The donuts here are amazing! They tend to be on the smaller side of most artisan donuts but they're still incredible. You get to choose your own glaze, topping, and dressing. The service was prompt and helpful. Inside and outside you have ample seating.

Wow this place was awesome. Design your own warm donut with whatever toppings you want. And reasonably priced. The donuts were small but they were delish and very sweet so you don't need more than that!

In the last five years I have visited Beacon maybe a dozen times, and every time Glazed Over Donuts are a MUST, nay a NEED!! When you walk in you pick up a piece of paper on where you fill out what donuts you want. You can choose your own glaze (9 different types), topping (13 different types) and drizzle (9 different types). The prices are affordable. Single donut is $3.11, Twin Pack is $5.70 and Half Dozen is $15.20. The shop is spacious and also offers coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well as a donut of the day. There is a window through which you can see how the donuts are made. Besides the glaze, toppings and drizzle, a naked donut is not sweet at all. Each donut tastes super fresh. Having one made exactly how you like is such a great touch. This is forever going to be my favorite donut shop to visit in Beacon.

Cute donut shop where you can make your own donut. You pick a glaze, topping, and drizzle. The donuts come out fresh and warm. It's a great place to mix and match different flavors. A single donut cost $3.11 (including tax).

As a New York transplant from Los Angeles, I have yet to find a local shop that sells fluffy, deep-fried donuts. In the city, the style is to bake them dense and doughy - not my style. It wasn't until I came to Glazed Over did I find a donut in New York that I ACTUALLY liked! Believe me when I tell you this the best donut I've had so close to the city. I loved that it is deep fried. The result is a fluffy donut that melts in your mouth. I also enjoy the build-your-own flavors. I've tried several, including the s'mores, but the star is the maple glazed topped with candied bacon - HEAVENLY. This review is making me crave it. I must make a trip to Beacon soon.

Entrance to watch your donuts being made. Restrooms are to the right.

Greeted warmly by the young gentleman at the register. Very fun concept for ordering donuts. You are given a menu and select the type of donut and your toppings. The donuts were tender and delicious. Coffee was a medium roast and well balanced. Cute decor. A place for a quick meet up while enjoying a sweet snack and warm beverage. Bonus is you can watch your donuts being made if you like, through a viewing window in the back.

I don't know if Glazed Over needs another 5 star review, but here it goes - it's a solid 5 stars. From the friendly man who greets you and explains the concept to the most delicious donuts, this place is one of a kind. The donuts are simply perfect, and the choice of toppings and drizzles makes it a fun experience. It's a perfect place for a date or to take your kids. My tween girls loved our experience today. They enjoyed selecting their flavors and trying different toppings. They were very happy to receive a cup with water when they asked. Most places would ask you to buy the bottled water. We will definitely be back.

Our last stop during our Beacon day trip was at Glazed Over Donuts for a sweet treat! In the shop, you order customized donuts with a glaze, drizzle, and topping and you can see where the donuts are freshly made in the back of the small-ish store. You fill out an order form and take it to the cashier once you're ready to place your order. We ordered 4 custom donuts - with the seasonal glaze (apple cider), nutella, and maple. Maple was our personal favorite, but everything was pretty good! It's not my personal fave type of donut / I don't love cake donuts personally, but it is still worth the try!

The donuts were so good! They were fresh off the fryer so they were served warm. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the staff was there to help explain how everything worked if necessary. Overall the place was really cute and cozy, ill definitely be back.

Fresh, hot donuts out of the dryer custom made on the spot! They're almost mini/mid-sized donuts which I find better than an overwhelmingly large donut. The key to their goodness is the freshness -- our donuts came out hot! Know before you go: -Only cake donuts are offered. -You select three toppings -- a glaze (what it's dipped in), drizzle on top and sprinkled topping. Then you wait for your hot donuts. The crisp on the donuts + soft cake inside were very very good. The service was fantastic. Highly recommend a stop in!

My friends and I stopped in and I got the seasonal glaze - apple cider with the cinnamon sugar and vanilla drizzle! It was warm and good but super sweet and seemed a little lacking on the apple cider flavor and cinnamon sugar coating. I think I'd rather get an actual apple cider donut rather than a plain donut with other glazes. Ordering was a little chaotic and confusing too but staff was super friendly!

Glazed Over Donuts has some of the best donuts I've had! The come out warm and you can actually watch the donuts being made! I love that you can customize your donut glaze, topping and drizzle! My favorite is the strawberry glaze/drizzle with Oreo topping! There is ample space to sit and eat inside or outside. The owner was also very nice!

They are crazy popular, so there was already a line outside when we arrive 5 minutes before opening on a sunny summer Sunday morning. Wow! That's always a good sign. We waited in line for about 25 minutes total, which wasn't terrible. They have sooo many choices, and we ended up choosing the Strawberry Crumb Cake and the Old Fashioned Chocolate Crumb. The Strawberry one was fluffy and had a jam filling, which was deliciously fruity. The chocolate one was absolutely incredible!! It was a classic "cake donut", meaning that it was super dense in texture. It reminded me of a brownie, however not too overwhelming chocolatey. Even though they say they're open until 3pm, they are clear about being open "until sold out". I asked the guy behind the counter and he said that they will often sell out by 1-2pm in the summer. By 12pm they typically have very limited options left. He also mentioned that the line will often start forming around 9am, a full hour before the place opens. I find that to be a bit extreme... There's very little seating inside (just two small tables), so I highly recommend that you take your donuts to go. If it's a nice day out, walk around the corner and grab a seat at a picnic table! Lastly, they have a huge "WARNING: FOOD ALLERGY" sign on their door that I highly recommend you read if you have any type of food allergies. I like that they're up front about it and suggest you not consume their donuts if you have specific types of allergies. If you're in town visiting, it's definitely worth giving this place a try!

It reminded me of something milk bar used to make. Love that they gave both yeast and cake donuts and that they bake everything in house! The Bee's Knees cocktail wasn't for me. It was way too sour. That said, I think that's more on me for ordering it than the drink itself since it's meant to have that flavor profile. The shrimp scampi was easily the best dish we ordered. So good. Make sure to dip the baguette into the buttery shrimp sauce. If you're sharing, I'd recommend ordering extra bread because you'll definitely want it. The garlic parmesan wings were excellent. We also tried the blackberry BBQ wings. I didn't really care for that flavor combination but I'm still glad I gave them a shot. Both flavors had big meaty wings that were cooked perfectly. The mac and cheese was really good. Definitely more of an elevated version with a lot going on. I enjoyed it but it was a little too fancy for the kiddo who prefers a simpler mac and cheese. The chicken tenders were very basic and the fries that came with them were pretty weak. We also ordered the garlic parmesan truffle fries which were much better than the regular fries, even if they weren't anything special. The lemonade was also too sour for my taste. We ended up adding sugar ourselves and after that it was much better. Overall, we had a good meal. The shrimp scampi and garlic parmesan wings were the clear standouts, service was friendly, and the atmosphere made for an enjoyable experience. I'd come back, but I'd definitely order differently next time.
