Parking is in the structure and they validate for 90 minutes. I tried the "Thank You Berry Matcha" which is a matcha latte with strawberry oat milk ($7). Overall, a pretty decent drink but I wish the matcha was stronger. The strawberry oat milk was very subtle but still complimented the matcha well. I'll be back to try their other drinks. this location is the weaker of the two kits. I gave the cashier specific instruction: that I would like a Matcha with water with just a tiny drop of oat milk. I said I would like to be able to taste the Matcha and not the milk, it's the kiss of death. First of all, they measure their Matcha-- It is a Matcha concentrate that they measure with a scale. normally, I wouldn't complain or even care about that but the matcha I received would extremely water down and heavily milky for only a "drop ". I asked them to pour a little bit more Matcha in there or we can remake the drink whatever it's easier for them. They poured a little bit more Matcha in it, but it still tasted like all milk.. gross . I want to be able to taste the Matcha, not the milk. Make sure you tip before service here or they'll mess up your milk preference that you paid an extra dollar for. All in $9 for a latte that causes lactose intolerance flare-ups isn't worth it. I tasted the strawberry flavor, but it was a bit too sweet for me. The drink also came out to be small (it seemed like a 12oz or something). I was confused because it didn't seem like they had different sizing options, but the photos posted by other Yelpers with the same drink had bigger-sized coffee. So maybe I'd ask them about the sizing. I absolutely love this place. It gets crowded sometimes in the afternoon because most employees around there like to go for coffee chat and break. The baristas are all really friendly and they know how to make your drink good. My all time favorite is the Thank You Berry Matcha because I am a strawberry person. It has the perfect amount of sweetness to it. Their breakfast bacon is also fire. It is nicely compacted and won't make a mess when you bite into it. Plus it has really excellent flavors and is not oily like the usual burrito. SUPER cute coffee shop in Irvine! KIT, which is short for Keep In Touch, was an adorably pleasant find in a rather industrial section of Irvine. What a lovely find! It's tucked away in a business center, so a bit inconvenient, and we did have to pay for parking in the structure. That being said, the coffee, Matcha, and breakfast burritos were insanely good. We tried a strawberry milk Matcha, crème brûlée iced latte, pumpkin pie latte, and oat milk latte and all were phenomenal be warned. The breakfast burritos are huge and very filling, but very delicious. I would recommend sharing unless you are starving. I just found my favorite coffee shop in Irvine. I got the strawberry matcha with the strawberry foam as a double matcha and it tasted heavenly. It is a seasonal flavor I believe and another drink I can recommend is the boysenberry latte. Nice looking, clean place. The folks behind the counter were really friendly and the drinks came out quickly. Both were pretty tasty. I got one of the current specials called the "Golden Hour" and it had a nice spicy creamy flavor. My wife got the "Purple Dream" and it was pretty good, but not as good as mine. Ha. Also the other thing I learned is the bathroom is located in the lobby about two doors down. We ordered breakfast burrito, fried rice, kitmas latte and regular ice latte. The burrito was standard but we really enjoyed the fried rice. It was a mix of tomato jam, cilantro and bacon. The kitmas latte was not bad. It comes with cute latte art! But it does get a bit sweet near the end. I guess I should have mixed it well before drinking. Overall, with two coffees and two dishes, it was about $26-$27 a person. Absolutely LOVE this coffee shop located in Irvine area! It's located in between a bunch of business buildings so may be a little bit hard to find, but once you find it, WORTH! They have the cutest drinks varying from lattes, drips, espresso drinks, matcha, etc and have the best combos and seasonal options as well. I tried the Lavender blueberry latte partially because its so beautiful :D and it was delicious!! They have non-dairy milk options for my fellow lactose intolerance peeps. Unfortunately not much seating inside for getting work done. The long lines itself takes up the majority of the store. I also didn't see much outlets and things but did see a few people propped up with their laptops. But there is a lot of seating available outside nearby the gorgeous, humungous fountain! Ive been wanting to try this coffee place for awhile now. Its located in the business plaza where you have to park in the structure to get to it. The worker recommended some drinks to us so thats what we got. We tried the strawberry alarm clock which had espresso and strawberry oat milk and the lavender fields which has matcha and blueberry lavender milk. Both drinks were a bit too sweet for us but the workers were nice enough to add more milk to it. I liked it better after byt next time i would tell them less sweet. My bestie and I have a tradition of grabbing coffee after our workout class, and we like to go to KIT after we go to our 6:30 pilates class. I think this KIT location is really convenient because it's tucked in a corporate park with lots of space to chat with friends, read, etc. either inside the coffee shop or outside. In addition, the parking is easy since there is a structure with 90 min. validation and plenty of charging stations if you need to charge your car like I do. The space is beautiful, and so are the baristas. They are friendly and can lift your mood if you're having a rough start to the morning. If you're a lavender lover like I am, you can't go wrong with the iced Lavender Fields or Lavender Skies and I get it with oat milk. The lavender flavor is just right and not too overpowering. I also tried the seasonal boysenberry latte today with the cream top. The flavor is light and not too sweet. However, I would've liked the cream top to be a bit thicker but it's still good. If you're hungry, the hot and sweet avocado toast with a fried egg is my favorite toast from KIT. This place is such a gem of a find! I got the creamsicle matcha and it was honestly one of the best matcha drinks I've had. They have a lot of other unique latte flavors and non coffee drinks. The location is in a business hub and parking can be a bit tricky since it's in a structure. The upside is that they validate for 1.5 hours which is a bonus. Great location in a business center near the Sonesta Irvine. There's some semblance of nature, given the running water, patches of grass and some shade here and there. The interior is pretty modern and there's multiple lounge sofa things that you can sit on while waiting for your order. There was hardly a line so it was quick... Smoked Avocado Toast with bacon, cherry tomato, paprika, lemon zest and chives... it's packed with fresh bacon bits, which compliments the fresh avocado to no end... the toast can be a little thicker, it wasn't sturdy enough to hold the toppings. Cilantro Fried Rice comes with bacon (of course), scrambled egg (hardly), tomato jam, grilled onion, parmesan cheese and lemon zest. Comes with spicy sauce on the side... since I was in a business meeting, I didn't wolf it down, which I felt like doing. Rice grains a bit on the al dente side though. I asked for less ice in my latte because the way they make it is wrong. They fill the cup with extra ice, then add milk and coffee, which leaves you with a much smaller latte than the medium size you're paying for. For the price they charge, you expect to get a full cup, not just a lot of ice. This café is located under a tower with lots of offices and businesses, so it shouldn't be so expensive. However, the prices for everything are higher than anywhere else, and the quality doesn't justify the cost. On top of that, the attitude of the lady with short black hair behind the cashier is not good. I started going there for 2-3 weeks, but I realized that my mood and good energy in the early morning are really important to me. I can't enjoy my coffee with this kind of attitude, especially when I'm paying a premium price. read more

Got there at 2:02 PM and was told they were already closed at 2, even though their normal hours are until 4. I called ahead to check if they were open--no answer.
