There is a lot of outdoor seating and the workers are very friendly and helpful in giving recommendations. There is parking in the structure and you can get parking validation from the store. I tried their Thank You Berry Matcha which is matcha with strawberry oat milk. I took a sip before fully mixing it and I could taste the quality and rich taste of matcha. However, after fully mixing my drink, the oat milk completely overpowered the matcha and all I really tasted was oat milk and a subtle taste of strawberry and some matcha. I also tried their seasonal pineapple upside-down espresso latte and I enjoyed the strong taste of espresso and the good flavor of pineapple. Overall I wasn't a big fan of their matcha latte because of the overpowering taste of the oat milk, but I did enjoy their coffee. this location is the weaker of the two kits. I gave the cashier specific instruction: that I would like a Matcha with water with just a tiny drop of oat milk. I said I would like to be able to taste the Matcha and not the milk, it's the kiss of death. First of all, they measure their Matcha-- It is a Matcha concentrate that they measure with a scale. normally, I wouldn't complain or even care about that but the matcha I received would extremely water down and heavily milky for only a "drop ". I asked them to pour a little bit more Matcha in there or we can remake the drink whatever it's easier for them. Ive been wanting to try this coffee place for awhile now. Its located in the business plaza where you have to park in the structure to get to it. The worker recommended some drinks to us so thats what we got. Both drinks were a bit too sweet for us but the workers were nice enough to add more milk to it. I liked it better after byt next time i would tell them less sweet. Also the other thing I learned is the bathroom is located in the lobby about two doors down. We ordered breakfast burrito, fried rice, kitmas latte and regular ice latte. The burrito was standard but we really enjoyed the fried rice. It was a mix of tomato jam, cilantro and bacon. The kitmas latte was not bad. It comes with cute latte art! But it does get a bit sweet near the end. I guess I should have mixed it well before drinking. Overall, with two coffees and two dishes, it was about $26-$27 a person.
