We were greeted immediately and walked through the process of choosing our cookies by a very friendly staff member, who was happy to point out some of their favorites. We love a good cookie spot so happy to see this in Poughkeepsie! The interior is definitely not very inviting but for cookiesa taken to go I think it serves its purpose just fine. We tried 3 cookies to start and we especially liked the red velvet and birthday cake cookies. When you order via walk in you'll have to plan for ~10 min wait while they bake the cookies and serve them fresh. Yum! Menu is extensive- there is also ice cream and churro waffles and macarons and other sweet dessert options galore! The cookies are comparable in size to insomnia cookies, not huge or super dense. Given the size they are pretty expensive in my opinion but we'll defintily be back to try more! Great option for dozen or 1/2 dozen to bring to a party or as a gift. read more

Stopped here to eat something on the way to the train station. Asked a couple of ingredients of the young man at the counter, when he didn't know so the manager came out. Manager was excellent. I ordered the decaf vanilla tea (Harney and Sons!) and a gluten-free brookie (brownie/cookie). The tea, with a little honey, as I requested, was excellent, though they were out of oat milk for it. ( They did have almond milk and soy milk.). Brookie might've been a little underdone, but that's hard to tell with gluten-free and very fudgy brownies. It was piping hot, and as I said, very fudgy. Also not too sweet, which I like. Had a lovely quiet time, sitting in one of the comfy chairs near the front window. Atmosphere is welcoming. See pictures for more. Fresh baked cookies! Lots of different flavor options. Plan to wait 10 minutes or so for them to bake the cookies. The cookies were good, but they were definitely on the expensive side for how small they were. It's not a very cozy place, I don't think they plan for anyone to really eat in. Hands down this is my favorite cookie spot. I absolutely love their cookies . The owner is really nice as well. The owner Ryan explained everything how to make your own cookie box. I enjoy all of there cookies my favorite so far is the chocolate chip , peanut butter and the oatmeal raisin. There prices are all very reasonable as well . The inside of their cookie shop smells amazing. I highly recommend coming here and checking then out. I just discovered Midnight Munchie and I'm so glad I did. I was at Mahoneys and was introduced to Pauly who walked my friend and I over to their store. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the sweet smell of freshly baked cookies and my eyes went straight to the perfectly scooped selection of raw cookie dough. I got the half dozen cookies including the red velvet, fluffer butter and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Some of the cookies were "stuffed" with some more yummy goodness and once you pick the cookies that you went, they bake it right there for you. Yes we had to wait 10 minutes for the cookies but we got to eat them hot and they were so good! They also serve milk as well, what a perfect combo! My boyfriend swears by this place so I was really excited to go. Really cute atmosphere and well lit. We ordered a biscoff and peanut butter jelly cookie. When paying we asked which cookie was which. She identified the biscoff and when we asked if the other was certainly the peanut butter and jelly cookie she told us it was fluffer nutter. We reminded her that we ordered a pb & j. All of the cookie products pale in comparison to Insomnia cookies, which is not extremely high bar for cookies. The cookies are baked to order, which you think would signify quality and care, but the cookies are often overcooked and not baked to perfection. Approximately 40% of the cookies have been baked an inappropriate amount of time, which for the price tag, is well below par. The flavorings by themself and the selection are decent, but I have been extremely disappointed by the baked quality and price point. read more

I have had numerous order issues over the past year. I usually get at least one incorrect cookie which isn't a big deal so I let it go. However, in July I was charged twice for a very large order and cookies are 5$ each. I emailed about the issue and was told it was refunded. I sent screenshots of my account showing that it was not refunded. I was ignored. I emailed again, I was still ignored. I've been emailing for MONTHS and contacted on social media as well. It is now January, six months later, and is no longer about the refund, it is the principle of it all. Incredibly unprofessional. My coworkers have also had order issues so we stopped ordering completely because our orders were messed up so many times and it was never rectified. This is absolutely the most unprofessional business I've ever conversed with, dealt with, or wasted money on. read more

I would give it zero stars if I could! I placed my cookie/brownie ordered and received an email stating that the order was in process. I am in the business's delivery area and as per the website the cookies are delivered warm so I was thinking that it will not be too long. When an hour passed by I called the number but no one picked up and the voicemail was full. I then decided to click on the robot chat to see if I can get an ETA for my order. It asked for my order number and then replied that my order is still in process. More time passed and at this point I emailed the business and received a reply saying that they are not taking orders and that their website should not have been able to take my order in the 1st place because they are out of town. They also say that they will be back in a couple of days and can fill the order then. No apology for the website "malfunctioning" and putting my order in. I say okay fine, and let some days pass. At this point the website now says that they were away and now are back so I email again and ask that my order be filled now that they are back. I get no reply from the email, no reply from the websites chat, and no one picks up and the voicemail box is still full. The next day comes and at this point I ask in an email to have my money refunded and it has been over a week and I do not have my order or my money back. To whomever the person running this business.... please run this business honestly and do a better job with dealing with customers, it's not good for your business. read more

We were skeptical at first because we weren't sure about the order process and delivery time, but I used Facebook messenger and they were so helpful and responsive. We ordered 2 dozen cookies, a waffle churro and a dulce de leche stuffed cookie. It's honestly impossible to say which we liked best! The churro waffle was some how both slightly crunchy and also incredibly soft. The dulce de leche stuffed snickerdoodle may have changed my entire life. The caramel filling was like an out of body experience. Brown butter chocolate chips had a complex deep rich flavor; peanut butter chocolate chip were warm crumbly heaven; the oatmeal raisin flavor was tonal and warm.
