Could have been better. I would not recommend or use them again. I plan on expressing my concerns with the retailer that promoted them. I had to reach out to get a time for delivery the day after making the appointment. They were refused to take their shoes off or wear foot coverings that I provided. Their excuse was "liability". Used these guys for an easy move earlier this month. They were quick to respond when looking for a quote, and while weren't the cheapest on paper, we're very reasonable. Most places were cheaper hourly, but demanded a minimum of 3 hours; these guys had a minimum of 2 and it worked out perfectly to my need. They arrived on time (major points for them there alone). These guys are very professional and service oriented. I called them on New year's day and they came, picked up our furniture at the store in Alameda and delivered it the same day in Greenfield, two and a half hours away by car. When they arrived at my house I saw they wrapped the table and chairs to prevent damage and brought it in the house where I wanted it. Will definitely be using them in the future when we go back for more stuff. Price was very good as well. I didn't think I could afford to pay a mover on top of my purchase but these guys proved me wrong! Saved me a whole day of loading/unloading plus the 5+ hours of driving my pickup with a trailer. I had pro movers move me from my little 900 square foot home in Vallejo to a storage unit in Vacaville. They were absolutely top notch. I gave them a list of some items needing to be moved in my house and towards the end the pile grew larger. This did not phase them they wrapped, packed and moved all my precious pieces my mom had bought for me while overseas with precision and ease.These are pieces you can't replace. They also showed up exactly at the scheduled time which is another way I could tell their professionalism. They came prepared with all equipment, packing materials and a truck. After we reached the storage unit in Vacaville they unloaded truck and had the whole storage unit organized by items I would need in the next year towards front and neatly placed by the time I went to grab them some lunch for a job well done they had all of this done. I first met Enrique and his team when I needed to have a couch delivered to my home in Oakland from the West Elm outlet in Vacaville. He wrapped my beautiful new couch nicely and safely transported it to my place. He was so polite, kind, and had great energy so I asked him about his moving services for my Move from Oakland to Los Angeles the following week. He was able to accommodate me on such a short notice. He even agreed to make an extra stop to pick up boxes from my parents home in the South Bay. His rates are very fair and competitive, especially in comparison to the numerous other moving quotes I received. He wrapped my large mirror and TV carefully with blankets and plastic wrap and very efficiently loaded and unloaded around 20-30 boxes from my town house to my one bedroom apartment in LA, accommodating my schedule for move in time by driving through the night.
