AK and his crew did amazing job moving us from northern CA to Salt Lake…read more Original communication and estimating was easy and fast (pricing was very competitive!!!). When a week before our move we needed to change a date by two weeks because of construction delays, that was not a problem. When at the last minute we asked if we can add a piano to the list of moved items, that was fine as well. But most importantly was the care the guys took with our items! They wrapped every piece in the soft blanket and added plastic wrapping outside to keep in place. They stacked items in the way that nothing would get damaged. On delivery, they were on time and moved everything to designated rooms and assembled everything we needed! No scratches or damages in the house when moved out or moved in! All the horror stories I heard from friends who have moved before and I was so worried about - not the case with this team! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about West Coast Moving. This is the third time I've used them, and…read moreonce again they absolutely delivered. Every experience I've had with this company has been professional, efficient, and stress-free. I especially want to recognize Roger and Anthony. These two are absolute beasts. We had an extremely difficult move with multiple stops, heavy furniture, tight spaces, and a very long day. They never once sat down, took a break, or slowed their pace. They worked hard from the moment they arrived until the very last item was unloaded, all while staying positive, professional, and taking great care of our belongings. What impressed me most wasn't just how hard they worked--it was the pride they took in the job. They hustled all day without cutting corners, communicated well, and made what could have been an incredibly stressful move feel easy. If you're looking for movers, stop searching and book West Coast Moving. And if you're lucky enough to get Roger and Anthony, know you're getting two of the hardest-working movers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you again, Roger, Anthony, and the entire West Coast Moving team. You've earned a customer for life.

Both times they were remarkably punctual and professional, and all of our belongings and furniture were perfectly intact. My partner and I moved in together and Jay's Small Move made our multi-move process go easefully…read more The moving day team (Jose, Pepe, and Dario) was responsive and all-around amazing. They took about 1 hour to move an organized small studio and just under 2 hours to move my lesser organized 1 BR. The bulk our time was spent at our new building which required more travel time between the truck and the unit. These guys were optimal and had excellent strategizing and problem solving across all three buildings (which were all different). They were also thorough in minimizing damage to our belongings via wrapping and care. This team set a new standard for me and I'd hire them again.

I trusted them enough to put my own reputation on the line. There was a miscommunication regarding my friends' move, and while the situation was incredibly stressful at the time, I want to recognize the way it was ultimately handled. When the issue was brought to his attention, Julio took accountability, and made the necessary arrangements to get my friends moved. Most importantly, he understood how critical it was for them to move that day and worked to make sure it happened. Things don't always go perfectly in business, but what matters is how problems are addressed when they arise. I appreciate Julio's professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to making things right. The end result is that my friends were successfully moved into their new home on the day they had planned. Thank you, Julio, and the 925 Movers team for stepping up and resolving a very stressful situation. Because of the way this was handled, I will continue to confidently refer 925 Movers to my friends and family.

They wrapped everything carefully, especially my glass display cases, and it all arrived in one piece. At the new place they helped me figure out furniture placement and didn't mind shuffling things around until it worked. Good sense of humor, too, which made the day go by fast. One of them strained his back partway through and still finished the job. Tip for others: I only booked two movers for a full truck, which was my mistake. Get a bigger crew and you'll save a lot of time. Would hire them again.

Everything was good till that point - the moving itself was well done and they protected the items. But when it came time for payment, they basically strong armed/guilt tripped me into paying them a considerable amount over the quoted price as a "tip". This ruined the entire exchange for me, as prior to that they were 5 star worthy. But not honoring the quote and asking for more after making sure the review was posted is a very shady move. I will not be using them for future needs, and do not recommend them to others.
