Cool vibe. Interesting Pie selection. Option to add a scoop of ice cream. Service was decent. My only turn off was the 90/100 heath score. Food safety is too important to let the little things slide.

I know everyone raves about the Apple pie, but for someone who is very picky about pies, I love their blueberry! It tastes so delicious without being too sweet. The staff is extremely kind and the pies are amazing, there are so many different kinds to choose from. Love this shop!

We thoroughly enjoyed the pies from Noble Pies in Beacon, they're bursting with flavor and taste absolutely out of this world.

Very Blueberry Crumb Pie and Very Blueberry Pie mix with homemade whipped cream. The picture doesn't do it justice. It's so good.

We were on the fence for coming in, but a few customers caught us staring at the window and convinced us with a "don't even think about passing on their pies". Suffice to say those two customers were life-changers. We absolutely love their blueberry pie (both crumble crust topping and non-crumble). It's incredible with a dollop of homemade whipped cream, which I highly recommend. Their fruit pies are sourced from local Hudson farms and the fruit isn't sour or tart at all. And unlike most other commercial pies, Noble pies aren't sickeningly sweet or saccharine. Top 3 in the best pies I've ever had. Only downside is that they don't have much seating. Best of all, it's BOGO for sweet pies on Monday, you can get double for your money. 6inch pies are $15, and 9inch are $32. They also sell savory meat or veggie pies, as well as gluten free pies too. I bought an entire apple pie and am so excited to take it home. Saw a few folks at the window thinking about coming in and paid it forward by encouraging them in as I was. Now I'm doing the same for you. Just check this place out. You won't regret it.

Stopped by for some post-dinner dessert. I was really hoping for the key lime pie but they were out. Instead I tried the mixed berry pie with vanilla ice cream and... OMG. I'm still drooling thinking about it. My partner also had an affogato which he enjoyed. The person behind the counter was helpful and sweet. I missed out on the key lime pie so I definitely have to return!

What to do when it seems like everywhere that serves dessert in Beacon is closed? Look no further- Noble Pies to the rescue! This adorable little shop with room to sit and dine has all the savory and sweet pies you could want. My sweet tooth and I were very happy. My friend and I got a cappuccino and a matcha latte. Both absolutely delicious and decorated with some beautiful foam art. My Matcha had a slight touch of honey to it and it was really decadent. After looking at the chicken pot pie, the quiche and a few other savory pies, we definitely decided it was a sweet pie kind of day. They had graham cracker crust and pastry crust, so of course we got one of each to try. The banana cream pie was perfect, the custard was fabulous and the crust was to die for. The chocolate pie was great too. Both fantastic choices. Of course, I accompanied my slice with some ice cream on the side. This has to be one of the best vanilla ice creams I've ever had, a vanilla bean swirl that is truly unmatched. Probably one of the best ice creams I've ever tried, so don't skip out on the pie à la mode. The staff was fabulous too - 5 star service all around. This place just opened and I see it being a huge hit.

Very cool place that I recently discovered across from one of my favorite ice cream places in beacon. The home of the savory pie. Highly recommend the meatball and chicken pot pie. Also they have some other traditional classics like key lime which I have to try yet but look forward to getting back there. Have to say the service was really good. We were walking in when they were about to close and she stayed open at least another 15 minutes explaining everything and ended up buying a couple of things to take home. Really big space with lots of Glass displays and a couple of fridges with pies for home transport. Bigger pies for a group and or single serving little guys as well.

Really cool to find a spot that sells pie by the slice!! Also really nice drink menu with good pricing. Happy they had plant based milk options. The person helping us was a very sweet & patient. The space is very nice with cool seating options in the back.

We've been to their other location before. We both love their apple pie. This place is small. Great place to sit on a cold winter day.

What can I say, the pie was delicious and I bought a bunch of scones both raspberry and blueberry. The scones were on point and the pie was cinnamony and perfect! I spoke for a while to the employees who were more than helpful and quite gracious. It's a great shop and the pies are unbelievable. I personally love the mix berry and the chicken pot pie!

The pie is amazing and the vibe is great! I got the blueberry pie with the crumble topping and it was delicious. They asked if I wanted it heated up and I agreed. Service was great. I've added photos of the menu for your convenience.

Mixed Berry Pie with lavender ice cream

The chicken and mushroom pie was great. The mixed berry pie was just regular. The lavender ice cream was awesome. The employee was very patient telling me about all the different flavors. Very cute spot.

I ordered 4 pieces of pie and found mold in my apple pie slice

The first bite you knew exactly what you just got ripped off for. The staff, was rude. "The ingredients are flown in from Europe and the cookies are handmade in the city" are you sure? "do you think I'm lying?" With an attitude? Well. Yes. In fact do less. Because if the ingredients are flown in from Europe they should know what they're doing with them because these my dear are from the continental cookie company. But don't bark at me when it's the single most dry cookie I've ever attempted to eat. The raspberry jam was so artificial. For 43.00 a pound at least get GOOD bulk cookies. Because for an employee to be as nasty and defensive but have an answer for everything? Just say you were wrong and move on, nope you wanted to argue. Brunette, glove on, to serve the dry cookies, only to then touch the lids with said glove between. Took cash while wearing glove, made change (23.00 for 5 small cookies and 2 small coffees) and then with the same hand put the cookies in a bag, while with the glove fiddling with stickers to close the bag. 7.50+ each for small coffees (one latte one cappuccino) neither made properly. An amalgamation of crumpled sugar packets that look like they'd been taken from other establishments stuffed in a small tin on the counter. You want to be some form of Parisian patisserie? Pretend better. Over priced and the entire case looks awful and if you're going to employ people who would rather play on their phone than do their job? At least make sure they can be composed. The young blonde was polite and kind throughout, the dark haired employee? Thankyou for telling us you're not the owner, because the owner should really evaluate your customer service. Needless to say we went back in to return the cookies because the one my husband choked down was enough but the abhorrent attitude solidified this being a terrible experience.

The knowledge of the staff truly stood out! She was incredibly informative about the cakes and pastries and even took the time to recommend latte flavor profiles that paired beautifully with the desserts. The owner/baker is a one-man show and he is so so nice and friendly! The clothbound cheddar & chive biscuit was divine, it was flakey and buttery and the perfect amount of cheesy. I came back the next day for a second one! The roasted butternut crumble muffin had all the cozy fall flavors, not too sweet. Not a ton of drink options here, but just the basics, brewed hot coffee and a hot tea. Arrive early, as items can sell out, but you can't go wrong with anything he has available!

I decided to do a quick search to see if options have improved since a lot of the shops around here are only open 3-4/week. Calculated Confections popped up as being recently opened. The interior is clean with a small seating area. The owner came out to greet me and shared that she was working in the finance industry for 20 years before deciding to branch out and start her own business, hence the name Calculated Confections. Every day she posts a math problem on the blackboard and awards a baked goodie to the first few customers who can solve the equation. She had a nice selection of brownies with or without nuts, g-free and egg free chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, scones, rolls, cupcakes, cheesecakes, cannolis, and cake slices. My parents split the chocolate cake while I had the red velvet cupcake and a chocolate chip cookie that I won from solving the math problem. They liked how the cake wasn't too sweet and was moist. The cookie was very good and the icing on the red velvet was good but the actual cupcake was missing something - it was still good, just lacking that classic red velvet flavor. I highly recommend this place. It's right on 52 and just a short walk to the rail trail entrance. I'll definitely be back to try the cafe menu.
