I'm Vietnamese and love this place! It's one of the only pho spots I'll go to on the north side of Seattle. The only deterrent sometimes is the wait because it's so popular. There could be a wait at 3p on weekend! I always call ahead to ask how long the wait might be before heading over. The food is always amazing. They have the best salt and pepper tofu. I normally get meat forward appetizer of chicken wings at any other spot, but I dream about their salt and pepper tofu dish. The broth of their pho is so good and their meat portions are generous. The staff are always friendly. They even found out it was my daughter's birthday so they brought her a dish of candy/treats. It made her day! read more

This place has long waits for very good reason. It's probably some of the best pho I've ever had, and I've had my share in major metro areas like Philly, and around Seattle! The pho ha noi had a layer of complexity, with an extra hit of spices (cinnamon? anise? maybe a combo of both?) that was absolutely addictive, in the rich yet light broth. Like most standout pho places, we got a nice portion of extra fresh beansprouts, herbs, and other condiments. The raw egg yolk didn't add much, but it's hard to complain with what might be the best pho broth (and perfectly al dente rice noodles) I've ever had. Garlic crispy wings are popular here - they are good, but it wasn't something I'd be compelled to order on repeat. Same goes for the fried tofu, which was crispy but a little bland. Great food, great service! I've eaten at so many pho restaurants in the king/Snohomish county area, and Miss Pho is one of the best bowls of pho by far. They don't skimp on meat portions and all the broths are satisfying. Their other food items, like the tamarind beef salad, are also fantastic! This spot is now one of our fave pho places in the Greater Seattle area or maybe even in the world! One of the main reasons we like this place is their food is unique. We've been here twice and both times, my husband and I got the Miss Pho Special, which is a rib eye pho with a raw egg yolk, and the Pho Sa Te, which has a spicy beef peanut broth. The latter has a thicker consistency and is spicier. We also ordered gyoza, spring rolls, and chicken wings and they were all delicious! The service was much better the first time. The second time, they served our appetizers right away but they forgot our main dishes so we had to wait a bit. But because their food is so good, I can overlook that! Also, I can't forget about the appetizers they have my favorite garlic chicken wings which I recommend, but if you're into tofu I also recommend the salt and pepper ones. This is a nice Vietnamese restaurant with a modern take! I have had many friends that went here and said good things about the food, so I looked forward to this visit a lot. Wait times can be long from what I hear, at least 30 minutes during lunch and dinner hours, so I decided to just arrive at 3:30pm and walked right in immediately (actually took the last table as it was still a full house). I got the crispy chicken wings with garlic butter and pho sa te. Both were extra flavorful which I love. The crispy chicken wings are indeed crispy, and there is a nice buttery and garlic flavor, in addition to onions and green onions. They seemed to just raise the prices to $15 for 9 pieces, which was bit of a shocker when the menu reflected the old price. Pho sa te was also extra flavorful, with some hints of lemongrass, lots of peanuts, and has a nice spicy kick. I opted for level 2 spice so it was medium-mild, so I could enjoy the rest of the food. There is a generous amount of beef to justify the $18 price tag, as that bowl looked on the smaller side compared to a sit-down pho restaurant. I would say it was 50% meat and 50% noodles, which is an excellent balance for me when I bulk. The meat is not the best cuts as there were some that were hard to chew, but the meatballs were good. The noodles were also a bit on the overcooked side. While I really enjoyed the flavors, given the hype, I expected a bit of improvement in the quality. Service is okay. Everything is done at bare minimum, but satisfactory. One slight issue is the server that also does a lot of the cleaning once walked to my table using her phone and just loitered around me without saying a word or attempt to ask if I needed anything, so that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. On this visit, we ordered the beef tamarind salad, salt & pepper chicken wings, salt & pepper tofu, crispy taro rolls w/ pork & shrimp and the grilled chicken rice platter. The beef tamarind salad was my favorite - a refreshing