Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside. Enjoyed wonderful cocktails, garlic focaccia bread, Burrata beets and strawberries appetizer and an amazing lobster pasta. Nothing a bite left. Wonderful farm fresh creative dishes. Everyone who worked there was genuinely happy to serve. Great date night and friends and family time.

4.5 stars for sure! Made a reservation for a Friday around lunch, sat with no wait. The greenhouse feel inside is nice. Linda was attentive and helpful with our menu. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs but there was so much that looked good! The spring hash has a little bit of everything delcious, this is the second time I've had it and it's just as good as I remember. The buttermilk biscuits were warm, salty, savory and definitely shareable. The meatballs were not my favorite, tasted fresh but underseasoned for my palette. The pricetags I think are a little steep which is why it's a half star off. Bookmarked to have again anytime we're in the area! This wasn't our first visit and it won't be our last.

Easter brunch at Blooming Hill Farm in Monroe, NY was nothing short of spectacular. My niece had her beautiful wedding here so we came here again to celebrate Easter. We had a tremendous breakfast pizza, eggs in purgatory, corn meal waffles and bread pudding French toast along with slab bacon. The farm store is also something to behold with all sorts of vegetables, breads, seeds, spices and more! I got treated to a free bouquet of pussy willows! Thank you! Just GO!

This is one of my favorite brunch spots. The ambiance is cozy and relaxing, perfect place to unwind and catch up with friends. The food is always fresh and straight from their farm. Everything I've tried has been delicious, including the drinks. The customer service is excellent, they are very attentive and friendly every time.

Wonderful brunch location!! My husband and I visited a couple of weeks ago. We really loved it. Our servers were so cute, bubbly and helpful. I had the veggie hash with sunny side up eggs and an apple crisp that was to die for!! If you are ever up in the area, check out their brunch schedule.

Top notch food and service Everything is fresh and delectable. The servers are so nice. Linda was a gem. Best bites are the meatballs and French toast bread pudding but there are no bad options. We tried most things on the menu. It's also a nice and cozy spot overall so it feels a little intimate.

I've been meaning to visit Blooming Hill Farm for awhile because I've heard great things about the food. We made reservations via resy for a Saturday brunch (time slots seem to go kind of quick). Immediately upon arrival all of the staff were so warm and friendly. The restaurant is beautiful, rustic, & decked out in lush greenery. I loved the little watercolor paintings of veggies on the wall too. We went in early October & even though some menu items have the same name, it looks like they do switch out the components of the dish for seasonal items. So what I'm describing from October is no longer exactly the same as the current mid November menu. The pizzas are decently big & definitely shareable between two people but we couldn't decide on a flavor and got two pizzas haha. We ordered the following (early Oct'25) & here's how it differs from the current menu that we haven't tried yet (mid-Nov'25): -burrata (Oct): burrata w/farm caponata (eggplant), arugula, garlic oil, grilled sourdough -burrata (Nov) : burrata w/roasted red pepper & apricot jam, pickled kohlrabi, local apples, burnt orange vinaigrette, charred sourdough -Rocco pizza (Oct): local roasted corn, house sausage, fontina cheese, bechamel, scallions, Calabrian chiles -Rocco pizza (Nov): roasted farm squash, house bacon, fontina cheese, bechamel, green onions, balsamic -Leonardo pizza (only Oct?): farm broccoli, provolone, garlic ricotta, red onion I love how each dish & the menu changes seasonally although it's a bummer of you liked a particular combination you might need to wait for it to be in season again. But I like that it also keeps the menu fresh with local produce! The burrata with the caponata was soooo delicious, the caponata had a good mixture of sweetness & acidity that paired well with the creamy burrata and sourdough. We might have been trying to lick every drop off that plate & were using the leftover sauce for our pizza crusts haha The Rocco pizza with sausage was deliciously hearty & I don't recall it being spicy but it was a flavorful blend in our mouths, the favorite of the two pizzas. The Leonardo pizza was good but a little more one note tasting compared to the Rocco. Also didn't really taste the garlic in the garlic ricotta, had more of a lemon taste. This was so much food we had to box up half of the pizzas to bring back haha. Overall the food is wonderfully delicious, I highly recommend! It's a bit on the pricy side imo but I think for the high quality food and fresh produce, it's worth the meal. My only gripe was that during the meal the restaurant had all the doors and windows open in a nice lofty farm vibe but that meant the particular day we went it was swarming with flies. I was constantly swatting away flies as I defended my food while eating so it took me out of it a little bit it probably isn't like that other times (& the food was so good I guess I forgive the flies aspect). We also walked the farm grounds and it was sooo beautiful, especially with nice weather. The farm stand was very cute & it was my first time seeing full stemmed garlic and ginger irl. Having a nice brunch & then strolling on picturesque farm grounds to a farm stand was such a lovely experience. Definitely give Blooming Hill Farm a visit! There's an adjoined parking lot for people driving from NYC & the drive wasn't too bad.

