    Tomato bisque soup was delicious.

Tomato bisque soup was so lovely. Would have it again for sure. We had the shrimp scampi pasta and mushrooms along with a lobster and mozzarella pasta and it was lovely, service was fantastic although they were short staffed. The drinks were fantastic. Jason was the bartender. Would definitely stop in again.

    Best steak also!

Thank you Darwin for the greatest dinner we have had in a long time. My Palermo Macaroni Bake was the BEST pasta dish I have EVER had. The balance of the fish, noodles and cheese was perfect in every way. The steak was epic, too! Superior chef. Superior service. And perfect finish with the chocolate duck. Thanks so much!

We came for Christmas dinner, and I was pretty underwhelmed with the food. But, the location and service were great. This is located inside the famous Peabody hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, especially around Christmas time. We parked in the parking garage across the street, but we could have valeted. The restaurant wasn't busy in the slightest for a 5pm reservation. The decor was extremely out dated with chips in the table and average looking dinner plates, nothing fancy. It was $80 a head for a fixed Christmas dinner menu, which I thought was extremely expensive for the quality of food. There was a soup, salad and bread bar that was unlimited, but everything from here was just ok. I didn't like the fact that you had to get up and wait in a buffet like line to get these. For my entree, I got the seared halibut. The fish was delicious by all means. Cooked very good and was moist. The risotto had onions in it, which was a very odd taste for me. Again, the presentation lacked here for a fancy Christmas dinner. My family all got the steak, which they all said was great. For dessert, there were three mini cake options. I really only liked the lemon one. Yet again, presentation let me down. Our waiter was amazing. He was always checking in with us and made sure we had everything. I just thought that this was very underwhelming for the price and the fact it was Christmas dinner. I don't think I'll ever be back.

The tables were cafeteria type with no ambience. Not luxurious at all. Our server was not informative at all about the food or drinks. He said the soup was chicken and beet, but it was actually chicken and bean. He gave us a complimentary dessert of chocolate mousse because he never brought my second drink. The molded chocolate part of the dessert (the duck) was good, but the mousse was too thick. The texture made it seem to be a few days old. We each had the steak and pork tenderloin combination. The pork was not good. The steak was good. There were two shrimp which were good. We both still were hungry. It just wasn't enough food. The service was poor. I love foreigners, but this person could not speak English at all

Classic grand hotel dining ambience and classic restaurant serving staff- met all expectations. Waygu steak was perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful. Waiter's wine suggestion complemented the steak well. Glad I splurged and will return.

Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The Mediterranean Pizza was a favorite. We swapped chicken for shrimp and it still came out perfect. Crust was great and it needed no changes. The Sea Bass Wrap was light with a slightly sweet, creamy sauce and the fish was seared beautifully. The Sea Bass Fish Tacos were refreshing and delicious with a pineapple salsa that was subtle and not too citrusy. The fruit on the side was very fresh. The Peabody Burger was thick, juicy, and seasoned well with a cute duck branded bun. Fries were good too. The staff was very polite and our server was phenomenal. She checked in often and made sure we had everything we needed. Great experience all around.

We had an expensive brunch at Capriccio's. The service was top notch as was the tableside biscuit with butter and jam. I had the crab cake which was generous and meaty portion without the fillers, served with fried green tomatoes. The entree was waffle and fried chicken, buttery and soft waffle served with season and breaded chunks of chicken. The meal ended with a tower of chocolate, raspberry, and banana desserts. I had coffee which was flavorful and bold. The food was delicious and service was attentive. The Bellini was a disappointment, as it was champagne and peach syrup, instead of peach juice/puree. Overall a nice experience and tons of food. I brought all the desserts and 3/4 of the waffle and chicken with me to enjoy as a second meal.

