    Carrot cake cupcake DEELEECIOUS!!!!!
    Mon D.

Thank you Ashley. The delicious presentation of all your cupcakes were beyond impressive. I purchased a carrot cupcake and a cannoli cupcake. Both of these were to go and they were packed beautifully. Both cupcakes were light, fresh and AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS. Cannot wait to return. Thank you Ashley!!

The cakery is my favorite place to stop and get sweets. This is the second time picking up cupcakes and they never disappoint. They constantly change and add fun flavors depending on the seasons. I also ordered a birthday cake for my boyfriend one year which came out great. I asked for an Amazon box designed cake and it was perfect.

I had ordered a cake for my boyfriends birthday- I sent several pictures- and had noticed they did a car previously so I asked if they could do it. I was told they could. I realize there are quite a few details that were involved, however the cake looked like a joke. I had also asked that The cake have golf/grass/greens underneath it- clearly there is no greens. If they couldn't deliver what I had wanted they should have told me it couldn't be done. Not one response from the establishment, I guess they don't care if their customers are happy or not. I would steer clear of this bakery especially if you have a special occasion coming up. ** I had left the establishment w the cake because there was a young girl behind the counter and I honestly was just in shock at how bad the cake looked. I attempted to call the owner as soon as I got into the parkinf lot, yet she ignored my calls and blocked me on Facebook.

    MOLD

I would do zero stars if I could. Been here a few times great experiences, though a few times I've felt sick after eating a treat from there, I figured it was just because everything is so rich. Today we bought a bunch of cake balls, and to my disgust it was covered in full Izzy green MOLD. I feel sick to my stomach. I normally don't write reviews but I don't want anyone else to eat mold like I just did. Praying I don't get food poisoning. Clearly this is an issue of hygiene. No mold develops over 3 days. How long was this shit sitting in the case rotting??? Save yourself time, money, and puking. DO NOT ORDER From HERE

Cake was beautiful looking,,, but horrible taste. The cake was super stale and super sweet. I wonder how many days they had it out waiting for it to sell. I was so embarrassed having my guest eat this cake! Never again.

Baby bash cake! Peter Rabbit theme!

These guys do beautiful and delicious work! We had them put together our cake and dessert bar for our baby bash. I sent Ashley a few Pinterest photos and she did a great job combining all into one custom cake! The dessert pastries all matched the theme of the cake - a beautiful spread the guests love. Must try the blueberry cake balls! Another favorite is the coconut cream filling for cakes! Thank you Ashley!

I had an appointment scheduled with another local bakery who upon arrival told me they couldn't accommodate me, after previously confirming. I reached out to Ashley in a panic and she fit me in no problem at a WAY better price than I was told by the other bakery. Not only was she incredibly sweet and professional, she made the most incredible replica of my husbands car for his birthday. On top of that, everyone said it was the best cake they'd ever tasted. Fancy cakes aren't always great tasting, but this was both beautiful and delicious. I HIGHLY recommend this business and will continue to use them for future events.

    The cake I wanted

They ruined my wedding cake. After I did the tasting - I sent them the photo of the cake we talked about along with color swatch I wanted my cake. When it arrived on my wedding day, it looked nothing like the photo. They never followed up before my wedding day - I realize now that I should have but I had a million things to do as most brides do right before their wedding. The cake showed up with WHITE flowers/roses instead of multi color pink Roses and it was like they didn't even try to match the color I wanted with the color swatch for the rest of the cake. They left with the cake to "fix it" and came back with the same cake after they spray painted the flowers (which looked terrible by the way) and they were now loose and falling off. One of my guests had to pick up one of the flowers and put it back on. Plus, Taste wise - it was just okay compared to what I remember from the tasting. Nothing memorable. I complained and received a $25 Credit but on a $400 wedding cake - that doesn't do much. Once a wedding cake is ruined and not as you imagine it - the day is over and there's really no fixing it.

Just stumble upon this little gem tonight. Had to buy a few things also have gf to order but they had some Macaroons.
    Mikki P.

I must say this is a real gem. The cupcakes are insanely good. Not over sweet just right. The cake park is moist not dry and heavy. The coconut macaroons are out if this world. The peacan bar is so good that i had to hide it from everybody. The prices are very good nothing over priced the flavors are on point. So much better than Adams. If you want good bake good go to this little place. Enjoy the flavors they have to offer

    (10 reviews)

