Strawberry Cannoli Griddles and Baklava Latte

Delicious baklava latte. Strawberry griddles were great. We came on a fall Saturday and waited an hour to be seated. They did lose our reservation so sat us outside. Food was delicious and service was prompt.

I stopped in today for a quick lunch. The place was quite big, lots of seating, and was pretty cute! I ended up getting French toast. It was pretty good. Not a huge menu and they had some odd things on it. Looking forward to going back and trying some of their freshly homemade desserts! Our waitress was really nice too!!

Popped into Beacon Bread Company on a Tuesday morning with a group of 4. We originally went in to grab and go some pastries and drinks but ended up getting seated. The difference in the ambiance between the store front and restaurant is literally night and day and I enjoyed the transition so much. I told my friends I'd love to return to the restaurant at night because the ambiance is so vibey and upscale. Our server was super nice and sweet and the playlist was a really good mix of early 2000s music. As a group we got the Hibiscus Arnold Palmer, an in house latte, a few pastries and some home fries. All delicious and refreshing. Super random but we're still raving over the hot sauce that we poured onto the home fries lol. It was too yummy! Must be homemade.

Loved the food here. Service was attentive and friendly. A real down home place that I will definitely be coming back to! We also had the bread pudding and a lemon pound cake with a citrus glaze. Devine!!!

We got seated so quickly and all got different things from the menu - strawberry cannoli pancakes (so fluffy and good but got the sauce on the side, would've been too sweet on it), veggie breakfast burrito (my friend loved this and said it was one of the best ones she's had), tofu scramble (really small portion), grilled cheese (good but nothing special) and my valley omelette (soooo good and fresh, the flavor was perfect and felt healthy) we also loved their fries!

Cute place with great ambiance and decor. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, and you can even get food to go. Service was great. I got the seasonal lemonade which was tasty and refreshing, and the grilled cheese with a side salad. All the food was incredibly tasty and the bread was to die for. Definitely a must try to eat here!

Cute cafe with full service in the back with really outstanding bread. Came here for a later lunch and sat in the back. The menu looked really great, like there was no bad option. The special was grilled cheese with tomato soup, which on a cold day was perfect. While no one in our party was drinking, the cocktail list looked great! Sticking with the Counter Culture coffee, I was so torn between a lighter lunch option and a breakfast burrito - but I know I will be back for one of those insanely good looking breakfast burritos. I went with the chipotle tuna wrap. Very satisfied with my side salad option and the greens were really fresh. My wrap was epic. I seriously thought about taking half home - look at the portions in the pics! Everyone's lunch was shareable but I ended up finishing my delightful lunch. The tuna salad was really tasty and wasn't too chipotle forward with lots of fresh veggies on the wrap. I got to try the tomato soup and grilled cheese and the special chicken sandwich. The bread really stood out on both of these sandwiches. They seriously know what they're doing with the bread and they made great bases for delicious sando combinations. Will definitely be back and loved my first experience here!

A friend and I came here during our girls weekend, it was on a cute street with lots of little shops. I had a delicious lox bagel and a side of fries. Quick service and cute decor - nice booth seating.

solid service but the flavors here are a bit mid. plentiful seating but be prepared to wait! the decorations and ambiance are vibey. they even have a bar and a mini bakery within the restaurant. i would try different items next time.

We stopped in for breakfast on a Thursday morning. When you walk in, the size is deceiving. It doesn't look like much dining area, but once you get past the counter area, there's a large sit down eating area. They easily accommodated our party of seven. The food was all delicious and the service was excellent! I highly recommend Beacon Bread Company!!

The Breakfast platter with sausage and hash & eggs most definitely hit the spot. Our server, Amani was delightful. TY

My first stop off the train for my day trip in Beacon. I didn't really have much planned out, as sometimes I just like to go by feel. I walked by Beacon Bread Company on my initial walk through main street in the pouring rain, and noticed a crowd of people outside here with cool umbrellas and that's really what got me. Plus anything with "Bread Company" attached to the end is such an easy sell for me. I was alone, so I walked in and smiled sheepishly at the hostess while softly saying the words "table for one?" with a light smile and holding up my right hand with one finger up. l was seated at the bar immediately which is another major perk of eating/traveling alone. Vet Move. I was planning on having a big meal later so I just wanted something light, and that's when I saw the grilled cheese and tomato soup. I may be weird but I just love a tomato soup especially when the sky is profusely sobbing. I don't know why I expected a big tomato soup with a small grilled cheese, but it was really a big grilled cheese with a small tomato soup. But that's on me. I gotta own that. Personal accountability. The grilled cheese was solid, but it wasn't the best I've had. It really was more for show as the cheese spills out of the end of the bread, but there's not much cheese in the middle. As my middle school basketball coach would always say "Don't bite on the pump fake! Never leave your feet!" But dipping the grilled cheese in the tomato soup was everything you dream about as a little kid. I used to do this with spaghettios and a grilled cheese my Granny would make me hahahaa. The contrast in the toasted bread with the softness of the tomato soup is a combination everyone should experience once in a lifetime. But yeah, overall a great experience. This place is lowkey Beacon expensive though ahahaha. $13.50 for a grilled cheese and small tomato soup had me feeling like I was back in NYC. IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov_reviews

    Falafel burger

Was excited to come here but ended up having a meh experience. My vegan falafel burger was fine, but a little dry. The fries were super yummy. Service was extremely slow. It looked like one server was primarily running around doing all of the work. There was a piece of plastic in my burger and when I told the staff they made me a new one and comped it which I appreciated. Overall it was an.. interesting experience.

