This place is soo good! Not only do they have ice cream, and floats but they have gluten free cheesecake! I was shocked. I believe they said they bake gluten free treats every Tuesday but they said if you call beforehand they can make it. The owners were soo kind! The place takes you back to the 1950's ice cream parlors. Love it! Must try if you're craving a frozen treat or if you're celiac/allergic to gluten!

The family felt like getting something a little sweet after dinner and didn't want to go to the regular chain ice cream shops. We looked on yelp and found this ice cream and bake shop. They have a variety of baked goods from cookies to mini-sized pies. Clean, very friendly service, and nice to know that they featured SF Mitchell's ice cream.

We tried the infamous Mitchell's favorite Espresso toffee crunch ice cream, so delicious that I walked out speaking another language. Cookies are also yummy. Ms Lady looked tired after long day, but helped us with the biggest smile and friendliest attitude with suggestions Spacious but still has that characters of mom and pop's shop. Must support.

Always a lovely experience here! I'm so happy to have a family owned ice cream shop & bakery in the neighborhood! The staff is great! Always friendly. Loveeee that they have Mitchell's ice cream too! I grew up in SF on Mitchell's and always make a point to grab some if I'm in that area but to have some right here in Concord is amazing. The baked goodies here are delicious too! And the space is cutely designed and there's lots of seating. 10/10!

Absolutely loved this place! From the moment you walk in, the classic black-and-white checkered floor and cozy vintage vibe make it feel warm and nostalgic. The desserts are next-level--perfectly crafted mini pies, fluffy whipped toppings, and rich, creamy ice cream that tastes homemade and indulgent. Everything looks as good as it tastes. Friendly atmosphere, adorable presentation, and treats that truly hit the sweet spot. A must-visit for dessert lovers!

cute setup!

Old School IceCream shop feel. We stopped in and had dessert. They had mini pies! We had a cheesecake and a peach pie. Both very good! We also had The ice cream. They carry Mitchell's Ice cream. It was a cute place to stop at and have a sweet snack. We definitely wanr to go back to try a dew kther pies. The service was great, polite and quick. They have a wall full of drawings from a local high school, which was rwally cool to see. Check it out if you are in the area and support a local business!

I can't believe you could get Mitchell's ice cream in theEastbay. This is my first time coming to this location. The service was amazing. I love the whole aesthetic of the entire ice cream place.

This ice cream shop is adorable! The classic checkered floors and bar seating, along with house-baked sweets and mini pies, a different vibe than the modern Baskin Robins. They sell Mitchell's ice cream from San Francisco, including diverse flavors like ube and macapuno. I discovered my new favorite, the Espresso Toffee Crunch! If you love coffee ice cream and all its variants, you'd love this flavor too. My only caveat is that the cones don't have paper lining or use a napkin and the employees are touching it with bare hands.

Look at how huge that banana split is!

Been back twice and staffing is horrible. One person working on a hot summer afternoon. Standing in line for over 20 minutes.

Good pies, ice cream and cookies. Service was lackluster at best. If this place wants to stay in business they better work on friendliness.

I've been here twice and each time, they didnt have banana cream pie. Has anyone had it? Also, I don't see a phone number listed anywhere to call.

Had to finally commit, since there isn't one close to where I live. All the locations are in the East Bay. Thankfully, I made it. I chose two selections. The banana pudding and the chocolate raspberry. I was surprised of the price points. Pretty affordable, more than other bakeries I can think of. The cookies are not little. They smelled wonderful. They taste even better. The customer service was terrific. Friendly and efficient staff members. I enjoyed both flavors and appreciated the high-quality ingredient list is clearly used in the production. I noticed that the cookies are not as sweet as they appear to be. I detected more salt, than sugar in the finish/aftertaste. I look forward to coming back again to sample more flavors. There was a flyer on the front door promoting the upcoming grand opening of the latest new location, in Hayward.

I came earlier today and bought 3 cookies: Classic brown butter pecan, banana pudding, and cookies and cream. All three were amazing! They each had a crunch, crispy outer layer with a moist inside. They're buttery and have this pan crust taste to them which stick out from the rest. There were so many other flavors I wanted to try but I didn't want to go overboard lol. Cookies were going for about $3.50-$3.75 each which is regular for a boutique cookie. My ultimate favorites so far is the brown butter pecan and banana pudding. These stick out from every cookie I've had over the years. They're so delicious and tasty that I want a whole box. I really wish they had a Butter Pecan cookie shop where I'm from in the South Bay. The East Bay is lucky to have these cookies! To the owners or whoever is going to franchise this place, please open up in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Cupertino, or Mountain View! Trust me, people will go crazy for these. I'm definitely coming back!

I'm so happy to see an Asian bakery in downtown Pleasant Hill, especially a Korean bakery. And…read moreyesss, we got Paris Baguette! First off, don't let the name fool you because despite its name it's actually a Korean bakery, not a French bakery. They do have a lot of French inspired pastries though, like croissants. I keep seeing people on TikTok eating those cylinder shaped Croissants filled with creamy custard or chocolate cream, so naturally I had to try one when I saw them at the store. I also knew I had to try the Salted Bread since Japanese style salted bread has been super viral all over Asia lately. We ended up getting both, and honestly they were pretty good. Let me start with the Salted Bread, the inside had that signature hollow interior with a slightly crusty exterior, so it felt pretty legit. The salty crust paired really nicely with the buttery flavor of the bread. It was good, but I don't get the hype around it. I know some people are completely obsessed with salted bread, but to me it's basically just really good bread tasting like salted butter. I like it, but it's just not enough to make me obsessed with it. Then we tried the cylinder shaped croissant that was half dipped in chocolate, and that was pretty good too. Obviously room temperature croissants just don't hit the same as warm freshly baked ones, but for room temperature ones, these were pretty solid. I also really liked the interior of the shop. Everything looked super clean, modern, and chic. All the baked goods were displayed really beautifully too. I'd definitely come back again the next time I'm in the vicinity, and next time I'll try some of their other stuff too.

If you know, you know. The pastries here are absolutely worth the detour--and honestly, wherever I see a Paris Baguette, I do pull over. That includes locations I've visited in Northern California, North Brunswick, New Jersey, Atlanta, Georgia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and even the one here in Charlotte down in Pineville. It's a bit of a drive for me, but when I'm in that area, I always make a point to stop in and pick up a couple of their delicious croissant-donut pastries and marzipan or almond croissants. That's the beauty of this bakery--it's a chain, yes, but the consistency is what keeps me coming back. I have yet to be disappointed. Of course, I had to stop at this Hilton Head location--and I didn't come empty-handed. Food connects people, and bringing pastries to your host is always a winning move. I picked up three different varieties of their famous croissant-donut style pastries (similar to the well-known cronut): * Chocolate * Tiramisu * Mango And I added two large almond croissants that were beautifully filled, flaky, and indulgent. Everything looked fresh, full, and irresistible. The setup inside is easy and efficient. It's self-serve: you grab a tray, line it with parchment, use the tongs, and select whatever catches your eye--from baguettes to cakes to coffee drinks. Checkout was quick, Apple Pay was accepted, and the whole experience felt smooth and well organized. The space was clean, friendly, and inviting, with plenty of outdoor seating. Bottom line: Whenever you see a Paris Baguette on your radar, pull over. It's dependable, delicious, and perfect for picking up pastries to share--or to treat yourself. For me, it's one of those rare places that delivers the same quality every single time, no matter the city--and that kind of consistency is something I truly appreciate as a traveler and lifelong foodie.
