My co-worker and I came here for lunch for the first time last week and got the triple stacked BLT! It was amazing! The bread was fresh and the bacon was nice and crispy. The staff were all very friendly. It's a nice spot to open your laptop & work while you eat. They have a nice variety of bagels as well. Their menu has a nice combination of breakfast and lunch items and soups as well. We'll definitely be going back real soon! Oh & their vegetarian selection is great too! read more

Another good bagel shop with plenty of employees pushing orders out rather quickly. Ordered 2 egg everything bagels with plain cream cheese plus a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel and it was delicious. The bagels were fluffy and a nice amount of cream cheese was spread throughout the bagel. Hardly a line although it was a Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. What can I say? I specifically asked for them to NOT include a garlic or onion products due to allergies. The order included sliced turkey, pastrami, and Swiss cheese AND Aa dozen assorted bagels. It took a while to fill so I relied on the staff. When it got the order set home FOUR of the twelve bagels were EVERYTHING ( loaded with garlic and onion). They were all mixed together: cross contamination had a field day in the bag. That is simply unacceptable. read more

This establishment was a nice surprise in my neighborhood! I love when new businesses open near me hehe. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese whole wheat bagel and it hit the spot :) It looked like they had many nice options on the menu and some indoor seating which is convenient. I decided never to eat and support Bagel World after learning that one of their best employees, Luka, had to leave because Gina, one of the owners, cut his salary in half. Understandably, Luka had to go. Why should anyone work for free? I spent at least $25 five days a week for almost nine months. The only reason I continued to spend my money there was because of Luka. He always greeted me with a smile, would hardly take a day off, and took great care to cook my favorite vegan dishes--shame on Bagel World for exploiting their workers. Best bagels and great staff...placed an order for office breakfast and Keven was super helpful and very patient as I am not from the area.

Stopped in for a second chance since I was in the area.....this place needs some staff training as they had 6 self serve coffee dispenser at 8:45am and only had one decaf coffe with any coffee in it....when I told the counter clerk he said oh there should be hazel nut too, yeah but what about the other 4 containers? There also was no creamer and n the table top container when I asked for creamer they said oh you have to get it from the fridge yourself, then why the container in the counter? So I ordered the bagels toasted and asked them to watch it because last time they were burnt, so this time I get the bagels not toasted at all. I'll wait until they can get someone to train the employees to get it together before I give it another try. At least I like the employee attitudes better then the rude attitude at east Dale bagels! read more

I went in this morning to get a somewhat complicated 6 piece bagel order. Each person wanted something different. A very pleasant worker behind the counter, asked me "may I help you? "I'm sorry I did not catch his name but he saw me reading from a list and he took the list from me written in my chicken scratch and got my order 100% correct!! He was also waiting on 2 other customers besides me. I was so impressed. I frequent this establishment somewhat often and have always been treated kindly and efficiently from the staff. We were passing through on a road trip to Lake George and decided to grab some bagels. We were pleasantly surprised to see the super clean eatery with delicious food!