There's cucumber and tomato salad, there's sausage, there's olives, there's bread, there's butter with honey, tahini with molasses, jam, and there's eggs. My friends and I got the kofta platter and Turkish breakfast with the menemen, which was this interesting tomato and egg dish that was very soft and mildly sweet. The kofta beef meatballs were nice and savory, perfectly paired with the rice and salad. The Turkish breakfast is primarily a lot of cheeses with sauces and small bites with a bread basket - would only recommend if you like different kinds of cheeses and since it is very light on its own it would prob be best to order something in addition to it. My friends and I also tried the salep tea which was this traditional Turkish drink that is very thick and creamy, has a very unique texture with a sweet flavor and cinnamon garnish.

Great spot for lunch!…read more My husband and I stopped in on our way back to our Airbnb after a long morning hike. This place is counter service, so we made our way directly to the register to place our order. Upon ordering, we were warned that it would be at least a 30 minute wait until our food was ready due them being short staffed. Although we were hungry, we weren't in a rush and truly appreciated the heads up! I ordered the Eggplant Parmesan sandwich and WOWZA! The sandwich was HUGE! I took a photo of my Gatorade bottle laying next to it for comparison (haha). I hardly ate half of it because it was so filling, however it was definitely delicious. My husband ordered a sandwich of his own (although I can't remember which one) and he was equally pleased. We also ordered a side of tots which were crispy and salty, just how I like them! My husband and I definitely could've shared one sandwich as we both don't eat a lot in one sitting, so this is something to keep in mind if you're reading this before your first visit here!! The weather was absolutely gorgeous so we chose to sit on the front patio. It was such a lovely atmosphere for lunch! Also, because we were sitting outside, they told us to come back in 30 minutes to check if our order was ready because we wouldn't be able to hear them call our name. All in all, a pleasant experience! Would definitely recommend this place for lunch, especially if you're in the mood for sandwiches.

But when I want to have an elevated experience with a nod to fine dining, this is my go-to. I always bring friends from out of town here and everyone is impressed. The bartenders make the best martinis and Manhattans you'll find, along with a seasonal cocktail menu that features something for everyone, including mocktails. When I don't want a full dining experience but the hubs and I have a babysitter, we like to sit at the bar for martinis and oysters - SO FRESH! If you don't do oysters, anything on the appetizers list is a wonderful light bite. I don't know what kind of magic the chef uses to make the salads but they are always simple, yet stunning. For dinner, the steak is hard to pass up if you eat red meat. I usually get the single serving NY strip, which is incredible. You can't go wrong. I'm excited to try the porterhouse for 2. My mollusk loving friend raved about the mussels and the fish selection is fantastic. I'm not a big dessert person, but splitting any of the desserts is a treat. Alternatively, the digestif selection doesn't disappoint. The bartenders and bar manager, Nick, are helpful in guiding your taste buds to the right choice. Bud, the owner, whose previous establishments can be read about in some respectfully placed articles around the restaurant, is always accommodating for the busiest place in town. It's nearly impossible to get a seat on Friday and Saturday nights from 6-9, but he will be honest and create a space at one of the little side bar areas if he can. The ambiance is sexy and sophisticated with a touch of whimsy. The toilet paper holder in the restroom always makes me smile (IYKYK). Having been to this restaurant many times, you'll start to see familiar faces as there is now a strong regular crowd. The community and connections that I've found while at Lyonshare have enhanced my experience of living in Beacon. Oh, last thing - brunch is a can't miss, must do culinary event.

He will fill you with his wealth of knowledge of Sri Lankan food as well as how his food is pure and wholesome. Food was very good. I had Sri Lankan rice entree specialty dish. Except for the the shrimp tasting like dried shrimp - which I hate with a passion the rest of the dish was pretty good. No complaints from my other guests who enjoyed their meals. The dessert was great. They have both vegetarian (including goat, beef, pork, shrimp, squid, and chicken) and non-vegetarian options. It fell short of five stars for two reasons: 1. the dried shrimp or dried fish taste in the dish (shimp, calamari, and chicken); and 2. the moderately high prices (I can only compare to prices at Indian restaurants in the city, and what people are typically paying for the same portion size at casual sit down restaurants) Since we don't frequent this location often it is a treat to stop by every once in awhile and introduce my friends to it. If you are on a budget and consume large volumes of food to be full, this is most likely a one off or a place you may want to skip. Otherwise, enjoy it. On premise parking lot and seems ADA compliant. It looks like it is in a house, but inside it is comfortable and casual. It appears there is allot more local customers than visitors from out of town. The interior plays tourist information on Sri Lanka while the interior is also decorated in culturally appropriate ascents. We were there on a Saturday for dinner and the space was fairly empty - perhaps two other tables occupied. It is in sort of a remote area outside the main drag of Beacon most are familiar with (not within reasonable walking distance). It's worth a try, especially if you are interested in healthier forms of food (ingredients).