salad with sauteed beef and tamarind sauce on a bed of cabbage and other goodies. The appetizers and grilled chicken were flavorful and prepared well. The fried egg was a little overcooked for our liking. It was nice to see that there is something for everyone on their menu. Hands down, the best pho you'll find in Seattle! This place is killing it! I'm incredibly lucky to live in the neighborhood and I've been coming here since the day they opened. My daughter and I tried Miss Pho last week and it was the best pho we've ever had! The broth was SUPER flavorful and didn't need any added hoisin or Siracha. It was perfect! We also had the grilled chicken spring rolls...delicious. And their dipping sauce wasn't thick and peanut buttery like most places, it was thin and soupy-like but still packed a lot of good flavor. Their Thai tea was decent. Not as sweet as other places I've tried, but still refreshing. My only suggestion would be less ice, more tea. Service was okay. We walked in to a yellow motorbike sitting in the middle of the floor (which was a smidgeon off-putting) and wasn't sure if we seated ourselves or if we needed to wait to be seated. So we kinda awkwardly paced around in the limited amount of space that we had until someone greeted/seated us. My friend and I walk every week and had been walking around Olympic Manor neighborhood looking at holiday lights I suggested this place to my friend. So glad she enjoyed it as much as I did she isn't as familiar with Asian food as I am so I was apprehensive if she'd want to try. One of the best Pho I've had, and having lived in SoCal for 20+ years being spoiled by Little Saigon, my bar is pretty high. It's a very unassuming strip mall location. Clean and simple decor with open kitchen and a small bar counter in addition to the dozen tables. Take out business is very brisk. If you want to avoid waiting in line for dinner, i would recommend getting there before 5:30. Parking is free and unlike most Seattle places, you can find a spot within the strip mall pretty easily. We ordered Ms Pho Special, basically House Pho + beef rib + raw egg. Broth is very flavorful and clear without a ton of grease. Well balanced amount of noodles and meat. Beef rib is fall off the bone tender and not full of fat. Very impressed. I was unable to finish the bowl and had to take half of it home. We also ordered taro rolls and chicken wings. I love taro, and while almost all pho places offered fried spring rolls, this is the first place i found with taro. Very tasty! Chicken wings are very crispy and a light breading. We ordered the garlic wings and they were great. Super crunchy without being too greasy. It was super busy during our visit. Wait staff was very friendly but can be hard to get help or their attention. It's also very family friendly. We saw lots of young families with babies and toddlers. I want to preface that IF you come to Miss Pho and you have the Pho Hanoi... it'll ruin pho for you. Because nothing else will every be as good. It's so good that I drive an HOUR twice a month and sometimes three times a month just to eat this pho and no other pho ever compares. I've brought friends and family from all over to try this - and the consensus is always the same - "wow!" What makes it so different? I can't really formulate the words that do it justice - specifically the Pho Hanoi is just overall different, more spices more flavorful, more round, the meat the egg yolk creating a creaminess not found in other phos. Pair that with some amazing garlic friend chickens wings, a beef salad, and a vietnamese coffee and you will have the best meal you've ever had. It'll make you yearn for it over and over again. We had just gotten back from a hike at Carkeek Park and were looking for a place nearby. Miss Pho was right there! It sits in a strip mall, the same one as the very busy QFC (east of the QFC, across the parking lot). The place was packed, and there was a long wait list. We were told a minimum of a 30-minute wait. This was at 2 in the afternoon, which was surprising. Some folks we saw when we arrived (a party of 3) waited for nearly an hour. Clearly, Miss Pho is quite popular, and the reviews would appear to support why! The two of us ordered the Vermicelli Stir Fried Tofu. It was good, but not stellar. I'd say 4 stars. However, the service (once we were seated) was stellar. In fact, I asked Terry (our server, and, I think, one of the owners) if they had salted plum drinks. He looked surprised that I even knew what it was and then told me that it was his favorite drink. He apologized that he didn't have one for me, but told me to call ahead