As soon as we stepped inside we were warmly greeted and made to feel at home. I must say here that my sister has a small disorder such that it's hard for her to talk in complete sentences, and she has a notable stutter. This means she also experiences a great deal of social anxiety. She felt so welcomed that she hardly stuttered while we were there, and when we left she said, "This was such a good place for people like me." I loved that they made me and my mom welcome, but am doubly grateful that you went out of your way to make my sister so happy. She really felt like you treated her like an old friend. My sister has a speech problem, but she's not mentally disabled (in fact she's an electrical engineer). Awful. The food was good and came out hot and on time. The server, Crystal, had an attitude from the first. I don't know what we did to upset her but she was not happy with us. I heard her speak to other guests and her co-worker and she was super pleasant. When I told her that I didn't realize that my pasta came with melted cheese on top and could I please take it to go, she asked the owner/manager to come out. He lectured me about how NO ONE COMPLAINS about that dish. I really don't appreciate being lectured to about MY feelings or taste. Absolute failure on a customer service level. read more
