Really quality cider donuts in four flavors (plain, powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, powdered cinnamon - the last being very unique). All super fresh and delicious. Nice selection of produce too. Free easy parking.

The donuts have been consistent to a T, each of the four times I have had Vera's donuts over the past year.

It's just the right size to not feel overwhelmed but all of the products are Hudson Valley born in bred. I made several stops along the way There are plenty of places to park, but you will have to walk a few blocks in either direction. The walk will be interesting as main street has lots of unique shops, boutiques, and restaurants to choose from By the time you get to the Beacon farmers market, you'll be in the mood for a delicious by to eat. And bring the dog because there are plenty of people hitting the streets and begin with their furry family and Tow. You'll find unique booths with local Rice growers who hand plant rice and weed through using old-school methods. No pesticides because they use ducks in the patties to maintain water pests. Another great stop would be the mushroom vendor toward the end. Please see my video attached. Food from every corner of the world is represented here under about 75 tents. We had a beautiful day but even on a cloudy day or light rain I think you can have a great time here. Don't forget to shop on Main Street on your way back to the car. I stopped at a Thai tea shop for a shaved ice that was phenomenal. And Alps chocolate has their factory on Main Street as well. They're a regional Chocolatier, but I know there's even a step up chocolate tear further down on Main Street. While you're at the farmers market, do not forget to pick up treats for yourself and treats for your dog. Next time I'm bringing more cash because there were so many tents that called to me that I couldn't budget in this time around.

Did not have pie but would highly recommend the scones as well - hard to find a scone that isn't too dry and the blueberry one we had was moist and packed a punch. Came at 12nn or so and the parking lot started to fill up an hour or so after. Farm is very walkable and saw Christmas trees a little farther along too. Mrs. Stuart was very nice to us. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there were bees everywhere! Hundreds. It was very overwhelming. There were no indoor bathrooms. It's cash only.

Parking is limited, but once you arrive, the property is absolutely adorable with its farm setting and beautiful flowers. The service was friendly, attentive, and one of the highlights of our visit. The restaurant prides itself on using fresh, locally grown ingredients, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, almost every dish we ordered was incredibly salty. I love well seasoned food, but this was just too much. They definitely need to ease up on the salt because it overpowered the fresh ingredients. I would recommend to the chef - calm down on the salt please!!! The standout dish for our group was the hot honey pizza--it was absolutely delicious and the one item I'd happily order again. One small downside that caught me off guard was the bathroom. It was so dark that it was difficult to see anything. Overall, it's a beautiful spot with great service and a charming atmosphere!