Banana walnut cake - the icing was so wonderful

My husband and I visited for brunch on a Saturday and we honestly had a wonderful time! We started with biscuits that I thought would be super dry but they were perfection! I think the butter they brought with it was a honey butter, I can't remember, but it was so good with it. We were offered different toppings and I chose lemon curd and I'm so glad I did. The lemon curd elevated a snack into a DISH! It was wonderful and our waitress told us they make the lemon curd in-house. (Made me appreciate it all the more.) My husband and I both got coffee which was pressed and left at our table. Loved. That. It was smooth and we both enjoyed it. Loved that we didn't have to wait for refills either. (To be fair our waitress was amazing about refilling our waters - it was always full thanks to her.) For our first course we both chose the southerner. The fried green tomatoes were very flavorless but the deviled eggs packed a punch. They were oddly sweet though. I feel like we could've ordered something better but it was all fine! Second course I got the seared salmon and it was exactly what I wanted and was delicious!!! Crispy on the outside and soft and perfect inside. Flavor was great. My husband got the skirt steak and the gnocchi. His steak was DELICIOUS and flavorful but the gnocchi just fell flat and felt like nothing more than a filler. My husband said I won the ordering that round! And for the final course they brought out a dessert tower. The cheesecake was wonderful, the banana walnut cake surprised me by being delicious, but the chocolate shooters were a let down with not a whole lot of flavor. Overall, our experience was great! We love trying new things and don't mind paying a "premium" to adventure out of our comfort zone. This experience was worth the gamble, in my opinion. This meal wasn't super cheap but in addition to your meal you get the atmosphere of the historic Peabody. Could they lower the price for the offerings? Probably could. But thanks to our super great waitress & great kitchen staff we had a fun time. To me, this brunch is worth checking out! Especially if you're staying at the Peabody!

I went to brunch on a Saturday for a friend's birthday. The atmosphere is like a walk back in time (in a good way). I talked through the pristine lobby to get to the restaurant entrance. I enjoyed the self-playing piano on my way in. The duck theme was tasteful. I had the coffee and matcha tea (both delicious). The biscuits came with an assortment of spreads. For course one, I had the smoked salmon, which was good but would not be for those who do not like lightly cooked Salmon. For course 2, I had the salmon as well. It was well seasoned. I hardly had space for dessert! I chose the macaroons. They were good. The service was pretty good, considering we had a large party. It's a great place for an intimate affair.

    Insalata Salad
    Denae K.

The service was very good - our waiter was attentive and personable. We ordered a bottle of wine, a pepperoni pizza, and an Insalata Salad. Our bill was almost $150, including tip. The bottle of wine was under $60 and was pretty good. Everything was just "good" and not "great," hence, 4 and not 5 stars in my review. Though I am giving 4/5 stars, I am aware that we did not order any of the more expensive items on the menu. I'm sure the steak or other pricier entrees would have been amazing. Alas, we weren't super hungry and since we didn't have a fridge in our room, we didn't want to take anything expensive to go. The pizza had wonderful crust, but in general, wasn't anything special. I've had better pizza at Dominos, but I wasn't disappointed in this pizza, it's just not what I would have expected from a fancier restaurant. The salad was tasty, but again, wasn't anything special. The attire was one thing that kind of disappointed me and is part of why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. Given the location, the hotel, and the classy atmosphere of the restaurant, I was surprised to see guests in very casual attire (t-shirts, leggings, flip-flops, shorts, etc). We arrived well-dressed. The waitstaff is dressed well, the tables are set well, the prices and most of the menu items suggest high class, and the general ambiance of the restaurant itself is classy and refined, however, given the free dress code for guests, it felt a bit like an overpriced Olive Garden. I would like to return and give this restaurant another try to see what else the menu has to offer!

