Rob and Ethan and thier crew are great! They are honest and dedicated to pleasing the customer and are true to thier word! The move they did for me was a LOT which also included a LARGE dump run. The first day they moved me into my new house, took the refrigerator that was in the newly purchased gouse to my mothers house to replace her old one which wouls go to the dump and finish moving all my things, which was a lot, to the new house which took all day. We had agreed ahead of time how many hours were part of the quote and agreed upon price per hour on any hourly overages so all was agreed up front with no suprises. The guys were careful with all my things and worked like a tight ship together. They ened up having to do the dump run the next day, but checked in with me early first asking my priorities. They came the next day as promised and finished the job. Very well done and Rob was present with thw team ensuring all went smoothe and also worked sude by side with his team and sisnt charge me for his own time. Love them so much! Honest, cordial and very kind! I highly recommend thwm for moving, garbage hauling, moveout clean services. My husband and I were impressed with how quickly they got things in the truck and since we were moving items to storage, they stacked everything in storage much better than we could have. I have a big China cabinet that is very special to me, my great grandmother gave it to me and I was very worried about it in the move and Hassle free movers reassured me that they would take extra good care of it and they did. I was moving from Dublin to Fairfield so I looked for a small business I could support. Hassle Free Movers is big enough to handle any moving needs you may have, but still small enough to give you that one on one service. They insisted on coming out in advance and gave me some helpful tips on how to prepare and provide an estimate. We were able to finish my move in less time than estimated. I was happy about that because we saved some money. I had a lot of questions and called them about four times before the move. They answered the phone or called me back within 10 minutes. I actually spoke to a person and they were able to answer all my questions. The three movers that showed up to my home were, Cameron, Jose, and JR. They were extremely polite and very focused. The name really does say it ALL! Three of the nicest gentlemen I've ever met thoroughly impressed us with their knowledge and true skill in loading up a house full of furniture and boxes. Cameron, Ethan and Don really got their workout in and without the slightest complaint, while we finally were able to relax while they did ALL the work. We had loads of boxes and boxes of books that were very heavy (as well as a myriad of sizes) that only a true expert could fit into the area they had to work with (a 16ft POD.) Again, without a hint of complaint. A broomstick couldn't fit into any spare space. It truly was impressive. They completely and expertly disassembled a heavy, solid oak bedroom set and fit that in as well. They offered to show me how to re-assemble it when the time came but, by that time, I was so impressed with their work, I let them know that I'd be calling them to deliver to our new home once found :) The care they took with our belongings felt as if we too were a part of their family. This family-owned company is solid, honest and definitely a great value. Their rates are upfront, very fair and ended up lower even than we were quoted. So much so that we didn't hesitate (when everything didn't fit) to ask them to come back when we got another POD delivered. They immediately fit us into their (and our) schedule to come back and finish the job. The guys didn't waste time just to "charge up" and that alone makes this company AAA+ rated in our book. I can't forget to mention the ease of which Melanie was able to relieve our stress when she assured us that they would handle everything. Indeed they did.