before I came and he would be sure to have some. That is service that goes way, way beyond. Definitely 5+ stars! I don't eat beef, so I usually get Pho Ga (Chicken Pho) at Pho places. Unfortunately, their Pho Ga was beef-broth based, so not an option for me. My date was vegetarian. Which is why we both settled on the vermicelli. As is typical with Pho places, there were not a lot of vegetarian options. (Not outside of expectations, so I wouldn't knock them for that.) There are about 9 tables in the restaurant, but I think their space could support more. They have a scooter sitting in the middle of the restaurant occupying the space in which they could fit two or three more tables. I know the scooter's their moniker and on their logo, but I think it could be put off to the side somewhere, rather than taking away valuable table space. read more

This is one of the hot new spots for pho and it was very delicious. The first time I came here with a girlfriend I ordered the pho with an egg - that was so good. However, the second time I ordered it, the beef tasted sandy for some reason. Not sure why it was inconsistent, but that wasn't ideal. Overall, everything else was great, the chicken wings were tasty and the space is clean and lively. My kids especially enjoyed the scooter in the middle of the restaurant. The vermicelli bowl is pretty bland. This is one of my favorite dishes to get. When they first opened it was so flavorful and down right delicious. I'd say for the last year the flavor is just not there anymore. The fish sauce has been watered down and there really is no flavor anymore. I ordered this one night on Doordash when I was particularly sick with a cold and needed something warm and comforting to help me heal. Though I've tried many pho options in the city, I can say that hands down this was one of the most flavorful pho broths that I have ever had. It really packed a punch of flavor and in combination with the soothing and hearty broth, this was a recipe for a healing potion. I've been hunting for good pho in the Seattle area for many years now, and this spot is truly the first time I found something in a league of its own that stands up to the best I've had in my travels. If you're downtown it's hard to beat pho bac who go for a very inoffensively great bowl with a fun pho-inspired cocktail bar upstairs, but if you can venture out of the city I highly recommend the top-tier vietnamese experience at Miss Pho, where not only have they crafted a fantastic pho broth and variants (the miss pho special has all the meats and they're all incredibly high-quality), Miss Pho herself works some magic to serve inspired pho-adjacent creations like a chinese-inspired sesame and peanut pho dish with tomatoes added that is divine, rich, and spicy. Now you can even order homemade chili oil! It's got a great balance of savoriness, a healthy kick, and works well on everything. The vietnamese coffee and thai tea are just as good so don't miss out on those. For a lighter refreshing dish the salt + pepper tofu is great, especially with the homemade sweet chili sauce that's to die for. 4 1/2 stars! I was visiting family and was craving Pho. I found Miss Pho on Yelp. Our party of 3 arrived an hour before closing and we were greeted quickly & cordially. It wasn't too crowded, but as we dined there were more arrivals for dine-in and take out. Not once did they seem annoyed or affected that it was close to closing time and they were still getting customers. Unfortunately they were out of Vietnamese iced coffee. I opted for the Thai iced tea. Not as sweet as other establishments I have tried, which appeals to me. I enjoyed it. Our order was taken and our food was prepared in a timely manner. I ordered Crispy Calamari and their House Pho. One of my favorite Pho broths I have encountered. Very Flavorful. Any Great broth takes time and you can tell by the depth of color (I mean, look at the color of that broth mannn) and deep flavors of this Pho that they take pride in their dishes. My crispy calamari was also one of my favorite calamari dishes that I have tried. Light, crunchy, perfectly seasoned batter. Oh so tender calamari inside. Every piece. Not one chewy piece at all. I went with my husband to Miss Pho for dinner and had a wonderful experience, as always. I ordered the chicken pho and pot stickers and everything was delicious! Our server, Mia, was super helpful and kind. I could tell that she goes out of her way for customers. She gave us a free Thai iced tea because we moved tables to make room for a larger group, which she didn't have to do! We were happy to move to accommodate other people.
