Thanks to Yelp, I found my favorite Subway location, which has gotten me through my quick dining needs during the pandemic! Times are tough, so it's nice to know that there's a reliable place where I can pick up fresh, made-to-order sandwiches, and freshly baked cookies. Employees are friendly and nice and recognize all of their regular customers. They make the sandwiches really well here because they do it with care! For example, they recommended that I keep the Baja Chicken & Bacon with the original toppings, to bring out the Baja flavor; and they were right! All of the Subway sandwiches have had a re-fresh and this location knows how to prepare all of the updated creations. Some of my favorites are the All American Club, Meatball Marinara, Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki, and of course Baja Chicken & Bacon. They bake the bread fresh all day: 9-Grain Wheat, Sourdough, and Italian Herbs & Cheese. Plus, they have all of the new, updated sauces that make all the difference: Barbecue, Buffalo, Creamy Italian, Golden Italian, Honey Mustard, Savory Caesar, Sriracha, and Sweet Onion. If you don't want mustard or mayo, just substitute with their new sauces! They always seem to prep fresh veggies, replenish the cheeses and the protein meats, even into the evening. Exceptionally rude, unfriendly and no customer service ladies that work in this store. They did not greet me or even acknowledge that I wanted service and they're Filipino which is very surprising. I'm black yet when I walked out and a Caucasian lady came in, they greeted her when Zi turned to leave. It was pretty obvious about how they felt about my skin color even though my money was just as good. It's just plain shameful how intolerant OTHER minorities behave towards blacks. The first time I went there, one of the Asian(Filipino??) ladies was abrasive and when I requested my sandwich a certain way, all she kept saying was 'I'm make it the way you like' yet she didn't REALLY want to do it the way I liked. I took great care to not be rude back to her but it was annoying to keep hearing it as she really had no intention to do it my way. I decided to go back yesterday 10/26/23 to see if they sold soups and both ladies looked up from their sandwich making yet didn't greet or acknowledge me. I love Subway sandwiches and there was a time where I was craving for it for a week and went to this store to order my favorite sandwich(cheesesteak) and love watching the SA(Sandwich Artist) preparing it according to my ingredients specs. I'm also impressed that the SA was so generous with the ingredients (storeowners are not happy with this), maybe to entice you to give more tips. After spending too much money on this store I found out that thru Subway app you can avail a $2 off or a BOGO50%off. So I started using the app. Ordered BOGO50%off, picked up my order, arrived home, and voila!!!...there's less meat in my sandwich and it was the same SA who prepared my sandwich when I ordered in person. We used to order here since its close to home. We were pleasantly surprised that the size of footlong got bigger!!!! I am satisfied with their bread- big, fresh and not the usual bread we get flat, small and sometimes not fresh and breaking to pieces...love the Italian Herbs and cheese bread! I am impress how Subway is leveling up and thriving in a post pandemic economy where most of the businesses' prices gets high and smaller portions... Subway levelling up and offering coupons is amazing. The one star I left off is probably a room for improvement... I ordered ham/ turkey with extra Bacon...it would have been probably better if the bacon was crispy...also, maybe Subway has to put out different sandwich menu...my personal opinion, same menus gets boring.. needed something new to look forward to, and excited to try... Sometimes I get so hungry these days I start shaking. I was on some business calls in the area and not driving, my business partner was. He wanted to go get coffee around lunch time and I said,"No we need to go get some food ASAP!" We came here because of the closeness to the free way. I have not had Subway in a few years so I was pretty unfamiliar with the menu. Plus, my sister used to work at a Subway and the things she told me really never made me want to go back to one. However, when baby is hungry, you eat. No questions asked. The guy behind the counter making sandwiches was on his game. Man, when I used to manage a retail hardware store I would have hired him in a second to work on my sales floor. He was impressive. Almost worth 5 stars alone just for him. I got a 6 inch Subway Club on wheat. No chips no drink. It was Ok. I really like their bread. I got it toasted and it was much better than Quizno's bread. Pretty good sandwich. What does change is the people working at the locations and if the restaurant is clean and tidy. The person who took my order was friendly and filled by order quickly. I use to get the Subway club but the last one from another location put me off them. Just didn't agree with me. I personally won't touch the chicken breast at any Subway. I usually don't take the time to review fast food places unless they are awful or fantastic. This Subway may be one of the best I've ever been to. I was greeted by a gentleman with a smile and a level of pep rarely seen in fast food places. It was as if he owed the place. The only other significant difference I've noticed in subways are seen in their selection of veggies. The veggies at this location all looked fresh, cut with precision, and carefully arranged. I feel like the red onions is where I judge the attitude of the staff - the sub-par locations always seem to have inconsistently cut red onions that are throw into the tub. This location - the onions were thinly sliced and looked neatly stacked. If I'm going to eat at subway, I'm going to try and come to this one whenever I can. read more

Last time I came here I had bad experience, I yelped my experience. Soon after I received a message from the owner, she told me that they are under new management and have taken steps to ensure that the incident wont happen again. I was offered a free sub sandwich if I gave them another chance. Six months later I decide to pay them a visit, the store was very clean, well maintained and stocked.
