All four of us enjoyed the pies--they're not overwhelmingly sweet, and the essence of tbe fruit really came through. I do have a gripe with the ube matcha, which is that it has next to no ube in it, save for a bit of syrup at the bottom of the cup that tasted much closer to berry than ube. Then he gets the chocolate and marshmallow and strategically places each piece on the cracker. Once everything is in place? Fire comes to the S'More party. The marshmallow gets all toasty, the chocolate is slightly melted and the graham gets a little toasted. When the fire is finished, my wife had the honors of squishing it all together. The first bite? Heaven. Everything you remember during childhood comes rushing back after the first bite. I had Jet-Puffed marshmallow out of a bag as a kid, what was offered was a high end marshmallow.
