    Dubai chocolate matcha and coffee
    Sahar H.

KIT coffee has really good drink selections, I'm a matcha fanatic and the matcha here was pretty good I'd go again. The food is surprisingly good even tho the menu is small but the options are very good. The avacado toast was interesting and the flavors went well together, the lox was good quality and tasty. Service is fast and the area has a lot of sitting area perfect to work and enjoy

The blueberry matcha was good, wasn't too sweet or too watery. The breakfast burrito tortilla was a bit too burnt so it was crumbling as I ate and the chorizo didn't have much flavor. May have visited on an off day. Otherwise, the employees are friendly and the ambience is nice. Parking is mainly in one of those corporate garages.

Located in the middle of business area. Paid parking in the structure yet they do validate for 90min with purchase. Beautiful aesthetic inside, good variety menu. Was looking forward to try their matcha here but I say it's mid.. very watered down and even on my pic, doesn't have a a strong vibrant matcha flavor.. somewhat disappointing for $7.5.. the staff was also not very helpful and somewhat had an attitude..not sure if it was just not a good day for her Overall good option if you work in the area but I wouldn't go make an effort to come..

Tried the lattes on their special menu- ube and vanilla waffle latte. The flavors are tasty, with it being housemade but very very sweet. I enjoyed sitting outside near the fountains. Stop by Rise bagels next door to make it a perfect meal.

I tried the salted maple latte with coconut cream which was definitely a nice treat. I appreciated how quick my drink was made and how chill the staff was. The aesthetic inside is definitely cute and there's a nice seating area outside. They do validate for 90minutes which is convenient. I will definitely return and try something different.

I'm happy to say I've come back! I forgot to update but I've become a fan of their strawberry matcha, chai, and their burritos. Their strawberry matcha isn't strong in matcha but it has a fresh strawberry taste. They do prebatch their matcha if you cared or not. Service is as kind as ever! And I still enjoy coming by periodically. They validate parking as well c: ! Thank youuu

Perfect sitting area right outside the cafe to have a cup of coffee and enjoy it. Unfortunately the coffee was not that great, the salted maple latte I'd give a 5/10 and the iced mocha probably a 3/10. Service was quick and the cafe itself is really pretty.

Kit Coffee sits in a business district and has a clean, modern vibe, with a great view and plenty of outdoor seating to relax. I usually go for the matcha latte with vanilla syrup and oat milk. The matcha is not the boldest or highest quality, but it still is present enough to make the drink light and refreshing. Service is nice, the staff are consistently friendly and quick with orders, which makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

I played it safe and got a caramel latte with oat milk and it was amazing. It wasn't too sweet and just the right amount of coffee taste. I wouldn't suggest studying here since it's located in an office complex, but the interior is nicely decorated! I'll be coming back!

Everyone saying this place is amazing is lying to you. Honestly, the middest coffee place i've been in a while. First, the parking situation. I'm sure that we parked in the wrong place but I don't believe in paying for parking just to get coffee. We paid $2.50 for parking and I find that annoying because we were there for less than 20 minutes. If there is a better place to park it's very confusing and not user friendly. We ended up getting forced to park in the garage because there was LITERALLY no way out. Second, the menu was sold out of at least 5 drinks, irritating. Third, the coffee is mid. It's in a business park so you feel really out of place when just there for coffee. There are plenty of other coffee shops that are in business centers that give a better customer experience. I got the vanilla latte, don't waste your time or money it's no better than any other vanilla latte i've had. I think if you work in the lot this place is probably pretty great but for the general public, definitely a skip. disclaimer, the staff was very nice and friendly and the coffee came out quick.

I love coming here because it's convenient for me to walk to. They also seem to have seasonal speciality drinks which is nice. I tried the S'mores latte which was very good. I didn't think it was too sweet which was nice. Each time I've been here, the mornings are pretty busy with a crowd, likely because there's corporate buildings surrounding it so expect a small wait after ordering.

    Strawberry Latte and Cold Brew
    Adriana M.

I enjoy going to the location at Newport but I wanted to come try the one at Irvine. My cousin and I went and she got the strawberry Wild Latte Iced and I got a Cold Brew! The coffee shop is located in a business center but they validate parking for 90min. You just have to make sure you park in the 1920-2010 parking structure. The inside is small but they have a lot of seating outside!

    Boysenberry
    Tina L.

Great study spot with several tables and interesting seasonal drinks. Parking wasn't hard to find. They don't have a restroom within the cafe itself but there is one around the corner which you just need to ask the code for. Tried the Boysenberry Matcha drink and enjoyed their housemade boysenberry cream. Arugula salad is a bit overpriced but it had a specific lemon pepper seasoning that made this addicting.

I found the inside decor a bit unexpected, the green walls, the dark vibe with gold accents. It reminded me of a chic lounge or den. I was happy to see they sold drinks and baked goodies. I wasn't in the mood for coffee or a drink, but decided to check out the sweet treats. I was so excited they had Portuguese egg tarts. I am very familiar with the Asian egg tarts, but I haven't had the Portuguese kind. I was eyeing up the banana pudding, but I decided to not get it. Prices seemed a bit high so we just went for 4 egg tarts. We relaxed a bit while our order was ready. They warmed them up, I decided to try one since I am not from this area. MY, oh MY, oh my!!!!!!!!?!!!!!?!!?!!! They were so good, the outside was super flakey, not greasy. The egg center was warm, not too 'eggy' and the sweetness level was just perfect. They were honestly to die for. I contemplated for a few minutes to BUY MORE even though I had only eaten one. I thought, I'm not from this area, so I might as well get more! I ended up getting 5 more, each tart leans on the expensive side for how small they are, but they are mighty delicious!!! I also decided to try the sea salt chocolate chip cookie: Classic Cookie. Traditional components with a dash of sea salt to accentuate the taste of rich imported Belgian chocolate Egg tarts: 5/5!!!!! Honestly when I put in my 2nd order, I couldn't help myself to tell the people behind me how dang good the egg tarts are... They told me they ended up getting some just because I mentioned it.. The salted chocolate cookie looked different to me, it is shaped like a mound. I thought this was good, full of chocolate and the sea salt was good. Would I order it again? Safe to say that I'm obsessed but I think that's a testament to how good their matcha and pastries are. Their matcha is my new favorite in OC. I get the matcha latte at 75% sweet which is SO SO GOOD! It's a perfect balance of sweet and still being able to taste the flavor and bitterness of the matcha. I'm surprised more people don't talk about their matcha. Don't get me started on their pastries and desserts... ALSO SO GOOD. They have such a huge variety of pastries, both sweet and savory, that it's hard to choose but that also means there's something for everyone. My favorites are their blueberry brioche, matcha cruffin, and egg bacon bread. The egg bacon bread surprised me since it's made of rice flour and has a chewy/mochi like consistency - it's so unique and you just have to try it.