Charming spot 3.5 Unfortunately fav dish was the fries, done well! Summer Hash was simple and good. Rocco Pizza wasn't fully cooked, the dough looks under. French Toast Bread Pudding was just very dense bread with maple syrup. Hashbrown was fine.

Best Farm to table restaurant upstate! is one of the best and freshest restaurant I have tried in my life. Location: It is located in Monroe NY. Just 1 hour drive from NYC and you can visit this warm cozy place. Huge parking as well. And farm is at the back. Service: she was very nice, attentive and sweet. Food: It is an actual farm so you are guaranteed that you get the freshest food in your plate. Me and my family enjoyed are brunch and here is the list of our favorites: Farm Smash Burger: wagyu beef patties perfectly cooked and place in a bun with cheese, onion and greens. Please do add egg!! And it comes with fries. Buttermilk Biscuits: seriously the best biscuits I had in my life. Freshly baked and it comes with the honey butter and seasonal jam (i think we got apple or peach) it was so comforting! Pomodoro pizza: well my nephew loves it! Its brick oven baked and seriously so fresh and baked perfectly. Burrata: silky smooth burrata with red pepper and apricot jam on the bottom. The local apples added texture to the burrata. Fall hash: very simple dish but it was very good. They didn't cooked the squash long so you can have texture and crunch when u bite. Price rating: 7/10 typical dine in price but it's worth it because it's fresh. Make sure to make reservation weeks before because they are very popular. Also don't forget to visit their store at the back for fresh goods, breads, honey and more.

After a long hiatus due to disappointing meals a couple of times last year, I went back after seeing the spring 2026 menu. The menu had items like what we used to expect from BHF. We were excited to try so many of the dishes that we over ordered. We were not disappointed with any of the dishes. First for apps, we ordered the burrata with burnt leek pesto and tomato chutney. Sounds good, no? It was just as good as it sounds. You cut open the burrata and creaminess just oozes out and the house made sourdough bread was wow. We also ordered twice cooked sunchokes which were like veganized Korean fried chicken. Spicy, sweet, crunchy and creamy yumminess. For entree, we ordered wild striped bass with asparagus, snap peas, fiddlehead fern (yes please!), farro, pea puree and miso butter. This is why I used to love coming to BHF , amazingly well cooked fish with farm fresh veggies and innovative flavor. The fish was cooked perfectly and the skin was so crispy like crackling. My husband couldn't choose which pasta to go with because they all sounded so good. It was as if he had to choose which child he loved more, so he opted for the new spring addition- farm beets risotto with wood fired maitake mushrooms, horseradish, mint pesto and aged goat cheese. It was spring in a bowl. Rich yet managed to be light at the same time if that's possible. We also ordered wood fired carrots with tamari and ginger glaze with some kind of creamy spicy sauce. The glaze and color on those carrots are something else. It had a nice kick which complemented the sweetness of the carrots. The new menu seemed to have changed the sauce that comes with it. This is what I expect, frequently changing menu based on what's available at the farm. For two people we were really full after the meal. We had to take the sunchokes and carrots home. The leftovers made for great meal sides. I had to ask the server if the chef changed because the food definitely is different than last year. She did mention that the chef changed last year so I assume the changed happed towards end of 2025. I'm thinking perhaps the original chef was away, perhaps traveling to expand his culinary prowess and came back? Whoever is cooking, please stay for a long time. I can't wait to go back.

Blooming Hill Farm is such a charming farm-to-table restaurant with the sweetest staff. I love supporting small businesses, and it's incredible how awesome their service and food are. They even have a farmer's market where you can buy fresh fruit, produce, and holiday bouquets! I highly recommend their Fall Hash, hashbrowns, cocktails, and pastries! My friends and I had such a lovely brunch here during our staycation upstate. I believe they require reservations to dine in, but if you don't mind being outside, the patio isn't a bad option to sit. Their gas heaters are quite warm.

French toast bread pudding My favorite item of the day

What a wonderful farm to table concept. It was a really nice experience we had a very good server who was polite & checked in often. Plates were also cleared as we finished to make room but we never felt rushed. My favorite item was the soup & French toast bread pudding. The market has alot of unique options. Parking is far from the building but a quick walk to the restaurant. Only issue I had was the cashier at the farmers market outside she was a little rude when we asked about some of the items they sold.

Love this place, been coming for years. Staff is so friendly. Coolest vibes ever. Food is always special. Got to get the bacon. I knocked them 1 star for not offering to heat up the pastry.

Are leashed dogs allowed in their outdoor dining area?

They had a sign up that no dogs are allowed. Since it is a working farm, I would imagine it's partly because they do not want to worry about dog wee and poop on the fresh garden ingredients that they cook with. While I am sure *you* would be mindful… Read more
