if there's a reason I'm in the area. Came here during my lunch hour on a Monday and there was only 1 person working. I am not a big fan of the Kiosk ordering (not just for this place, for every place) since at times they don't give you a lot of options for alterations of your order, but I get it helps with the business when only 1 staff is available. Also, it makes it hard to ask questions when the worker is all way down the other side of the restaurant and it sucks being that one holding up the line to walk all the way down to ask questions. For having low staff during lunch hour, you may have to wait a little, but they do have online ordering a head of time which we didn't know since we came on a whim after eating lunch. Grape Cheese Kreama with boba -This was the main reason why I came here, to try this drink! Not many places have grape blended tea boba so I was excited to try it here. Did it live up to my expectations? Yes! I love the real fruit used and with the added boba and cheese cream, it just hits the spot for a summer day. So refreshing! I admit, it was not the best rendition of this drink I've had since it was a little more on the icy side, but it was still flavorful and worth a try if you haven't had this drink! I come here every so often (more often than the other milk teas shop around here) because it is a convenient location, they have the items I want. I tried my sister's order of the mango slushy and initially it tasted just right. After the second sip, it sat in my mouth for a moment. I could tell it's one of those sweet drinks. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality of the drinks. Both drinks have fresh ingredients. This place is spacious. It has plenty of tables and seating. Good for the after-school hangout. Walked in right after another customer walked out and when I asked what time they closed,(I asked this because when I walked in the restaurant looked very much closed) I was met with hostility and sighs. I was really pleasantly surprised by Teapot! We stopped here yesterday to grab some drinks and snacks after being disappointed by the menu at a nearby bubble tea shop. I was drawn in by the pictures of the musubi on yelp but once we entered, there was so much to see that I forgot to order one altogether. They have a kiosk right up front to order at if you are using anything but cash, however staff is happy to take your cash orders. Personally, I prefer kiosks because they always remember to ask my sweetness and ice levels and I don't always feeling like talking to people tbh. We ordered a matcha latte and hokkaido milk tea and were notified by the kiosk while ordering that there are discounted food options with a drink purchase during certain times so we opted for some "happy hour" popcorn chicken as well. We had a seat at a table to wait. There are half a dozen or so tables inside and the ambiance was a clean, relaxed vibe. It didn't take long and the man who gave us our order was really efficient and nice. We decided to take the food to go because, even though the interior would be a great spot to eat, the parking here is pretty terrible. It was packed and the spots were small and since it was coming up on a busy time for food places we thought the kindest thing to do would be to head out so that other people could use the parking spot. The matcha latte with red bean was one of the BEST drinks I have had. The match was so creamy and sweet and earthy delicious texture of the bean just put it over the top. I was audibly "oohing" while I was drinking it. I highly recommend trying it and remember to shake/mix it well before drinking. My husband was also really impressed with the popcorn chicken. He gets it a lot and it's typically dry and chewy, but although this chicken looked similar, it was really moist and delicious. He said it was clearly all breast meat and was juicy with just the right amount of spice. For $5, he could not have been happier. I was looking for a place to quench my thirst and decided a milk tea was the best choice and stopped by Teapot. This place is great. They have so many drink and food options. I was able to order at the kiosk and choose my ice and sweetness level. It was also happy hour and they offered discount food options when ordering a drink. The kiosk asks for your phone # to text you when the order is ready which I thought was awesome. After ordering I took a seat at one of the tables. The place was cool and relaxing and they played upbeat music. The order came pretty quickly and the employees were awesome and friendly. I got the Hokkaido Milk Tea with egg pudding and popcorn chicken and my wife got the Matcha Latte with red bean. The Hokkaido milk tea tasted great and the popcorn chicken was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside with just the right amount of spice. Some of the best popcorn chicken I've ever had. I ordered Hainanese chicken rice and chicken katsu rice to go. They offer a wide selection of food unlike Other Boba tea shop. I like the idea of machine order in store. It's easy and convenient when no lines. Remember this is a Boba tea shop not like traditional restaurants, so do not expect any service like that. I do think this is a good price for the value for people just wanted to order something to go without paying a bunch of service or tips. I'm impressed the food tastes good .
