These are the BEST donuts I've ever had! Highly recommend trying the croissant donut! It's to die for yum yum!

I definitely have to review this place because I do not donut. What I mean is that since I left Boston many many moons ago, the west has not impressed me enough with any donut establishment that justifies this type of rare indulgence. Due to the positive yelp reviews and my family's love of donuts I decided to give Lucky's a go about 2 months ago. WOW I was impressed and continue to be impressed with their product! I did not want to like these donuts because now my occasional donut indulgence is going to be more frequent like this morning. My family wanted donuts for breakfast which usually means they get donuts and I eat a banana or something. Today I jumped on that bandwagon which shocked the others when the suggestion emerged. Amazing donuts! Great service, yummy food, good prices. We ordered two dozen speciality donuts and normal, and it was only $22. We came on a friend's recommendation and so glad that we did. Everything was fresh, and they had a large selection around noon on a Saturday. They have a lot of basics, and then fun ones, like cereal donuts! Will definitely be back :) read more

Isn't that donut stack beautiful? From top to bottom, these are the Captain Crunch, Strawberry Sprinkles, Boston Creme, and Chocolate Sprinkles. Personally, I thought the Captain Crunch was alright, mainly because there wasn't enough cereal on it. Also, because it's cereal, it got stale pretty quickly. By the time I got home (45 minutes) it was starting to soften up. The rest were classics and very yummy. My favorite was the Boston Creme Overall, the donuts were pretty good, super fresh and soft. I have been going to this donut shop for a while now. But I guess I never noticed that they charge you 4% on any credit card or debit transaction you make there. There is no notice or sign that tells you that. My receipt stated that my total was $17.56 on 11/29/2021 when I went in. Bank account showed the $17.56 as a pending transaction. But when the transaction went through it was for $18.26. The difference in the money is not a big deal. But when I called to ask them about it was when I got "Oh, you must be new. That is how we do it here. You get charged 4% on any card transaction. That is just how it is. " I asked about a sign or something letting people know that they are going to be charged extra for their purchase. I got the "You are just new. That is how it is." I won't be going back there again because that is shady. Just tell people you are going to change the price when they before they make the purchase. Give people the chance to decide. read more

As a new person living in the area, and a big fan of good donuts, I was so pleasantly surprised to find Lucky Donuts on my way to my daughter's school recently. I grew up loving Dunkin Donuts as a kid, but I can tell you DD donuts are not what they used to be for sure! I was happy to find out that the Original Rainbow Donuts is very close to my new home. Everyone loves that place and to be honest the donuts are really good there, however the service is pathetic every time I've been there. But that's not the case at Lucky Donuts! The couple times I have been there I have been so pleasantly greeted and enjoyed my brief friendly conversation with the woman behind the counter who might be the owner... I'm not sure. She is so pleasant every time I come in with such a big smile and a happy attitude. Plus, the donuts are unbelievably displayed and look amazing. And they taste incredible! I will happily drive three times as far and out of my way than Rainbow since the service is that good at Lucky Donuts... and the donuts really are very, very good. Thank you Lucky Donuts! read more

I love maple donuts. These guys had maple old fashioned AND maple buttermilk! Both were delicious. Wish I was in town longer to eat more of them. Needless to say, they lasted about 15 seconds longer then the drive home and then they disappeared into my now happy belly. read more

Clean the flys out of the case might help, have gone twice and both times there were flys in the case.

I like their donuts they don't have that artificial flavor like Krispy Kreme does. All the croissants are really good, my fave is the jalapeño one. They have really tasty shakes & you can add boba to them. Pretty great for the price read more

I am not generally a review type of gal but this place 100% deserves one. I have been a good handful of time's over the last year or two and the quality of the donuts is outstanding! Whenever my family comes into town they always pick some up because the taste of the donuts is delicious! I got some yesterday for my coworkers and had some leftovers and the maple bars and old fashions are as delicious as some of these places fresh ones. I have yet to try them all, but if all the donuts tastes like the boston cream donut - we're in business! Still had a nice crunch to it even though it was 3:30pm when I ate it. I called 5 other donut shops looking for Crullers because that's the only donut I was craving, and I started to get upset until Lucky Donuts answered the phone telling me they had 4 left. I asked if they could set it aside for me. Once I got there I went in saying "do you have crullers?" and after a pause a woman with short hair (that was also really funny and nice) said "did you call?" I said yes! She was not going to sell them to me if I wasn't the one that called and just for that I think she deserves a positive review. She was also making jokes and was good at getting me to buy more donuts. If you're tired of chain Donuts and trendy expensive fractured Donuts this is the place. The Donuts taste fresh and my kids love the cereal topped selections (Lucky Charms, Fruity Pebbles, etc). But don't stop there...they have a bacon, egg, cheese croissant that is the size of a plate! The staff has always been very friendly and welcoming. was on an epic bike ride at mile 20 we were looking for some coffee and maybe a snack. Everything was closed in the area but Lucky Donuts was still open so we went in for some iced coffee and my friend got a plain donut and red velvet. The coffee was excellent and my friend said the red velvet was the "donut to end all donuts." He could not stop raving about how good it was the rest of the ride. I regret to say that ownership has changed due to retirement :( My review and favorite donut shop will now change too ... The donuts do not seem as fresh and melt in your mouth as they once were.... the friendly faces are gone. What really bothers me is the unprofessional clothes, appearance, and language of the female behind the counter. The first time I saw her she was dressed like she was going on a picnic to get a suntan... belly showing and tatoos glowing. The second time she was a little more covered with short shorts. The last and final time I entered the store she used the F bomb. Not a family friendly place any more. If I had ever seen the owners or if I knew a way to contact them I would ask them to please speak with her about her appearance and language when dealing with the public. Love this place! Always welcoming and their stuff is so yummy! My son always gets the cereal donuts and the donut holes. I personally love the croissants with ham and cheese. You do have to get there early or you may run into the chance of them running out(which has happened to me). Way better then any Dunkin' Donuts and best of all LOCAL!