Went with my mother and sister while we were staying nearby attending a wedding party in Bartlett. Read about Catherine and Mary's online and decided to give it a shot based on pics and reviews. As soon as we stepped inside we were warmly greeted and made to feel at home. I must say here that my sister has a small disorder such that it's hard for her to talk in complete sentences, and she has a notable stutter. This means she also experiences a great deal of social anxiety. She felt so welcomed that she hardly stuttered while we were there, and when we left she said, "This was such a good place for people like me." I loved that they made me and my mom welcome, but am doubly grateful that you went out of your way to make my sister so happy. She really felt like you treated her like an old friend. My sister has a speech problem, but she's not mentally disabled (in fact she's an electrical engineer). So the kindness was not lost on her, and I know this will be a place we'll look forward to when we visit family in the Memphis area. Thank you so much for the excellent food and the awesome vibes! I understand not every place has to be, but when a place offers something for kids, it just makes the dining experience even better for me. They were out of the kids cheese pizza, but our waiter did a cheese flatbread for my son. I mean, that alone was good, but my entree was the best! I had the basil pesto tortellini. All the flavors came together perfectly in it. Highly recommend! My husband got the bbq chicken flatbread, one of the best flatbreads we've had. Seriously! As an appetizer, we got the baked spinach dip. It had so much flavor and pairing it with those house made tortilla chips were just the extra it needed. The only thing that was disappointing was the tiramisu. We have had better. The espresso flavor just wasn't enough for my liking. We'll be back for sure! Maybe a date night for dinner.

After leaving a nearby bar, our group stopped in simply looking for food. The restaurant was virtually empty, yet the manager, Charles, insisted that if any of us sat near one another, we would be considered one large party and could only have one check. I explained that we had no problem sitting at separate tables, and each table would gladly have a single check. That should have solved the issue. Instead, Charles instructed an inexperienced and unprofessional server to scatter us throughout the restaurant and warned that if we interacted between tables, we would still be treated as one party. From a management standpoint, this decision made no sense. Rather than maximizing an opportunity to generate significant revenue, leadership chose to create unnecessary obstacles. Ironically, spreading us throughout the restaurant would have required opening multiple sections, increasing the workload on servers and support staff instead of simplifying operations. Leadership sets the tone for a business. Good managers solve problems and create positive guest experiences. They don't create barriers that send paying customers elsewhere. At the end of the day, every business has one primary objective: to generate revenue while providing excellent customer service. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated poor judgment, inflexible leadership, and a missed opportunity to earn the business of 24 guests who simply wanted a meal. I hope Curfew reevaluates this approach because customer service, common sense, and hospitality should always work together.

Moody lighting, low rumble of noise and music you enjoy but don't notice. My kinda place. Rye was our server and she was excellent. Not only top-notch recommendations but also let us know about the tasting menu- I can't wait to come back to try the off-menu one they do the last Wednesday of every month. We got raw oysters to start and chose the seasonal preparation. It was almost like frozen lemonade crème fresh, but with the brine of the oysters it just worked. Would def order again! We started with a whiskey sour and AM old fashioned. Both great but mine was so good my husband ordered another round of them for us before we got a bottle of red. I don't recall what bottle it was but it worked perfectly as it wasn't too heavy and swung easily from apps/pasta/entrees. Then we opted into the blind tasting menu. 5 courses, chosen from the menu that you don't know what you're getting until it touches the table. My husband and I are pretty adventurous as far as food goes so it was perfect for us. No shit- Everything was amazing. I loved the tasting menu as it was not any dishes we were considering and I am so glad we got to try things we wouldn't have otherwise. For example, the little asparagus appetizer was the best thing we ate, on God. Like, what in the actual F ! The kind of magic they created with those little green veggies was out of this world --I didn't even want to swallow it was that delicious. There was some kind of fish crudo with beet and kumquat relish. Weird and so good! We also had some pasta with a lemon-y butter sauce and spinach and then a chicken entree. I was getting so full by the time entrees came I ate less than half of it but the skin was crispy, chicken was cooked to perfection and husband finished them both. Now yall, the dessert was a heavenly little pot of rich chocolate with a caramel base and crunchy honeycomb crisp on top. I was so full I couldn't finish it but my husband finished his and then mine. We also ordered a little affogato and it was perfect to finish the meal. I will absolutely be back and look forward to trying their other restaurants in the near future!!!