Pros: We chose Natasha for a small family party to celebrate our wedding this spring. We went with…read moreher mainly because she was the first/only chef to begin our conversation by asking us what WE had in mind and letting that be the foundation for building the menu. She seemed eager to help us realize our vision rather than impose someone else's onto us. There are also four other people on the IBN team: the sous chef, whose name I forget; the bartender, for whom the same is true (maybe Aaron or Erin), and two servers: Mason and Spencer. These folks did an AMAZING job and we were both so grateful for their kindness and professionalism on the day of the event. Finally, I liked what I ate! I was happy with my day-of meal. Cons: Natasha was incredibly rude to both me and my husband in the weeks leading up to the post-wedding party. I had only spoken to her twice before the party: once when I hired her and again in February. She'd said in February that we could have a third and final call two weeks before the event. When I emailed her three weeks before the event to schedule this final call, she sounded irritated and said we'd spoken "a few days ago" (we had not; I even asked some relatives in case someone else had, but no) and she wanted to "stick to the plan" of having a call at a date a time to which we had not agreed--- only *five* days before the party. My husband reminded her that she'd said we could talk two weeks before and she eventually, reluctantly scheduled a call with us. When we call at the date and time she told us to, she does not pick up; instead, she texts us that she's in the middle of an event. All of these things are perfectly normal, human mistakes. We all get clients confused and talk to one as though they are another (like the "a few days ago" thing). We all overbook ourselves every once in a while and are unavailable after telling someone we would be. A professional would have simply apologized; instead, after I used *one sentence* of an email to express my disappointment about the missed call--- because my husband had taken off work to be available for it, so lost money for no reason--she used this as an excuse to threaten not to show up. Said she needed us to "confirm" in light of my "tone." In light of this, I decided not to speak to this person anymore unless absolutely necessary (i.e. at the party, for the sake of our guests). My husband took over talking to her, at which point we had a fun little role-reversal in which he was now the one reporting to me on a regular basis how rude Natasha was being to him. So at least I know it wasn't personal! Conclusion: If you just need to place a big food order and don't need to talk to the chef again after that, you can go with IBN and you'll probably be fine. If, however, you are planning an event of great importance to you--or just don't want to risk being treated like a burden for wanting to speak more than once with someone you're employing-- maybe look elsewhere.

Everything she prepared was super delicious and everyone loved it. She was also really easy going and a pleasure to be around. The lead up to our event day was super organized, she was very responsive and easy to work with and even had to deal with our last minute change of location and an oven that was barely working (which she didn't let impact the menu or quality of the food at all!). Highly recommend and we'll certainly be calling her again the next time we're in the area.

Jenna is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and has great tips and tricks for the experienced cook and patience for those of us who struggle to use a stove knob. This was worth every penny and I highly recommend Cook Learn Live, and Jenna, specifically.

The class was not only educational, it was a lot of fun, and definitely a great reprieve from my typical Sunday afternoons spent studying in front of a computer. Jenna did a great job of overseeing the prepping and cooking of the four dishes we had on the menu for the night. I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like to manage a kitchen full of amateur chefs (half of whom rarely cook at home)...but somehow she managed to do it with grace! Jenna was extremely patient with and open to all of our questions as well. In particular, I thought she did a great job of incorporating the 'why' behind her answers to questions like: What ingredients do you always have on hand? How do you know which spices go well together? What goes into a vegetable stock? I really appreciated how Jenna tailored the class specifically for a group of grad students, focusing on: increasing the nutritional value of our meals, saving time in the kitchen, and all the while cutting down on costs. Three things that I know I DEFINITELY need to do more of! I walked away from the class with an arsenal of new cooking tips, a full belly (plus a few containers of leftovers), and a packet of recipes from the class. Three hours very, very well spent! Thanks for all of your cooking tips, Jenna! For anyone interested in learning how to eat healthier or to be more effective in the kitchen, I would highly, highly recommend her classes!

Yes, a lot of what I do entails teaching people foods to eat for optimal health, but the actual preparation of the food is a big part of that too. I came to the Zwilling Cooking Studio on behalf of my job, to enhance my cutting skills by taking their "Basic Knife Skills" class. Firstly, the Zwilling Cooking studio is modern and beautiful! There is also plenty of parking. I did not know what I was getting into when I signed up for the course. I didn't even know who Zwilling was before this, so it was a great experience. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the instructor (unfortunately, I forget his name) and assigned to a "station". It was a small class, probably 12-13 people. We worked in groups of 3 on kitchen islands that were set up with a cutting board, a variety of knives, and some food to practice with. The kitchen itself is bright, modern, and spacious. In addition, the placement of the stations allowed for easy viewing of the instructor. Spacing between the kitchen islands and group members felt a little tight at times, but nothing extremely uncomfortable. During the course, we discussed the companies history, the different types of knives on the market, appropriate uses for different types of knives, and how to maintain your knives. We also received some hands-on experience with knife techniques. Among my most favorite, I learned how to properly hold a knife, how to skin a tomato as well as an orange, and how to prepare parsley. At the end, we prepped a small bag of veggies that we were able to take home and use. In terms of service, the instructor was amazing! Very patient and communicative. Throughout the class, he walked around and observed our techniques, then provided feedback accordingly. He also provided a lot of professional insight from his time as a chef, that really put things into perspective. After the class, we had a chance to shop in their store and were offered a discount on regular priced merchandise. They have a great selection of items including an impressive clearance section. I ended up purchasing a steak knife and paring knife at a steal. The only thing I would change about this experience is the communication regarding registration. You can easily sign up using their online portal however, once you sign up, you don't hear anything back. It would be nice to know who the instructor is and perhaps some information on what to wear or rules in the kitchen, in advance. A reminder or confirmation a few days prior would be courteous as well. Perhaps they do this and I did not see anything (?). Not a big deal but a helpful suggestion indeed. Overall, it was a good experience. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking to build their culinary skills, whether professionally or personally. Zwilling offers actual cooking classes, which I think would be more ideal for couples, friends, or families wanting an authentic culinary experience. I will return for one of those, but in the interim I highly recommend visiting.
