My gosh - What a fun/funny feel-good experience it turned in to! She's certainly a breath of fresh air! During a tour of the facility, and seeing how clean, well-organized, and well-managed Anchor was I cancelled the rest of my appointments, rented a unit there and my day was done! (Except, or course, for the all of the movind and storing I still had to do! Lol!)

The ceilings are open connecting all the other storage units. Mice got into my unit because of the open ceilings. There was mouse droppings all over my couch that cost $3k. End result - a damaged couch and belongings. I should have done research on how to choose storage units before I chose this place. For a small unit, it was around $190 per month and slowly raised to $200 over two years. They make you purchase insurance which only covers $500 of damage due to rodents which includes a $100 deductible! Apparently, they're not responsible for any damage caused by rodents because other storage units may have food stored and there's nothing they can do about it. Their answer is, "talk to your insurance about this." Zero stars.
