Integrity recently did a very difficult move for us. We lived in the hills and had a down slope house so that heavy furniture needed to be brought up two flights of stairs to get to street level and along with that, we needed to have packing done. It was a large home and we had a lot of furniture. Bill came out to estimate the move and felt that the size and complexity of the move would require 2 days and gave us what we felt was a fair estimate. On the first moving day, he and 6 of his crew showed up to begin the move. They took great care of the furniture to insure that nothing was damaged as items were moved up the stairs. Bill oversaw the packing and carefully labeled the boxes for us. The second day, the crew finished up but not before moving a huge bureau into our new home. When Bill first saw the piece, he called it a "behemoth" and he was right. We all were unsure if that giant piece of furniture would make it down the very narrow stairs of our new home. But Bill felt positive and with a very coordinated crew of 5, they got it down! It was quite a feat! We have finally finished unpacking and everything that Bill, assisted by Robert, packed arrived undamaged. We would highly recommend Bill and Integrity Moving Solutions. I hired Integrity Moving Solutions to move us from Benicia to Vallejo. A short move in terms of location, but big in terms of scope. We had a full four bedroom house, plus a bonus room that had to be moved to the new location. What I liked best about Bill and his team was their work ethic. We hired them to pack our things as well as move them, and every single item was carefully wrapped and all arrived intact at our new home. They were careful with our floors, walls, and door jams. A big deal to me. They also moved at a pace that suited me. They have a smaller truck so rather than force a very long, overwhelming day for me (and for them), they moved 1/2 of my belongings (taking care to make sure I had all the essentials the first night) one one day, then brought over the remainder the next. They even helped me unload some of the more difficult boxes (kitchen) and took the boxes with them on the way out. We also contracted with Bill and his team to haul away everything I had purged out of my old house, as well as some items that the previous homeowner left at the new one. They did this efficiently and at what I thought was a very fair price. I would recommend this moving company to friend. read more

They were on time, had all their supplies, and were an excellent crew. They all worked carefully, not tossing stuff into cartons. I told Bill "not to spare the paper" because I didn't want my packing done cheaply. And it wasn't. I have moved 27 times, and I wanted my china and crystal packed a certain way - that is, not the standard way, which is placing pieces on their sides - because I know what happens when it's done that way. Bill packed it himself the way I wanted it. With 34,000# of stuff (HEAVY on the china, crystal, and silver) between the Bay Area and the Dallas area, I had one broken saucer. All the rest was perfect. And everything got packed, too. Nothing was left behind in the back of any bedroom closet shelf, in the back of bathroom or kitchen cabs, or above doors (yes, also decor items there)!
